I recently had to have my Macbook cleaned since I was behind in my updates, so I was looking for a local business to get this done. If I could give them - 5 stars I would. They required an appointment to take my printer in for repair. I expected that with the COVID experience and made it. When I went to deliver the computer for repair, I started to enter the close quartered store with my mask on and stopped at the door because the employees were not wearing masks. I requested that they put on masks and they refused. I told them I was compromised and could not enter the store unless they wore them. One put a mask on and two others that appeared to own the business refused saying they werent required to. I told them I would stand in the open doorway to answer their questions and they insisted that if I wanted to be waited on I would have to enter and shut the door. I told them I would close the door and stand outside and we could talk on the phone to communicate. They again said just come in and close the door behind you. I explained it all again to them that I didnt feel safe doing that. They told me to go out and read a notice they had posted about it outside and that I had to follow it. It was in small print and I wasnt about to read it since it didnt matter to me what it said and I told them. They told me I was being hostile. I said I wasnt I just came to their business and wanted to get my printer repaired and I wasnt going to risk my health. They told me to read a sign by their desk that said to be nice or get out. I was being nice. I was concerned about my health and risk and trying to explain to them. All they had to do was put on a mask. They told me to take my printer and leave. I was happy to. I tried to do business with them a few years ago, taking a computer in to be fixed. After a few trips of taking it in, they gave me a large bill, the computer was never fixed. I thought that a simple printer repair might work with them but I was wrong. I will never enter their door again and advise people to find another place.

They would TRANSFER everything from the old to the sorta new refurbished unit, and even give my Kaspersky internet security installed for free for the year, all for the price of the refurbished ticket price. No labor, no drama, and a great, working Lenovo laptop ready with all my stuff, the next day.I never felt pressured. It was always about my options, but to do what I felt best with. Disappointing. I brought my laptop in only to be told it was a not worth fixing hardware issue. When I noticed it was acting different after being at Fast Rhino for a week, indicating it was not a hardware issue, I called Merlin. Merlin was not interested in hearing about the new specific symptoms that I noticed, instead he just kept saying it was a hardware issue.
