Ryan and Tony replaced our air conditioning unit. They were quick, clean and very professional. They laid down tarps through the house to protect the carpet and floors, and cleaned up everything. Dan, the original tech that came out to look in the beginning of our problem, was also really great! He went over all our options and made sure we understood what our choices were. I read Air Dynamics reviews and assumed that maybe some of the reviews were a bit puffed up. They were not! Fro m start to finish the office coordinated everything thing impeccably. Every service tech explained anything and gave us lots of information.Our old AC died. Dan diagnosed everything with me. He gave us many options and ideas. We chose to get a whole new system, as it had all sorts of benefits, like a lifetime warranty and it ran using less electricity than our old unit. Ryan and Tony came over the next day, hauled away everything, installed new outside units and redid the basement sheet metal.These guys even repaired a lightbulb fixture that had died on me!!!Their work was beyond reproach. I will use this company again.

Such great service with Air Dynamics. Our regular maintenance technician, Dan, has always been super helpful and professional. When it came time to replace our furnace, he provided us a lot of information and options so we could make the best choice for our family. The installation was a breeze. Tony and Ryan were on time and I happened to be running late that morning. Even though I kept them waiting, they were extremely friendly, kind, and gracious and did not make me feel bad at all. Our furnace blower motor seized up over night and that morning we called and setup a tech to come out - the same day - for no special fees or costs.Upon arrival, Paul determined in minutes what the issue was and had a solution in process and within 2 hours, our house was cooling off nicely again and comfortable before my wife and kids got home to an oven.Super grateful and price was fine.Would call and use their services again.

Of course our air conditioning went out in the middle of summer! We called Air Dynamics at 5pm and they had a technician over within 15 minutes of our call. After a thorough look the very nice and respectful tech (had shoe covers, asked if wed prefer he wear a mask in the house) provided repair and replacement options. We went with the replacement which they scheduled for three days later.Kathy in the office was also extremely kind and helpful. She talked us through a few things and called before the technician came in the morning.I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning died right on the day that it was 91° out so I called a few places around town and nobody could come out that day. I had a great referral for this place from a bunch of neighbors so I called them at 8:00 in the morning and they were out here by 11:30 a.m. the same day. Dan was the technician really professional guy, clean cut, articulate, walked me through step-by-step what he saw the problems were and how the sequence of events unfolded causing our issue with our air conditioning. also the office called me a number of times that morning to tell me sort of what his ETA was and when he was going to be in route and it was just really nice to have somebody actually follow up on things proactively like that because often and industries like this the follow up is lackluster. I even prepaid for our next year of routine maintenance I like them so much so these are our new guys that were using and I think anyone would find that theyre really really professional group.

My furnace stopped working late Friday night. I got a call Saturday to set up an appointment for them to come look at it. It wasnt pressing as the weather was mild so we set up something from Monday morning. Dan showed up Monday and diagnosed the problem. I was really happy with his professionalism and knowledge. It turns out that the furnace was 20 years old and the heart of the furnace was shot. We discussed replacing my furnace as well as my air conditioner unit which was also 20 years old. On Wednesday, Paul and Tony came out to do the install of my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very careful to protect my floors while the units were installed and the furnace was tested. The air condition will be tested at a later date when the weather warms up. Tony and Paul were professional and reviewed all the work they did for me thoroughly while answering all of my questions. I contacted another company to do an assessment but was not happy with how far out the date was or their level of customer service. Then, I did some research and decided to call Air Dynamics instead. Paul came out and assessed the situation within a much more reasonable time frame, and we were able to come to an agreement within an hour with a variety of options. I paid in full and we set up an appointment for the following week.The installation itself was pretty painless, and I could not have had nicer people to work in my home. The products used are Amana, so they have the best warranties in the market and they take care of all the paperwork for you. They also take their time and do the job right while replacing essentially anything that is not up to code, which is noted in the contract. In the end, Tony, Paul, and Dan did fantastic work and performed various tests to back up their work. They also took me through and explained everything, including the new thermostat.Overall, I would recommend going with Air Dynamics because of the small size of the company. They are able to keep a high level of quality and service because everyone works together closely and cares. The warranties pay for themselves in the long run, especially for a larger investment. Additionally, the better quality of the work promises to keep the bills down.

