There was only Two nail techs, and I called saying I had four people, they were nice and we were the only ones in the shop, however when their next appointment came in, they began to rush our services. After I had waited patiently for them to do my No Chip Manicure, now they was rushing through my nails and even cut me, and didnt offer a discount...I got the Cat Eyes No chip and it really does not look like the sample...#12 see the pictures.

Mani and pedi were great-beautiful and very relaxing. They can do the trendy styles well, and the atmosphere is wonderful. We will be back and recommend.

My experience at Nail Heaven was nothing shy of amazing! After a friend referred me to this salon I didn’t hesitate to go and patronize. Ben and Tracy where super kind and accommodating, their service was fast as well super efficient! I must say that I’m very pleased and will be back soon .

This is my first visit. The staff is friendly and very responsive. I got a beautiful powder gel fill (umbre style) natural to white! Excellent quality and artistic value! Good job!

Its extremely clean, everyone is kind and talented, and I always leave feeling relaxed. Ive had several nail techs and theyve all been wonderful. They also have many safety precautions in place so I always feel safe!

I had a great experience at here. All services were great. The spaces were clean and tidy - and it was clear that the staff took great efforts to sanitize each station and room between customers.

Right when I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and a warm hello. These folks were not only friendly, they also created an atmosphere that felt like home. Love love love!!!

I took my sister here today for the first time. She got a pedicure. Great service and the guy was really nice. I had acrylic nails done and the women who did them also did a great job. Best service Ive received at a nail salon. She really took her time to do her best on my nails and gave me a hand a massage at the end which I’ve never had somewhere else. I like that I didn’t feel rushed like I do at other places.

I love my nails!! They did such an amazing job! I came in with a reference picture and they did even better than I expected!! My tech seemed to actually care about the nail, she was gentle and detailed.

First off, amazing manager and nail technician. They are both amazing at what they do and are very kind people. I feel welcomed when I go there and they always take care of me.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I’m SUPER picky on my nail and gave this place a chance huge mistake… they only had 2 techs not a huge deal but when you rush me because you overbook yourself is not okay. The lady literally Tore my dipping polish off with an acrylic tip. She kept asking if it “hurt” so she must of known what she was doing was not correct. My nails have ALWAYS been healthy and long and strong now they are all messed up from them being done here.AGAIN HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is my first time at this Salon. Ben and his wife, Tracy are the new owners of Nail Heaven. They were so nice and did exactly as I ask. Ben was working on a customer next to me and her nails look beautiful when they were done. Tracy did my nails (gel) and I couldn’t be happier!! We talked a lot and I told them that I wished them well, and as a customer that I looked for two things. Quality of the service I’m getting and respect. I want to feel welcome and appreciated. I have been to so many Salons (and I tip very well) but it seems there is always an underlying problem in the salon that causes a lack of professionalism. When the owner/ technician is angry and rudely speaks in her native language to her husband because once again they are fighting, I no longer feel comfortable. The tension is just too much and takes away a relaxing appointment! Anyway, I think you will love Ben and Tracy are at 727 LaSalle Ottawa, IL. They couldn’t be more accommodating and warm. You won’t be sorry! 5 stars!

I had to schedule an emergency full set an HOUR before closing! My tech took me in and did an amazing job! Exactly how I wanted and even stayed 2 hours after closing to finish my nails with no rush.

Made an appointment for 2, didn’t get started until after 2:30. They are promoting 20% and didn’t honor it. I got a no chip gel set, and they filed after they dried, which cracks the seal. Several nails started chipping just three days later. I’m in school out of state so I can’t come back to get them fixed. Also do not have proper covid precautions. Didn’t wash their hands between customers, don’t spray down the glass or seats between customers.

I love coming here. Simon and his wife run a clean, professional and outstanding business. Ive never felt more appreciated and have never gotten more value for my money. I highly, highly recommend their services. Ive been their customer for 2 years now and have never had one single complaint.

Absolutely fell in love with my nails. I work at taco Bell and I was hundreds of dishes a night. My nails stayed on well over a month!!! They didnt even chip!!! Honestly I dont want anyone else to do my nails from now on.

Absolutely terrible in all areas never again.Would give it no stars if that option was available.

They do a great job on nails but I was not impressed with cleanliness. Dusty, floor, e.t.c. Also I dont think enough precautions were in place due to virus. Not enough sanitation, no plexiglas between people, e.t.c.

