I.. like you love when people leave honest reviews and I can honestly say that Ritz Nails nail techs care about their work. I have only been here three times but each time has been satisfactory.The first time I got a new set with colored acrylic (#8 Harmony) its the color on the base of my nails in the picture below. This was the first time I found a tone that complimented my skin tone perfectly.The second time my husband and I received pedicures, there was a small wait but they were attentive to us and got us in and we were welcomed to relax. My husband noted that he really like the lady who serviced him because she handled his feet as if she cared. My tech name was Lu and let me tell you he was amazing and paid great attention to detail. He is the one responsible for the nails pictured. He definitely delivered beyond my expectations.

Usually I would be the one giving people manicures and pedicures but now Im on the other side receiving them.I have never been impressed with any nail service I have been given before. Im extremely picky when it comes down to the shape, paint job, and especially the nail art. I was a little concern about how the designs and art style of the designs would turn out but when Ly showed me the first design, a simple X, I knew my nails were going to turn out fantastic and they are. Shocking, she also did them so quickly with such ease. My friends thought I had used nail stickers because the lines and shapes were so crisp and clean.This is was my first time getting my nails done here and it was also the first time I have EVER been happy with my nails.

This place is seriously the best nail salon in town. The staff is very friendly and professional. The salon is well-maintained and clean and still adhering to Covid protocols. It’s the type of salon you can show an inspiration pic and walk out with nails that look exactly like the picture if not better. I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve always struggled to find a good nail salon that consistently does a great job. I went to Ritz Nails the other day for the first time and I think I have finally found my nail salon! Customer Service is great, and my nails have already received so many compliments. I can’t stop looking at my nails. I will definitely be coming back!

The workers where very nice but the work was not good at all they sit u in plain water to soak your feet in. I didn like the fact that they didnt scrub any dead skin off my feet they jus a scrub brush something simpler to the one they use to shape your nails with

Date night! Nothing like a good Manicure and Pedicure. The people that work here are professional and very hard working. They have taken good care of us many times.

I went to get my nails done with my friends and we had an appointment but we still had to wait around 15 minutes. My experience was pretty good although it was 65 dollars for a full set of acrylics with a very simple design. While my friend got her nails for 48 dollars when we had the same thing done. I’ve been able to get acrylics at other places for 20 dollars less. My friend didn’t have the best experience as for the lady doing her nails yelled at her and when she was painting her nails the lady chipped her nail polish and didn’t fix it. Overall the experience was pretty average, but I don’t think I return.Edit: I went to Ritz Nails yesterday and today the salon sent me a message on instagram on behalf of a lady named Ly. Ly was very nice and she apologized for the service yesterday and explained that the nail technician doing my friends’ nails yesterday was new, therefore she wasn’t familiar with the pricing. I really appreciated that Ly took time to apologize to me personally. I am willing to return to the salon to try our their services again.

Ly is one of the best nail technician’s in her field that I have seen! She is so sweet, so unique in her nail designs, and completely capable to complete any nail design task that you put in front of her!!! She even comes in early and stays super late for her customers to finish their nails because she cares so much about her business and customers. She stayed late for me tonight and it was super sweet. I want to give 0 stars, however that is not an option. My sister and I both went in and received full sets two weeks ago, and I had no issues with my set. We had decided to try a new place, and they had some cool designs. However, my sisters nails became extremely painful after about a week. She didn’t hit them on anything, or break them, they just became very painful for her. She’s been getting acrylics for about three years, and has never had an issue with painful acrylics. Last night, one nail in particular became very swollen and painful. She tried filing the nail, clipping the nail with a trimmer, and even used a nail drill to try and take the nail off. She stopped after about 5 minutes because she was crying. This morning, the nail finally popped off, and her nail bed was cracked down the middle and bleeding. It will take months for her nail to heal or grow out. We went to the establishment in question today to see if there was anything they could do. They said that they wouldn’t do anything for her, because her nail cracked after two weeks. We tried to tell them what happened, and they told us they were very busy and asked us to leave. They’re was only 3 people in the shop, and 4 nail techs. They wouldn’t give us a phone number to call, and just asked us to leave. We asked for a refund, because she was in a lot of pain, and they told us that it wouldn’t be fair to them if they gave us a refund. They did offer to fix the nail, but she did not feel comfortable letting them put more acrylic on her nail. We tried to explain that we couldn’t come back in the allotted 7 day refund period, because they didn’t start hurting until about 9 days in. They’re was also no mention of a refund policy when we initially got our nails done. There was no sign on the wall with the policy either. When we first got our nails done, they told us to leave a 5 star review and checked it to make sure it was positive before letting us leave. She has never ever had this issue before, and this is not the first time people have had this same issue with the establishment. I will attach a picture of the broken nail bed. I would also like to add that we went to our regular place afterwards to try to get advice on how to help the broken nail, and they fixed it for free without hesitation. From now on we will only be going to Stellar Nails.

I tried Ritz Nails because my normal nail technician wasnt available and my schedule wouldnt allow for me to wait. The reviews for Ritz were positive and its close to home so I decided to give it a try and Im absolutely going to go back. Lee was fantastic and very detail oriented; she truly took her time to ensure the results were exactly what I wanted. Lee also offered helpful suggestions along the way in regards to shape, color, and care which I found affirming of her expertise. Everyone at Ritz was pleasant, welcoming, and great to be around. The salon was very clean and spacious - you dont feel cramped in with a lot of people. Ill be going back and I would recommend Ritz to anyone whos looking.
