Im pretty picky when it comes to who works on my natural nails but Creative Nails did me proud! Kathy was amazing and actually listened to my requests. Thanks to her, my nails have gotten stronger...with a thin layer of dip powder, theres no damage to my nails! Thank you!

This is the second time I’ve been to this nail salon. The first time my nail tech was so friendly and the service was fantastic. The second time my service from the woman that did my nail was fantastic but I thought she was personally not very friendly whatsoever. The woman that did my pedicure the service was also fantastic but was not very friendly whatsoever either. I will come back to the salon because the service was great and I hope my next time in My nail technician is more friendlier.

I was referred by a friend to try this salon because I’m so picky about my nails and they did a WONDERFUL job!! I will definitely be going back! I wanted natural acrylic nails with a Mickey Mouse face for our trip to Disney and I am IN LOVE with how they turned out! Highly recommend!

I dont go out for nail services anymore but on Sept 3 I decided to launch out and treat myself. I found this place through Google called 45 mins before close and she told me to come right over. I thought I would have to wait but 5 mins there I was getting my pedicure and manicure. I had the best hand massage Ive had in a very long time. Thank you for such a great experience. This will be my go to place.

Amazing ladies working there butt off to deliver excellent service! Took my daughter here, after sassy nail mad a huge mess of her nails, Creative nail was able to make her nails look gorgeous! Super happy with the outcome! I do suggest making early appointment! They were busy! Which is a good thing, means they do great work!

The only down fall was they put too much oil on my feet at the end. But other than that it was excellent!

Nice people but they did a awful job with my pedicure. Polish on my skin, nails werent filed evenly. They didnt even use a scrub on them. I recommend making sure you look your feet over before you leave or you will be very disappointed and the lady spoke no English that did mine. Id give 1/2 star honestly. Ill stick with where I normally go LeLes Nail.Update they reached out to my daughter to have me come back in to repolish that was definitely not all that was messed up with my toes. My daughter looked hers over better and hers look just as bad. I wont be going back ever, a refund of something would be right in my opinion for such a TERRIBLE JOB!

I called ahead at 4:15 pm and asked if they had time for a pedicure. The woman on the phone said yes, and.asked if I wanted to come at 5pm. I said I lived just down the street and she said I could come on in. I arrived at about 4:20, checked in, and picked my color. I was shown to a chair, and the woman asked me to have a seat and put my feet in the lukewarm water. She did not add any hot water or turn the jets on. I waited until 5:02 pm - more than 20 minutes - watching other patrons get served, but no one even talking to me. I got up to leave and.the woman - who had since taken a customer who seemed to be a walk in that arrived after me - offered to get me a towel. I declined and said I was just going to leave.Very disappointing.

MY NAIL SPOT‼️ Mary is fabulous. Fill and gel polish in 45 minutes and it lasts for weeks. The staff is super friendly and they always have an appointment for me.

It was my first time coming in from out of town!! Charge me $15 just for an eyebrow wax and didn’t even take the time to shaped it, pluck it or use razor or whatnot! All she did was wax it and call it a day. Normally eyebrow wax takes 10-15 mins but she did it in 5 mins

A guy named Andy did my nails and fixed the horrible job that another nail salon did. My nails were so bulky with product and the shape was very square instead of coffin like I asked for, my nails are shaped so much better and my nails aren’t bulky and thick looking anymore. This will now be my go to place for my nails

I received a full set of nails previously and had a fill of those today. Mary did a great job as always! I literally drive from Missouri all the way over here because of how good the salon treats me. I have medical issues that sometimes make it hard to sit for too long and they are always very accommodating. I have had other techs besides Mary shes just who I had today. No matter who I get they are all very professional and good at what they do. The only recommendation I have is I wish I could book an appointment by text or online.

I love Creative Nails, I have been a satisfied customer for a long time . I love the atmosphere and that everyone is very friendly.

They are the slowest nail salon I’ve ever been to. They are accepting clients and making them wait for their service even though they said they can get you in right away.This time all I had to do was acrylic removal. I even clipped my nails to make them super short so it’s easier.I was in there for an hour just for that service. Just un acceptable. They are working on 2 clients at once. Making us wait our turns. Very unprofessional.

