Needed a me day! Mani/pedi, eyebrow tinting, lip wax, and of course the massage chairs. I feel like a new me. The staff today was terrific. Love you all!

Lisa was great and she did a flawless job on my nails tonight. I got tied up with work and had to call in last minute, they were fully booked and she was nice enough to stay for me! And thankfully because I leave for Vegas in the morning!! She took the extra time to pay attention to detail and made my nails look amazing...shaped perfectly, not thick but thin and natural looking! I’m a perfectionist and she nailed it, I would highly recommend her!

Lisa the manager was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met, she gave me free matte coating because we had great conversations. They take their time and make sure they do the job right. My nails looked stunning, please go here, you will not find a better place full of lovely staff and perfect nails, thank you Ivena!

Went in for manicure, no nail care, no soak. Removed old polish, dust everywhere, nail tech applied new polish to my dusty nails. Polish bubbled. Had to remove. Cut my skin with file. Someone else came over to do my nails. I asked if I could come back next week, no he said, I fast. I was there over two and a half hours. Nails look horrible. So disappointed.

My nails looked fantastic for 2 weeks! Sonny did an excellent job! I’m definitely going back.

Service started out great, but both the pedicure and manicure were really painful. They made multiple of my fingers bleed during my manicure. Then, the woman kept asking over and over if I was getting my eyebrows done, to which I responded no. She wouldn’t drop it, and kept insinuating that I should get them done because of the “shape”. Another worker also interrupted my friend and I to point out my friend’s acne. Totally rude and unprofessional, won’t be going back.

The lady embarrassed me to the core, everyone was looking at me as she was telling me my toe nails were too short. She said your hands probably look like that too. I personally don’t like long toe nails. She basically said my toe nails were too short to do French tip. Literally have been to many places to get pedicures and have never experienced this. Walked out of there with clear polish on my toe nails. So irritating, it’s been a year since I could do this because of Covid. What a let down. The guy who did my daughter’s toe nails did an awesome job. I definitely won’t ever come back here. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Lisa, was amazing! I was in town and my nail broke. It was 6:30 in the evening and she took me in with no appointment. She’s amazing and has a great heart! I will be visiting her when I’m in town! Thank you Lisa!!

The place is very professional looking. The staff members are alright. The girl working on my toes was really nice and gentle. However, I kind of feel they are priced a bit too high. Walked out paying $77 for a deluxe pedicure, plus one toe nail design and a tip. Maybe this it the normal pricing for pedicures? Im not sure. Otherwise it was a nice place to go to.

The manicurist/pedicurist was very gentle yet very good at taking care of my 77 year old feet and somewhat raised and twisted toenails. He made sure to clean every bit of old skin cells from around and under my nails. I was quite happy with the way every person interacted with my granddaughter and I, employees and customers alike. The manager introduced herself and made sure that we were happy with the service. We were!!

They do a good job but it literally took 4 hours for a pedicure and a dip.... like omg

I came in with my friend yesterday and she got a great pedicure. On the other hand mine was not so much, I was given a gift certificate for Christmas from my granddaughter and I was disappointed. I felt the girl was to busy watching TV, instead of doing her job. Needless to say I will not recommend them to anyone or I will tell them to ask for the gentleman. I also had a manicure and she had me at the dryer longer than it took to do both my feet and hand. I had to ask her if it was okay to be done as she was on her phone!

The lady doing my nails told me “don’t look at me talk to your boyfriend” I thought it was a bit rude and awkward. The nails came out OK but, she cut me and both of my pinky nails are cricked. I would not go there again.

Got a pedicure, nothing special,I wanted her to cut my in growing toe nail out,my ty or still hurts.i dnt go to places like this often so I really cant determine whats far and beyond service. Nice leg massge my veins in my legs thank you for circulation stimulation. Decent place.

My sister in law and I went for a pedicure for the first time here. They were amazing! Great atmosphere great hospitality. The ladies and gentlemen were attentive and very nice. Great experience, we will be going back for sure!

I finally found my favorite nail artist Lisa from Lee nails she moved to Ivena nails. Best service, price, and she can do basically any design you want!!! My new go to nail salon!

I just got back from Ivena Nails where I got a pedicure and Dip Acrylic Nails. The pedicure was to die for! Fantastic foot and leg massage. It was wonderful! While I was getting the pedicure the person that was going to do my nails started working on them while my feet were soaking and being massaged.Would I recommend Ivena Nails at 349 W Stevenson Rd in Ottawa IL? You better believe it.

I ADORE this one! Lisa is so accommodating, kind, and helpful. I was having a very difficult time matching colors and she saved the day. My nails look phenomenal!

Only issue I had was I kept getting dirty looks from the people working there and when I was trying to talk to the lady that was doing my nails she didnt talk to me. She did a good job on my nails but felt like I was a bother to her the whole time

Ok so I’m getting my nails done right now and I’m very confused. I have this girl name hailee and she is being very rude. She keeps making fun of my toes which, quite frankly, is why I’m getting them done. She’s made comments so far such as “did you break your {big} toe?”, “I can’t file this nail it’s so short”, and “do you play sports or something”. She is also very rude to other employees.

I am not impressed. And $50 for dip when I was quoted $40 on the phone. I was calling other places to go to next time before I even left the parking lot. They are also super thick. They sanded my nails into tissue paper before adding a ton of dip.

Had the Dip Powder Manicure, absolutely love it, great staff and friendly.

My family went for a girl day yesterday. The guy who did my nails painted all my na ik le pink then went of it with the white on the nail I wanted the design. The pink it showing through the white and my thumb nails look orange. Not happy and will not come back. The prices are over priced I got a mani pedi which is supposed to be $45 and I paid $75. Not worth the mo et I am going to stick with Lee nails.

Went in for wax girl got wax on her finger stuck in my hair. It caused damage burnt my hair and called manager her reply “come in I fix” what it burnt my hair how do you fix that. Time for new salon... suggestions