Nails turned out okay but the staff was inconsiderate and rude; I was given the wrong change and will not be returning.1/28: I was messaged by the company and told “recommended to go else where” unable to send them this feedback so I’ll post my detailed experience below now:He did seem annoyed with me moving and instead of politely asking me to keep still he began speaking with the other technicians in a different language and she proceeded to look at me and laugh. Then I was told the gel set would be $41 if paid for in cash. I gave him a $100 and left a $6 tip. I should’ve received $53 in change but instead was given $43 and only realized until after I had left the salon AND tipped him $6 additional dollars. So you charged me $51 for my nails and they turned out slightly crooked and uneven. The technician repeatedly heard me say “ouch” and never once apologized and I never received a receipt. To top it all off one of the nails has also already had its polish chipped off. Sad that you would recommend me to fo someplace else when I was nothing but courteous to your staff and tipped very well. I will not return and will never recommend your place. You guys didn’t even have your nail tech licenses posted up or pricing so, yeah don’t worry “I’ll try somewhere else next time”

I love going to Nail Heaven. They are always very welcoming and do a great job. Its a great one stop shop for all your beauty needs: can get your nail done, manicure and even a wax all in one go. Compared to other salons Ive been in, this one definitely takes the prize for cleanliness too. Its great!

I am from out of state and have continuously been disappointed in numerous salons in the area, however this one met my quality standards and service expectations perfectly. They did a wonderful job!! I wish I would have went to them 1st, definitely worth my 45 minute drive.

Pedicure was decent,place was booked waited a while but happy with service.

I was cut multiple times.. didn’t even do what I wanted and showed.... my nails weren’t even all the same shapes. Didnt sanitize area after anther customer left had everyone close together

I had a great walk-in experience with this place today. I ended up getting more services than what I went in for, but they were offered to me as information and not as any kind of pressure. They are friendly and very good at what they do. Even though I’m only visiting in the area, I think I’ll be back before I leave.

I came here for the first time to see how it was and it was a nice and friendly place. I had gotten a no chip manicure and the man that did my nails instead of grabbing the gel nail polish he grabbed regular polish by mistake. After he was taking it off he was going over my cuticle on my ring finger and cut a bit of skin. A different man took his place to finish my nails. It took 2.5 hours to get my nails done and they’re all uneven.

I never had such an unpleasant experience in my life. I came here with two of my friends since we were in the area for a girls trip for wine tasting. It was so unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable the whole time . For starters, They dont have the prices on the wall. They have the prices printed on a piece of paper inside the desk . Once I was ready to pay for my nails, the price was completely different than what I was promised and when I asked to see the prices on the Paper again, the owner refused. The employees there only cared about upselling instead of what you actually want. I was asked 4 times if I wanted to switch to dip powder after I politely declined the first time since I already knew what I wanted. I had 4 different people work on my nails, all with attitude and no patience . The customer service is awful and the quality of their work does not equal to their over priced service. Please save your time and money because they do not care how your nails turn out or if you are happy about them . They cant even paint my nails correctly or completely and that is the most basic thing to know while working in a nail salon . They glued some of the nails crooked and some of the nail size they chose are too small for my nails. Im not sure on how to post pictures on reviews but I do have a picture of the horrible job they did .

Nails broke off after 6 days. Which shuld not happen at all culda glued em on wit super glue n wulda stayed on better

My nails are nice. The guy that did my nails was alright. I did get hurt and felt pain, but its my first time to getting my nails done so its probably just me. Other then that it was good

Thirteen hours after getting a no chip manicure it started chipping and peeling. Four of my nails are chipped and three are peeling. The woman who did my nails was very rough on my cuticles and made three of them bleed. She then proceeded to complain about how short my nails were. A family member who came at the same time said that they recieved an excellent pedicure. They did have a very good color selection and menu of services. They were also able to fit us in. But the nail artist who did my manicure was poorly trained in customer service. I am disappointed with the treatment of customers and my nails.

Ive been here about 5 times and the last 3 times ive had some sort of problem with this business but this last time was just too much. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Went last week, asked for ombré nails and got an awful version of marble nails. After my nails being filed and ready to be painted I waited another 30 minutes for a different worker to get there to do the “ design” since the nail technician told me he didn’t have the patience to do the painting. As she started painting I told her I wanted ombré not marble and she proceeded to tell me that ombré wasn’t in anymore and marble was what girls wanted and if I wanted ombré I’d have to come back another day since they already started the marble design. After 2.5 hours I was charged $55 for acrylic nail that I didn’t want.

Terrible. Do not go unless you are trying to waste money. Nails turned out horrendous and they burned with drill multiple times. When they painted my nails they painted them with wrong color.

Great manicure. But short staffed. Call ahead before stopping in.