They had me wait 30min before helping I waitedlike almost an hour. I sit down and I wait another 40min one lady helped me then left and then another lady helped me and also left. I had to wait for a lady helping a customer because one of the ladies helping me had to go home. I asked for long nails she cut them way too small. Then I asked to take them off and sat there another 30 min.

I have been a long time customer of creative nails, and never left without an amazing manicure, set of nails, and phenomenal customer service. Even during the pandemic, they are sanitizing everything, and really paying attention to guidelines.

Ive bounced back and fourth between this salon and another closer to my house for a while now, this place hands down has the best pedicures. I wont waste my time at the other, and this place is $20 cheaper for their best pedicure. I am hooked!

Please do not go, they pulled a cheese grater for my pedicure which is not legal. They put me back to a pedicure throne but didnt turn the water, then did it to the next two clients. Very unprofessional, questionably sanitary, needs to be reported to state.

Everyone is super friendly and does a good job, however Emily (who specializes in the dip powder) & Randy (who specializes in acrylic) are the best. They are super personable, kind, & funny & always pay great attention to detail. I’m SUPER picky about my nails & I’ve been going here for about 5 months, I won’t go anywhere else !

I’ve been going to randy to get my nails done for quite a few months now, he does acrylic and I can say I am more than satisfied every time. He takes his time and pays attention to detail while also listening to the customer and their request. His work is not rushed and doesn’t burn your skin when doing nails. All the staff are very nice as well. I would say always call ahead though they will work with you as you please, are very flexible, and it will save any possible wait time instead of walking in.

I get dip powder manicures from Mary and she does an amazing job. My nails last for several weeks and always look so good. I’ve been to several nail salons in the area and this is by far the best place to get a manicure!

I have been seeing Mary at creative nails for over a year now. Each time I go in,I have a design picked out and she has never let me down. Mary is da bomb! Always rises to the challenge and does a super great job and is always super sweet.

It was absolutely wonderful!

I scheduled a appointment at 12. After sitting for 40 plus minutes while my dip was soaking off, I had enough and walked out.The nail tech was too busy sitting on the vibrating chair on her phone then doing her job.Someone even came in after me, had a full set put on and was done and left.There was no misunderstanding. I can to you to get my dip taken off and acrylic put on. Nothing needed to be fixed. I have had dip removed from my nails several times and never had to wait no more then 10 to 15 minutes. Waiting 40 minutes is crazy. Especially even the nail tech was too busy in the massaging chair on her phone. It doesnt matter if she was going to be applying acrylic or not. Never again.

The staff was friendly but it took almost 3 hours for a standard dip powder manicure. The tech didn’t ask me how long or what shape I wanted my nails. Honestly I hate how they come out and I’m getting them redone later this week

They worked me in for a new set of peach-to-white hombre style nails. (Other places were appt only for this.) I really appreciated that, because I really needed them for my sisters wedding. I got my acrylic nails done here a week or so ago and I already have to get them filled or redone. I found them to be on the slower side and the lady who did my nails kept getting my nail bed with the electric file. On top of that, I accidentally hit my nails and she gave me a nasty look for doing so. Needless to say, I will not be going here again.

I have been coming to Tina to get my nails done for many years. I appreciate her attention to detail as I am very particular. Most recently rather than gel nails she did this dipping powder technique which I have fallen in love with🤗 I highly recommend this if you want your natural nails longer and or stronger.. it lasts 4 to 6 weeks .. my natural nails have never been this good and strong

