I went to the dealership for an oil change at 3pm on Wednesday. They done an oil change on my car very quickly. I didnt expect my car to come out quickly but the advisor didnt call me for over 30 minutes. I went to the advisors desk and asked if it was over. He said it was over, I paid and left the dealer. That night I went to sleep without even knowing the oil was leaking. I woke up the next afternoon and I went to work. When I came back home, parked and got off then i realized there was a big water stain under the wheel, so I checked it and it was oil.(oil that leaked on Wednesday night). I wonder if they changed engine oil or if the O-rings is inserted. I turned the screw 4 times to lock it. Even after wiping my new driveway in front of my house, the oil marks are still remained. I am worried about whether the car can be driven normally. I wonder if this was a mistake or intentional. Others, please check it out as soon as you get your car key back. If you dont want to get accident. I must check my dash cam?Thank you Lucas!!!

Rough engine lacked power. Expected an expensive repair. They put in new coil and 2 plugs. I got the car back in a couple hr. It ran great. Cost was very reasonable. Service was great.

The collision repair center did a great job and completed the work in a timely manner and by the date promised. They handled all of the insurance processing. All of the staff I had contact with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

My cooling fan and turbo charge went out. Car wouldnt pick up speed pass 80mph and was jerking. Now it rides beautifully. Great service. Tyler was my advisor. He was very thoughtful, courtesy and understand. He took good care of me.

We made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over an hour and a half. They said they were having a bad day. We were from out of town with no extra car. Wish someone would have given us a heads up prior to the appointment. We were told the rotation was no charge. Would have gladly paid to get the work done in a reasonable time.

I received a recall notice for my Chevy Cobalt & made an appointment to get it taken care of. Dean with the service department told me over the phone that it will be 1.5-2 hrs. The day of my appointment, I got checked in at 2:30pm as scheduled, I confirmed again with Bill the service advisor how long it will take & was told the same thing, 1.5-2 hrs. I was prepared to sit there for about two hours with my 5 yr old daughter, packed snacks & kept her busy. I also took of work for the rest of the afternoon to get this taken care of. After 1.5hrs (4pm), Bill comes to me to let me know that either I leave my car overnight or bring it back some other time since the mechanic has to leave soon & if they start working on my car, it wont be enough time to put everything back together for them to leave on time! They can only take me within 5 miles & I dont live within 5 miles so I had no choice but to just take my car & try to bring it back! My car sat in their lot for 1.5 hrs & I stayed in their waiting area keeping my daughter busy & leaving work early for nothing! It took them that long to let me know whats going on. What a waste of time! I called to try & speak to the Service Mgr Steve but hes already gone for the day. I left him a voicemail & never got a call back! Now, I received this link to give them a feedback for their service so hopefully they didnt screw me in getting the service done with other shops because I didnt even get anything done with my car while I sat there for 1.5 hrs. 🙄

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation at 12 PM, promised it would be done by 3pm. I call around 4 pm - no answer. I call 30 mins later - no response. I call at 5 pm and they explain they havent even gotten to my car yet and blamed it on the booking girls. I called the next day (after not having a car to get to and from work) and they STILL havent completed the work. I was furious. Then they call me explaining that I had a laundry list of issues with my car and quoted me at almost $4,000 and suggested I check out other vehicles at their dealership. I took my car to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and surprise, no issues. I am furious because they 1. Charged me $97 for a 2 day oil change and tire rotation, and then proceeded to try to rip me off. This dealership deserves to be put into the ground. Not one competent person works there, and they could care less about customer service or the experience.

The facility is nice and easy to find. The folks are helpful, professional, down to Earth and friendly. The parking area around the service entrance is overly crowded.I brought my car in for an obvious needs-a-new-battery situation. It didnt need a new battery. They told me about the minor issue and sent me off with minimal expense. Clearly they werent trying to run up my bill. I appreciate that.

Semiconductor batteries are in short supply and demand everywhere. There was only ONE battery in the US and that dealership wouldn’t send it. The team at McCarthy Morse kept looking for one and kept me updated throughout. They were also very polite and generally helpful. I will definitely use this dealership again.

The only reason theyre getting a star is because of the mechanic. My car went in and stayed there for 3 weeks for a safety seatbelt harness and an ECU replacement my car was running by day two. Obviously being without a car for 3 weeks is really pretty rough with 2 jobs and 3 small kids.. The ECU I told them was broken they replaced it found a wheelpool that was broken I havent extended warranty I did all the work to make sure the warranty paid their portion the piece of warranty they did handle was the safety harness. I even spoke with the service manager who promised me he would get back to me that afternoon I have yet to hear from him. I will never take my car back to this dealership.

