What a disappointment. I wanted to love this salon as it is very close to my home. I made an appt for a gel manicure and made sure time would be allowed to remove my existing gel and get me out the door in 45-50 minutes. The technician assigned to me did not greet me or share her name. She asked if I wanted my cuticles pushed back or just polish. I typically leave that decision to the professional so she/he can provide quality service. The most unacceptable aspect was that tools used were taken from a plastic box and were not sanitized as every other salon I have been to does. I find this to be shocking given that we are in a pandemic! She began to get polish out before removing the old. I have never encountered a salon that does not remove existing polish. Her explanation was that it protects the nail to leave the old polish on. I can somewhat understand the logic behind this practice, but given that polish sometimes lifts from my nails, I cant see this to be a good idea. I asked to pay for the work she had conducted thus far and she declined. I left with my nails looking a mess.

One of the worst nail experiences. The place is beautiful, but customer service is lacking. Pedicure was fine. I wanted a gel manicure with a matching color. The gel manicure took over an hour and 30 minutes. Some of the other techs completed 2 customers Manicures in the same amount of time. I told the technician that the colors between the regular polish were clearly not the same and she continued to tell me that they were the same once they dried. You be the judge if these colors are the same. The other lady that worked there told me it was too late to change and was extremely rude. The techs didn’t have a good working relationship as they kept glaring at each other the whole time. I will not be returning.

This salon is fantastic. I am visiting form out of town and did make an appointment. Cindy was amazing! My nails look beautiful. Prices very reasonable. Really nice atmosphere!

My husband and I went to Nail Envogue for pedicures. Perhaps it was an “ OFF DAY” for every employee that worked there but there was nothing positive about this experience. If I wasn’t depressed before we got there I certainly could have been when we left.Our nail technicians acted as if they had been beaten! They didn’t introduce themselves, they didn’t even say hello, they barely looked us in the eye. I felt as though they had both been abused?!The entire salon was not a welcoming one. The $$$ we spent certainly wasn’t worth this rather gloomy experience. I suggest you find a friendlier salon to get a manicure/pedicure. I’d be remiss not to include that the pedicures were well done ... just too sad.

If youre looking for fancy fixtures, this is your place. If youre looking for customer service, run away. I took my daughter there and all we needed was a lip wax and two toenail polish changes, not pedicures, polish changes. First, nobody greeted us when we came in. After signing in at 2:50 pm, we sat in the waiting room for about ten minutes before one of the workers husband came in the shop with his four kids and asked if we had been helped. Since we had not, he looked at the sheet and started talking to one of the staff trying to get us going. It took about another 10 minutes to get seated, which was fine because they were a little busy, so thats to be expected. After doing our toes, I asked who was doing our waxing. At 3:45, (an hour after we got there!), we were informed it would be another 30 minutes before they could do a waxing because only one person there was trained and she was busy doing nails. I asked why I wasnt told an hour ago why they wouldnt have time for a wax, which is the true reason we went there, the polish change was an add on, and the waxing lady said in a sarcastic tone, sorry, Im kinda busy right now doing her nails. I pointed out she came in after us and they knew we wanted waxing done. While paying I pointed out it was rude to make a client wait an hour for something, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. Another worker mimicked what I said under her voice in a childish tone to the client she was helping. So unprofessional. Im astonished at the whole experience. If you want to be dazzled with hanging crystals, go here. If you a good experience, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

1st time here and Ill be back for sure. Ask for Kelsey or Canada! Loving my matte dip look. Theyve got ALOT of color choices in dip and gel.

Best in town for a pedicure

It was my first time going to a nail salon and Kansas City and I loved it! I had Lynn and she took her time even though they seemed busy. I got an acrylic set and they look extremely natural and clean. I definitely will be going there for the rest of my appointments

Very nice employees, made me feel comfortable and did a quality job. I got a pedicure and a facial wax and both were good experiences. Ill definitely go again.

I love this place, I have gone to multiple nail salons and so far this one is the best . They provide excellent customer services . The place is nice and clean, the nail techs provide wonderful service.

We walked in and were told that all the prices on the website were wrong and we would have to pay more than anticipated. While picking out colors and asking about prices, we were talked down to and rushed. They seated us and began working, but a quarter of the way though my nails the woman GETS UP, and starts to do another womans nails with out saying any thing. About 15 minutes of me sitting there without responses from any employees, another employee directed me to another seat, and began to work, NOT KNOWING how I wanted my nails done. She unevenly painted my nails, didnt clean up my skin, didnt didnt put enough coats on, and she cut my skin when she was filling. Will not be visiting again. Worst nail experience Ive ever had.

If you don’t have a appointment your not as important. My mom waited 35 minuets or so before she received service today. And then it took the nail tech over a hour to complete a full set because she kept stopping and doing other things around the nail salon. I was told the pricing on the website isn’t correct so please don’t go off that pricing. I will not be back.

Got a gel pedicure and it fell off 3 of my toes within 24 hours, and almost all within 2 days. Plus it cost me $51.

We had an appointment at another nail salon at noon but when we got there she told us only two people are working and it would be 1:30 before she could get us in! So I called here as asked if they could get us in in 10 minutes and she assured me yes. We were helped immediately when we got there!