I am so very disappointed in my most recent experience with Creative Nails. My first visit 3 weeks ago was fantastic and I left loving my nails and feeling like I got exactly what I paid for. I wrote a great review and booked my next appointment with them for exactly the same service I had previously (dipping powder). When I arrived, Tina began picking off the dip powder from my NATURAL nails with some kind of tool. I have read numerous articles saying that dipping powder should be removed by soaking in acetone FIRST, then scraping the remaining off. While literally making me cringe as she popped each dip powder nail off of my natural nails, I could see that a whole layer of nail was now gone. I then proceed to trust that she knows what she is doing (considering she is the owner of the salon) and i turn my head for one minute (probably day dreaming) then realize she has put fake tips on all of my nails on left hand!!!! What?!!! We never even spoke about fake nails. I have never had them and never planned to. I told her this was not okay so she removed them. She then said she could not put dipping powder on my nails because they were took weak. WELL YES, THEY ARE NOW TOO WEAK BECAUSE YOU JUST TOOK A WHOLE LAYER OFF DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS!!!! So she said she would put a clear base of dipping powder then put gel on the top. This was apparently now the ONLY away she could do it. Even though 3 weeks ago she did a fabulous job at just the dipping powder. So I let her go on and was fine with my end results. UNTIL she told me it would be $45!!! Are you kidding me? $45 for a gel polish change that will barely last 2 weeks? I didnt even get a manicure out of it!!! I am honestly still in shock and think this place is the biggest scam I have ever seen!! Do not be fooled!!

I came in today with seven people because of wedding, but i have not make appointment. They are very busy, but about ten minute they take us all in. They are amazing. Our nail are so pretty and they did a great job. Their salon is very clean, and everyone work there are very friendly. Also, i was so surprise when i check out, they give us 30% off for my total charge. I highly recommend to come here.We are very happy and happy....!

Tina did an amazing job creating two temporary toenails when mine fell off after wearing cute but ill-fitting heels. You cannot tell the difference between them and my real toenails. And...it was much less expensive than going to a podiatrist. Now I can wear my summer sandles, and my feet look great. Very friendly and welcoming place.

It has been very hard to find a place where the staff is where I dont feel like an inconvenience and my nails are done the way I asked. I definitely recommend creative nails to everyone! The staff here was very friendly - but the quality of service was not good. My pedicure and manicure were sloppy. My sister got her nails dipped - the color was incorrect - the finish translucent enough that you could see her original nail through it - and there were black specks in the pink. The salon did issue a refund, but we had to wait another 45 min for them to remove her nail finish. It was a long visit with frustrating results... the saving grace were the nice people.

We had a appointment for 4 people at 1:00 we walked in 15 minutes early as soon as we walked in they didnt even get up they just yelled at us from the back as we walked in the door to pick our colors didnt tell us where they were to look at, didnt greet us nothing. We waited until 1:40 and finally got seated to do our nails my mom and sisters nail person was great he was super happy and personal and chatty me and my other sisters ladies were super quiet chatting with eachother in their language didnt even try to make conversation. When I showed her the design I wanted she said she could do it it was supposed to be a marble purple black and blue but ended up turning into some blue purples black puddle of mess my other 8 fingers were a purple they turned out nice with the color but they were chunky and a few shallow places and just not good. I was not happy with it at all and she tried to fix it twice and finally I just gave up Was NOT impressed at all. On the plus side my mom and sisters nails were perfect.

Got a full set of white-tipped gel nails for the first time recently. Great experience! The lady working with me was very polite & good at her job. End result was flawless & I also got a great eyebrow waxing at the same facility that day. Wait was only about 5 minutes & the prices were very reasonable :)

I was going here for months and was getting expensive acrylics with gel and always tipped them good. And 4 times my nails broke and I paid them to fix it every time. But I got a $60 set and the SAME DAY they broke and they want to charge me $5 to fix it. Even though Ive been a loyal costumer. I just wanted my brand new set fixed but they couldnt do that for me. Long story short they have bad quality nails that will break and bad costumer service.I went to Real Tech Nails and they fixed it for less than this place I got them done at wanted to charge me. So I highly recommend going to Real Tech Nails! They have excellent costumerService and have a 3 day warranty on the nails!!!

This is officially one of my favorite nail places in all of Kansas City. They were so fast and so friendly, with amazing attention to detail! My cuticles were trash, and Tina helped me get them looking fiiiiine!Honestly, though, I truly enjoyed the environment, the service, and the selection. If youre looking for a new spot, you have to check it out. So good!

I tried Creative Nails for the first time in March and was very impressed. I went for a pedicure and TRAM did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back. The shop was nice and clean and she was very polite. The owner was also doing nails and she was very personable also.
