The tech was here for less then 5 minutes and he looked barely looked at the dishwasher. He made an assumption and said it would be over $600 to repair. He didn’t explain anything on what was wrong with it and didn’t even give me a copy of what was wrong with it. He only tried to sell me a warranty and it will be $480 or something like that. Seriously disappointed in how he didn’t explain it even try to explain. What a waste of a service call. Wish I would of went with someone else.

My dryer is gas and the technician was very friendly and professional.

The service repair man knew his work. Was very polite and went right to work and explained everything and gave us options.. saved our dryer!

My repairman Jason was diligent in his service, as he receieved the wrong part initially. He continued to pursue the right part, and completed the repair, evening improving an element from a previous repair. Much appreciated Jason!

On time, parts on truck, repair completely quickly and cost was reasonable. Perfect visit.

We have a fridge 4 years old, today sombody from sears diagnost the fridge we pay 100$, they found 3 parts need replaced wich cost 800$ wich woranty its cover, but to fix labor he sad its cost 600$.really bed experience!!! to buy new fridge its cheaper then pay 600$laber and 100$ diagnoatic total 700$how is posibel to make so expensive labor!!!!

They dont have replacement parts a anymore. You have to order them. You can do it on line or over the.phone.