Made an appointment Monday at 11am for a slow tire leak and check engine light, when I took my car in they immediately ask if they can keep it overnight because they won’t get to it until Tuesday (why schedule an appointment for Monday knowing they are too busy to get to it….I don’t know.) Tuesday at 4:00pm they told me they are still trying to look at it and told me to check in Wednesday. Wednesday they told me it was in need of major emission repair that probably will not be covered by my 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that I bought from them less than 2 years ago! They listed a few different problems and said the charge would be over 700 bucks. Thursday morning they got the emission work done that miraculously was covered under warranty and it turned out to just be sensor issue. I should have double checked but already being a day late for my road trip I took off from the shop and 45 miles into the road trip my tire pressure went from 35-16psi and they said they forgot to repair it. Their customer service is okay, just really need to evaluate their scheduling system and lead times they give customers. Left with a moving target on a date my car would actually be worked on and Huge headache on the road side.

I drive a Malibu, which is a notoriously difficult car when it comes to changing headlights. You have to pull off the entire bumper cover. I know this because I have done it. However, when I went in, Bill very clearly made the assumption that because I’m a woman, I don’t know anything about my car. I had both front headlights changed here very recently, and the passenger’s side had an inconsistent connection, so I brought it back to have the same people who messed it up fix it. Bill Higgins tried to tell me I needed all these different parts before even LOOKING at my car and I finally picked up that he felt that in order for it to be worth his time, he needed to sell me something.I then watched Bill keep his mask off with the rest of us customers inside with him unless someone walked up to him directly. We have been in a pandemic for a full year now. We know that wearing masks on and off like this still spreads the virus. This put the customers in the waiting room at greater risk for no reason.Saturday hours are convenient but not worth being taken advantage of or being put at risk. I will not be returning.Also, if you just got divorced from someone who works here, FYI his coworkers are talking about you behind your back loudly enough for everyone to hear.

The staff wasnt prepared for my appointment for A/C issues which I called ahead. No rental car and the wait room smelled like stale farts. Their systems are disparate from McCarthy (Olathe) and Morse/McCarthy (Overland Park) and their was finger-pointing on why service didnt get on the same page. I didnt even get to address my brake pad issue as the cost to fix a cracked AC compressor was over $1,700. After the fact, GM and McCarthy said they couldnt help. It’s near 100 degrees in Kansas City and I would think buying multiple vehicles (3) from McCarthy the past few years would get a better response. Im going to continue updating these posts until GM and McCarthy address multiple issues. With GM, its not fixing this item in the Silverado yet it was recalled in other GM models. With McCarthy, its not taking care of a repeat customer.

There was a diagnostic test performed, but the issue was not resolved after completion of replacing back brakes system and flushing out the transmission fluid. I was disappointed to pay for those repairs, but left having the same problem that I thought the diagnostic test would identify.

I was there for over an hour and a half for what I thought were minimal repairs. I had an appointment as well.Right tire needed air and needed coolant. I purchased this vehicle there but they have told me they may not have the tools they need for repairs!!I was told I needed to leave the vehicle all day. I’m a caregiver and couldn’t leave it all day. I was told they were out of loaner vehicles and couldn’t help me. They also said coolant leaks out it doesn’t dissipate. I would think I could see the leaking on my garage floor and there is nothing.The service manager was professional but no compassion or help and didn’t care. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Tried to charge me 800 for one wheel hub replacement, on the report they charged me 160 for they marked the incorrect hub to be replaced. Took it somewhere else and got the correct hub replaced for 250. Would not recommend or be returning.

Had a significant oil leak on my 17 Traverse, had vehicle towed in through GM Roadside, service department was able to look at vehicle quickly and pin point the oil leak. Another dealership used a different size oil filter and it was leaking around the gasket. Morse Chevrolet was able to identify the problem quickly and provide an oil change on the vehicle at an EXTREMELY generous price even though it was not their fault for the oil leak. I will be coming back to service for any future issues with this vehicle. 5 of 5 stars!

Diagnostic electrical service they did not find the problem but its hard to find a problem when the problem dont exist when you take it to the dealer they did not charge me any money I was very pleased with that but they didnt find the issue and I still have it but they did recommend the solution I have ordered the part waiting on it to come

Lukewarm experience as a female. Had to wait 3 days for my car to get looked at. Fine. They needed a copy of the receipt sent to them for warranty work bc they don’t have it in the system from the other store and they apparently don’t have the ability to communicate via a phone or otherwise. I can show you how to do this. I emailed the receipt to my service advisor and he didn’t call me with any further information about if the part was under warranty or otherwise or a timeline. I had to call him to find out what work was being done and I had to call him without returned a phone call as to when my car was actually ready. Bill had few words to say to me about picking my car up early bc “the check engine light still needed to be checked” after replacing something under warranty that caused the light to come on. Another guy working the service counter almost fell out of his chair that my car “wasn’t ready” when I came to get my car based on the information in the system. When I got in my car to leave the check engine light wasn’t on as I expected it wasn’t. I paid for something with a warranty, had a problem that wasn’t able to be detected a month prior. Came to this location bc the problem was present and worsened and was told it could be several things, but pretty much that it wasn’t what I knew it was. I’m all about letting someone do what they know how to do. But don’t treat me like I don’t know anything.

