John-Michael conducted a seminar at Florida Combat Academy in Cocoa, FL, where I train. We were all impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Great Academy, Great People! John-Michael, is a Relson Gracie Black Belt who received the prestigious title of Professor de Jiu Jitsu from Grand Master Relson Gracie himself. The way the classes are taught - True Helio Gracie fundamental and advanced techniques - is much different than any other school in the area. It is only here that you will be shown the proper application of technique for maximum effect. Everyone is welcome and you should at least see the difference for yourself!

I trained here for 10 years I appreciate and miss this academy every day .I am a midwesterner and unfortunately could only last down there for about 10 years and moved back . Ive went there since I was 7. They used to be in Palm Coast, but relocated, now I am 12, and skipped a year because we bought a house. I loved hanging out with all the teachers and the kids!
