Phillip did my pedi and gel nails, and he is FABULOUS. We moved to KC recently, and I felt like I went to salon after salon with NO luck. The salon is clean, bright, with great massage chairs for pedi relaxation and my nails are perfect. This is the salon that checks all the boxes: I won’t go anywhere else.Oh, and BTW: they not only offer punch cards, so you can quickly achieve $5 off, BUT…they offer special prices for high school students!

Went for a pedicure….was extremely rough and lasted about 10 minutes. Cut the nail too short and now the nail is infected resulting in me having to have part of it removed

Wow! Customer Service and Quality of performance was by far the best. I do not live here, visiting my daughter, and just wondered in to this one with my granddaughter. Free soda or water, the chairs were incredible. Quality of nails fantastic, very clean and fun atmosphere. I will be back at the end of this month and will be going back here!!!!

Julie has been my nail guru for many, many years. Not once has she disappointed me. She always keeps a clean station and makes sure her tools are sanitized. Bonus- shes a fantastic nail artist. Love her personality too!

They never pick up phone!!! How customers can make appointments??!!!! No front desk?? I called many times, different days, different hours, left massages that no one would return, finally decided to go to another salon. New owner really running this business into the ground and fast!

Always great service and quality of nails, Tanya is super amazing at designs!! My nails look glamorous everytime!! But kinda sad that theyre getting rid of the shop sea/ocean decorations, I really liked the ocean vibe of the shop.

As someone who gets their nails done every two weeks, I love Image Nails. They do fantastic work in a great amount of time. I am never rushed in or out & I feel they really pay attention to what I want. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants high-quality nails.

Excellent service! I did not have an appointment and was taken care of right away. I had a wonderful pedicure. She didoes not rush or hurry through. It felt so good!!I got gel nails as well and I only had about 30 minutes before I had to be somewhere. The young lady did a fantastic job....she had me out the door on time and I did not feel cheated or rushed through!!I will definitely be a returning customer.Thanks ladies!!!

The two employees that gave my daughter and I a pedicure were horrible and we will never go back. I had one of the male employees give me my pedicure. I could tell from the moment I sat down in the chair that he was annoyed i was there. The extremely uncomfortable pedicure only lasted 7- 10 minutes. His was really rough with the tools he used and was too rough with me physically. He jerked my foot many times. He didnt hurt me but it startled me and I could tell he was not happy as he rushed through my pedicure. He didnt share with me the types of services they offered and didnt give me the opportunity to ask for white chevron lines before notifying me he was done and I needed to move. In the mean time the female employee that gave my daughter a pedicure made us feel like she was totally put out and that we were not unwelcome. To top it off if looks could kill then she totally had it out for us. She glared at my daughter and I to the point that made us both feel uncomfortable.My daughter and I get pedicures all the time and we have never had an experience like this at any other nail salons. Im never going back to that nail salon and strongly advise people to stay away from there as well.

It was just perfect, right price and my nails look completely natural. Ben worked on my hands, and it was just perfect. 100% recommended.

Give this salon another try. The new owner is top notch and they are the only nail salon in the KC metro that I know properly sanitizes their utensils. They sanitize in barbicide, steam sterilize in bags, and UV too.
