I had our furnace replaced. Start to finish, everyone was courteous, concerned for my schedule, flexible, the price was right and they cleaned up after themselves.Highly recommend them

Tyler showed up on time. He was very respectful and professional. He didnt have the part available but he came back at the end of the day. He replaced the part and thanks to his diligence...we have heat again. We would highly recommend him. Hard working young man with great work ethic. Chiasson heating are lucky to have him. I received a quote that stated everything that was needed to install a new furnace, Team Chaisson showed up on time, worked full days, and did a very professional job! They cleaned up the work areas completely. They also installed a new natural gas line for a new stove. I called this company with a furnace emergency about 9:00AM on a snowy morning. I live somewhat outside their zone of availability, but had failed to get anybody to pick up the phone in my own area. The lady who answered the phone was most helpful, and had knowledge of furnaces that got us started on the right foot. Chuck, company owner, was at my house by 12:30PM, easily diagnosed my problem, and had my house warming up by 1:30PM. You cannot say enough positive things about a person and a company like this. My hat is OFF, and my thanks are from my heart!

Chuck had our best interest and needs in mind, he never once tried to sell us more than we needed or spend unnecessary money. 2 days from initial phone call to a new furnace up and running. His employees were knowledgeable, helpful and treated our home with the utmost respect. 5++++ stars

Don was very helpful and professional. He answered our many questions about our new home. Explained everything he was doing so that we understood exactly what we were paying for. We would definitely recommend and continue to use them for our heating needs.

Chuck was able to squeeze us in during the afternoon. He was able to troubleshoot why we had been having issues for the past few winters and provide replacement parts for an old boiler right on the spot. A very solid and easy experience!

I am very happy with my Daikin air conditioners. I have had window and stand acUnits before getting the daikin wall units my house has never been cooler. We run them on dehumidifier most of the time I can’t believe how much cooler the house is and the unit is extremely quietI would highly recommend the units.The workers them came were very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions and took the time to run through the units when they were completely connected

Chiassons is absolutely the Best. They fixed my heating system that had multiple issues that two other contractors looked at & scratched their head. I called Chiassons then. Chuck came out & knew exactly what the problems were & how to fix it (The first time!)Then we asked about installing a central air conditioning system in our existing house which we knew would be a very difficult job. They gave us a good price for a custom designed & installed a/c system.The guys are Awesome! Their experience, attention to detail, pride in their workmanship, and respect for your home is very impressive.

I own a small family business in Oswego my employee called me at 12.40 today and said furnace was not working. Called chuck and he was there is 40 mins and done in 30 mins. The knowledge he had is incredible gets the job done right. If I could I give his company a 10 star rating. I would Never seen anything like it. He is old school and does not mess around. I originally got an appointment for maintenance on my furnace and gas fireplace. However, a few days before the appointment my furnace stopped working. When Don arrived he went right to work, was able to repair a part rather than my having to purchase a new one. Furnace running well. He also did a great job on the maintenance of the fireplace, it looks and works great. I would definitely recommend Chiassons.

I called Chiasson’s because we had no hot water. Our basement had flooded and the pilot on our hot water heater went out. Something inside had gotten wet, so it would not relight. Don arrived promptly and went right to work. He had the hot water heater up and working again in about 15 minutes. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely call them again!

This review is from my mother Paula: Don was great! He showed up for a no heat call, had to pick up the part from the place I ordered it from and then fixed the furnace so my tenants would have heat. I took care of this all by phone with the help of Sonya and Laurie. Thank you to Chiassons staff for all your help, you get an A+ in my book.

Highly recommend these guys! Honest and fair! Needed a new furnace and all new duct work. I called these guys for a second opinion and they quoted me thousands less than the first guy!

I built my home in the last few years, but did not have central air. Our heating system is hot water/baseboard, so we did not have existing duct work. I had called several contractors who gave me outrageous estimates.I met with Chuck Chiasson, who looked at the job, gave solid ideas to fit our central air into our floor plan, and gave us a terrific price. He listened to our specific needs and tailored our central air to be cooler in our bedrooms, which is perfect!I now have Chuck come back in the spring to do a maintenance check and he is his always very helpful and his crew always professional~~

They are the only company I call when needing help. They maintain my boiler which is very old and just last year replaced my water heater for me. They do excellent work with fair pricing, and the guys are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Its always an awful feeling to get up in the morning and realize your house is cold, cold, cold. I called Chiassons for help and they managed to squeeze us into a very busy day - lucky for me, one of their stops was only a couple of miles from my house! They were super professional, figured out the problem quickly and fixed it right away. In and out in less than an hour, and their bill was so reasonable I didnt even have to offer them one of my children. Very, very happy with the service. We will most certainly do business with them again.

I woke up one morning and the heat was off. I called and left a message and Chuck called me back within the hour (on a weekend morning). After realizing the existing furnace could not be repaired, a new one was ordered and arrived the next day. The new furnace was installed and they did a great job of cleaning up the area. They were very professional and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

They do what they promise! Had an after hours furnace issue on a very cold night. Chiassons was the ONLY place to answer their 24/7 Emergency number. I called many places and most did not answer and didnt even have a way to leave a message. Of the few I was able to leave a message for only ONE ever called me back. Unfortunately for them it was 20 minutes after I called Chiassons and spoke w/ the owner immediately. Someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes. It took a couple trips to keep the furnace running but they eventually got it and always responded right away. When I replace this old furnace guess who Ill stop in to see FIRST?

Our air conditioner went down on Saturday July 14th. The temperatures were 90+ outside. I was looking through Google for a place near us and saw the rave reviews about Chiassons and decided to call Monday. They were super friendly on the phone .Tuesday Don came out to look over and assess the situation and this thankfully was a really quick fix. It was a bad breaker and Don was such a breath of fresh air & he was over the top nice. If we ever have problems again we will definitely be calling Chiasson. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue and thank you again to Don who was so personable and nice☺ ☆☆☆☆☆