I was traveling with my friend and when we got back to Overland park I was slightly over milage for oil change and my friend told me my tires needed rotated. The next day I called this dealership and was able to get in the next afternoon. I was in and out in half an hour. On top of quality work they offer what I consider the best coffee in the world (caribou) for free.

The representative Bill Higgins was very nice. My only negative remark is lack of communication of the service that was performed. I waited for service to be completed longer than estimated time projected. The service still was not completed on the same day. Pleasantly surprised at Bill Higgins’ customer service-very nice and personable and the amazingly quick turn around for oil change service. I must admit that I had a preconceived notion that I could very well have an undesirable experience from comments heard from acquaintances. Received coupon in mail for oil change and was reluctant to try McCarthy. Typically I drive further into MO to another Chev dealer for service because of the quality of service, and they provide a car if I need to leave my car - feel good about the way I am treated. I will consider McCarthy for service if I feel service and treatment is fair.

Staff was very nice and friendly. However they knew very little about The Chevy Volt and it’s electrical system. Fixed a blown fuse but didn’t know the cause. Problem showed up again 2 minutes after leaving their place. Because they didn’t know what the problem was we were not charged. Thank you very much. Just saying all Chevy dealers should have EV specialists on staff. Maybe their specialist was off on Saturday. They could have called someone to ask about this problem. Place was clean and looked nice.

It was hard to like anything about this service department. Although minimally polite, the staff there never offered a smile or made an attempt to make me feel welcome.I pulled early for my appointment at the service department. There was no one there to greet or guide me. After a few minutes, I asked a passing employee if someone was in charge. He directed me indoors to a bank of receiving desks where I waited some more to be recognized.In the midst of this pandemic, not one soul of the half dozen employees I could observe was wearing a face mask to protect me from COVID-19.My cloth mask was protecting McCarthy-Morse.My vehicle was repaired in good time. I can’t evaluate the price, because my repair required Chevrolet dealer equipment. The price of $540++ did seem excessive to replace an evaporator valve.

They Performed recall work for a sensor. They sensor light on the dash was off when I picked it up. It came back on later that afternoon so I called back to the dealership and a unhappy sounding receptionist said I would have to leave a message for the service tech that was assigned to me, which I did. That was 4 days ago. Never heard back so I went to my regular mechanic. One of the receptionist I spoke with there was very nice but the service receptionist wasn’t.

I didnt really know what to expect when I went in with a laundry list of things I needed fixed on my car. I called a local repair shop but they suggested I call the dealership for my Apple Car Play problems, so I did (thinking itd be a very expensive headache). But I was pleasantly surprised! They were so nice and I think went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up. It was a great experience and a decent amount cheaper than I expected for 4 different issues.

I was told my car was finished at 4pm. I came to get the car at 5pm and the interior of car and dash was filthy and there had been indication that someone had gone through my armrest items when there was no reason to go through the armrest items. I went back in and expressed my displeasure. A staff member immediately started to clean the mess. I had to wait 40 minutes after I had arrived. I got car after 40 minutes and my drivers seat was wet and caused a miserable drive home. I was so wet I had to change my clothes when I got home. A manager called me and reimbursed the cleaning charge and nothing more. I expressed my frustration with employees going through my personal items in car with two managers and either did anything for me. They claimed they had a meeting about going through peoples items while vehicles are in their care, but that did not help me any. I had been a client with them for years, but after this experience this dealership and its employees do not show me that they can be trusted to respect your items in cars left with them and they did not do a complete/ great job with the work tasked them. I will never use them again.

Dropped car off at 7:00 AM, received a call before 9:00 advising the problem had been found, and my car was ready to go at 9:06 AM. My experience was a good one. Nice people, timely service both in the shop and in the office. My repair was done before the time they quoted me so you cant beat that. Pricing is higher than a mom and pop shop but fair. My work done came with a 1 year 12k mile warranty for free i beleive so that was cool. I would have been in and out in one day but it was my fault i showed up close to close on a saturday.I would recommend. Overall im pleased. Also Johnathan was cool and helped me with a slight discount so shout out to that guy!
