3 stars cause I have been here before and they did a good job. But not getting the full 5 cause it says they are open on sundays but to call before you come in. Tried calling over and over and nobody answered. Tried going up there and nobody was there, even tho it staes on the door they are open. Another woman showed up to try and go in also. Nobody answered and no body was there.

Always a fast in and fast out experience. Love my hair designer.

Great quality work, asked multiple questions during my haircut to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. 11/10, will be back again.

I will not be returning to toss place for nails! I could have done a better job at home! I had an appointment for a “spa manicure. From the moment I walked in, it didn’t feel like I was really welcome. The manicurist didn’t look happy to have us show up. Then, during my appointment she left the station multiple times to go chat with other employees. I went in specifically wanting acrylics because polish doesn’t stay on my nails well, but it wasn’t until we had already begun that she informed me that she “doesn’t do acrylics” so I couldn’t just cancel my appointment. She didn’t remove my cuticles properly, leaving me with multiple hangnails. She didn’t cover the entire nail bed with polish on the nails. She didn’t cap the nails with polish to help prevent chipping (even after I explained that polish doesn’t stick). And in less than 5 hours after my appointment, my right thumb nail is already chipped. These nails were supposed to be for an event next Saturday, and I will now have to pay for another manicure, wasting more time and money.

This place is okay. Changed ownership so there are new people there. The last time I got my haircut there I wasnt terribly impressed with my hairstyle. Next time I think Ill try someplace else just to get a second opinion. Still really good for kids haircuts. Cheap and simple.

This is what a salon experience should feel like. These ladies are professionals. We took advantage of their walk-in scheduling and dropped in for a quick trim. Misty worked us into her schedule and my daughter walked away with a great shoulder length cut. The cut has great shape and just the right amount of volume. We wanted a cutting technique less likely to cause split ends over time. Misty offered friendly feedback and knew just what to do. Katy did a professional job on our nails, sharing knowledge of skin care and helped us select the perfect products for our skin type. Schedule with Katy if youre looking for a quality relaxing experience. I would recommend both Katy and Misty if youre looking for an enjoyable and professional salon experience.

Always happy with my hair cut/style

This is the only place I will take my kids to now. I have been taking my boys here, for coming close to a year now and we LOVE it! The owner MARIE is so nice and she always fits us in, even if its close to closing time. The old place was very small but their new place is awesome, has so much more room, more stylist and a bench to sit on. The only thing that I would suggest is that they have another bench or a couple more chair for people to sit on while they wait to get their hair cut. Everyone there is always so kind and inviting!

The owner of this salon needs to hire more hairdressers. I cant blame my hairdresser for the poor service I experienced in your salon. I made an appointment & sadly felt I wasnt treated fairly. It seemed like my experience was rushed. Waiting on walk-ins for my hairdresser to be going back & forth with me & the walk- in is ridiculous. My heads in a sink for the second time because the color didnt set in spots. If my hairdresser wasnt rushed to begin with, I feel she wouldnt have missed the attention I was needing as a paying customer, with an appointment!! I apologize to my hairdresser Misty, for my outrage, as I was walking out with uncut,wet hair. I cant blame her because shes only a employee of your understaffed establishment. You dont charge for haircuts with a color? Ive never heard of such a thing! Yes, you got your money from a first & last time customer. Needless to say, I wont be back!

Staff is friendly. Very attentive to their customers. All of the ladies are family oriented. Very enjoyable atmosphere. Very clean. Very modern. A good selection of products men and women. A great place to get a pedicure. A great place to get your nails done. All in all this place is very professional and I love it

Marie is absolutely fun to work with and Ive never had as many compliments on my color as I have since having her do my hair! Love the music choices and decor! Fun and affordable style w/good haur products. This is where I found the BEST hairspray IVE EVER USED!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! I drive all the way from Oklahoma to get my hair done by Marie. I’ve never been to a hair stylist more then once in my life and I’ve been to Marie 3 times in about 3 months! She great! The salon is so cute too!

Left with chemical burns and a BAD haircut. Asked for a bob and left with a chopped up Pixie/Karin. When I let them know my dissatisfaction privately and respectfully I was called with an unnecessarily rude attitude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that doesnt have naturally straight hair. They say they know how to work with it and then chop all your hair off.

Did a walk in there with grandson before school started. We are new to area and didnt know anywhere else to go. Girls were very nice and patient with grandson. Won Kudos in my book from that. Will be back.

Great place

Ive been to nearly all the hair places in town, and so far, Cut & Clip is my favorite. There may be a small wait time, but patients is a must when it comes to great hair. The owner is friendly, and she gladly answered every question I had about styling my hair. She even styled my hair after the cut for no extra cost. The reason for 4/5 stars is because the room was a little cluttered. It felt unwelcoming at first and a little messy, but I know that it was a busy day for them. Therefore, they may not have had time to clean up. Overall, Id recommend Cut & Clip for sure. They treat customers like real people; not just their next paycheck.

Been to these ladies several times. Dont see myself going anywhere else any time soon. A+++

Went and got my hair cut today and the lady’s didn’t listen to what we want and I showed them the style I wanted and it’s very uneven and butchered in the back. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