This is my second review of Air Dynamics. Cannot recommend this company enough. Tony came out on a service call because our heater was making noise. In looking for the reason it was making noise, he found that we were actually in danger as our old units were potentially starting to leak CO2 into the house. We did not hesitate to get both heating systems replaced. Tony and Ryan were here for close to 12 hours installing two furnaces. At the end of the very long day, they still had smiles on their faces (under their masks) and spent an additional 30 mins explaining everything they did and why they did it. Greatly appreciate this company, their standards and work ethic, and the accountability! Awesome service as always!

This Winter it had issues again and we had them out promptly to service it and get it back up. Well a couple days later it went out again and the repair cost was more than we thought would be worth putting into the unit so we decided to get a new one. Not only did they refund us for the first visit but they didnt even charge us for the return call after hours! Paul is always our tech and I couldnt be happier with his service. Always on time and polite. He knows what he is talking about. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

My furnace decided to go out at 3pm on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but Cassie and her team were ultra responsive to our needs. Scheduling was a breeze, Dan was super informative in his assessment of our furnace, and their prices for our new unit were just right. We had a new furnace in by Tuesday, even with the holiday in the mix. I can’t say more about how professional Tony, Paul and Dan were throughout the process. Highly, highly recommend.

Dan from Air Dynamics came out to service my older furnace last week. He was great! Polite, nice, professional and reasonable. He was able to fix my furnace and also took time to explain to me when we should get a new furnace- no hard sell or scare tactics to “replace the furnace now”. The service call charge was credited to the price of fixing the furnace. I also had Dan do a fall tune up on the furnace and he was able to clean parts of the furnace and also fixed a small gas leak (yikes). I was very happy with the service, I found them to be honest and our furnace is working great. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Im on the annual maintenance plan and Joe came out to inspect my elderly A/C system. Still impressed at how prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and personable all the technicians have been. Everything Ive been told to date has checked out. Office staff is responsive and polite as well.

I had another highly rated local company come out and quickly jump to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace, proceeding to pitch one to me for same day installation. Luckily I had Air Dynamics lined up for a second opinion. Their customer service rep was great and was able to line up a technician within a few hours. Paul called on his way and showed up right on time. He was able to quickly fix the gas valve (the first guy said this was a special order part and would likely take 24 hours to get it for the repair) and get our furnace up and running quickly. He then provided me with a range of options/estimates for additional service, cleaning, calibrating, and maintenance. Paul really took the time to diagnose and explain everything, as well as to dispel the lies of the technician from the previous company and give me the assurance that our unit will hopefully last a few more years with regular maintenance. Air Dynamics was recommended by a few people in our neighborhood and we will be using them for any HVAC issues moving forward! Thanks!Tom

Dan did a wonderful job for us today! He was prompt, courteous and explained all our options. We have used Air Dynamics on two occasions now and they have been wonderful! Customer service and price can’t be beat!

Great service as always! They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We ask a lot of questions since our unit is 14 years old, they always answer our questions with precise and easy to understand explanations. Today we asked how to make the upstairs cooler and downstairs not an icebox. Dan gave us some suggestions on balancing the system which we are going to try. We also like that they have a service agreement where they will call us twice a year to arrange for them to come out to service our system and give a discount for any repairs needed. I like this because otherwise I would forget to call for maintance service.Thank you Air Dynamics!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Today Paul and Clayton installed our whole house air purifier. They worked so quickly and efficiently and cleaned up every last trace once they were done. Both took as much time as I needed to explain everything I needed to know and answer all of my questions. Their work is wonderful, they are so nice to talk to and extremely professional. I even called the office before their arrival with a few questions and they were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on! I highly recommend their services!!

Great service! Paul came out to service our furnace. We chose to upgrade both air and heating systems after discussing all options. The next day Paul and Dan installed new equipment. They were professional, efficient, and careful to take care of home surroundings such as entryway, floors, walls, etc. They installed approximately three weeks ago, and everything is still running perfectly.
