This is not the place to go if you are doing anything besides a straight hair cut or all over color. I went for a balayage and I look like I did a bad dye job at home. I wanted a refund the first time and she said she would redo it. Against my better judgement, I went back because I didnt have the money to go somewhere else. My hair is worse. Ive lost a lot of time and money that I cant get back.

It was my first time coloring my hair and I was nervous. Lesa explained everything and took the time to making me look my best. I plan to go back!
