This is a wonderful place to build mind, body and soul. The women are lovely to work with and make working out seem easy...until your sore the next day.I have always loved Barre workouts and truly it’s a full body workout everytime. The classes make even 5:45am fun and they offer class times that are various!
The classes are awesome, staff is so friendly, facility is top notch and so is the workout!
I have tried many workouts in my day and have found that Bar Method is my ultimate favorite. Their philosophy of toning then stretching after each muscle group creates long and lean muscles and faster results. The low impact training is relaxing and nourishing for your body but boy, does it burn! The staff and instructors are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They ensure you are using the correct form to maximize your workout. Bar Method is a must try for all ages!!

Bar Method is an amazing way to build strength, endurance, balance, and well toned muscle. The classes are fast paced with lots of variety. I have been going to The Bar Method for about 3 months and I love it! The workouts are always challenging, but so enjoyable. I always walk out of class feeling great about myself and the workout I just completed. The instructors are friendly and extremely knowledgable. The Bar Method isnt just a place to workout, its a community of people that want you to succeed and makes you want to come to class even more!

I’ve tried a lot of different barre classes and Bar Method is by far my favorite. The instructors here are terrific and take the time to help you get the correct form.
I love the teachers at Bar Method! They are fun and inspire each of us to go for it. I enjoy going to class with lovely people, who can laugh together and work to strengthen and lengthen those areas of our bodies that need help. We all have areas to tone, whether it’s abs, thighs, gluts, arms, or all of the above, as in my case. Best of all, it doesn’t feel like a chore anymore with Bar Method.
The Bar Method has been one of the only fitness classes/exercise that has been effective. I have not ever tried this kind of workout, so I didn’t know what to expect. However, after just a couple of classes, I’m seeing results: tighter legs, arms, gluts, it is a very productive and efficient way to work out in just one hour or less! If you have never tried this method of workout that is very unique, I HIGHLY encourage this simple yet very intense training at The Bar Method!
The classes and instructors are excellent. If you have a back injury, as I do, they will work with you. This is the only group exercise class I can do that doesnt hurt my back! A+
I started Bar Method about 6 months ago and Ive been coming 4 times a week ever since. I look forward to coming to class. The place is very clean and friendly staff. My joints use to ache and very stiff and since going to Bar Method my joints dont ache any more and no longer stiff. I think this type of workout is good for middle aged women just like me. :)
I started going to the Bar Method in February. I was in a rut with my workouts and wasnt seeing any results. I have seen big changes since I started the Bar Method. I love it and I love all the instructors! I highly recommend this type of workout.
I have worked out for years. Spending an hour sometimes an hour in a 1/2 at a gym. Performing lifting and HITT. I tried a Bar Method class and it has changed my life! From inside and out. I absolutely, love Bar Method. I love that anyone can do this workout. I love that, I never compare myself to anyone else. Its all about challenging myself and getting to that next level. I have lost inches all over my body and I have toned my tummy like I never could in traditional weightlifting and HITT. I will be 54 this month and I have to say I feel awesome! The instructors are amazing and extremely educated. I have met new friends it does not get much better then that! Its all a Win Win for me.
Love my classes at Bar. Hard work, but enjoyable. The teachers are all awesome and make it fun. First exercise class I have stuck with for over a year.

The Bar method is similar to having a personal trainer help you tone and stretch your body. I took around 200 classes and I am still learning. I am so happy I found out about the Bar method, it is very helpful!
