I just wish you would have online assistance with wheelers it’s just awful for my son. Every month I have problems . Seriously every month . Requires a phone e call a waste of 30 to an hour or more trying to get my sons medical supplies. Stressed every month. Often times requiring assistance from nemours to assure they do their job of providing basic medical supplies .

Numotion is an amazing company. There are some opportunities with some of the employees but overall management will handle any concerns you may have. Going online to the corporate number and requesting a manager or scheduling service through the Numotion portal is the way to go! Great team. I would highly recommend.

My experience with this company over the last few weeks has been pretty abysmal, to put it mildly.I needed an electric patient lift for my son, which my insurance wont cover. So I asked Numotion to quote me for purchasing an electric lift privately. They quoted me $998, which was within our budget so I placed the order with them. A few weeks later, I called them to find out the status of my order. I was told that actually, they misquoted me, and the real cost is $2,736 - not even close to the $998 I was initially quoted! They refunded me, but how they managed to make an error of this size is frankly unbelievable to me (they are supposed to be experts in the products theyre selling!).But it gets worse! 3 days after that, I received a call from Numotion telling me that insurance has actually approved my request for an electric lift - hurray! Are you sure? I asked them. Oh yes, they replied, its really great news. Were so happy for you!. 10 minutes later they called me back. Actually we were wrong - oops! We have no idea what we were talking about and insurance has not approved your request.Their carelessness and lack of professionalism truly boggles the mind. This is a company that is supposed to help people with disabilities, many of whom are already overwhelmed with insurance claims, paperwork, etc. Instead, they somehow manage to make everything more confusing and complicated.Really disappointing.

Leann, Courtney and Ryan have all been fantastic to work with. There was some confusion and shuffling early on in the process with our first assigned representative taking another employment opportunity, but past those hiccups weve had great service. The approval process was quick, and while there were some delays in ordering the parts for the build, the chair is being delivered right on schedule. If Im still local to the area by the time I need a new build, Id happily work with this company again.

Talk about getting the run around. I dont understand how they are still in business when everything seems to fall through the cracks. Im very upset thats Ive been waiting four months for a stander. Its absolutely ridiculous. It doesnt take. Long for an authorization approval and yet they sit on half the orders. If you can take your business elsewhere do so.

Customer Service in the Orlando office is TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been waiting 3 months to try and get my son a car seat.. I’ve done everything they asked, every time I call Leann has a new reason as to why she hasn’t done her job and shifts the blame to my doctor! She has horrible customer service skills, is rude and don’t expect a call back or an update because she NEVER returns a call or an email! Unless corporate is able to help me I’m doing business elsewhere!

I tried to purchase an expensive wheelchair and out of the 7 times I called in 3 weeks, I was only able to get in touch with Leann twice after being transferred by corporate because no was answering the phone or returned calls during a 2 week period. She told me she was going to email me with directions for the doctor and also tried to upsell me from the model I wanted to one that Numotion makes. She never did send the email nor return the phone call even after trying several more times. Im so surprised they dont want to make sales during a time when companies are loosing business. I can imagine what their customer service is like after you already purchased. Buyer Beware!

So far my dealings with new motion have been awful but not the first time ive had a bad experience with a DME supplier. i have been in need of a new manual wheelchair for months now and i told numotion what i needed to meet my daily needs. A manual chair thats been built to the same spec last three chairs i have had. numotion then decides to not even submit it to insurance as the build i need and then tells me its insurance policy and that i have to pay out of pocket if i want that build, and they didnt even notify of this i had to constantly call them and found out myself after they failed to return messages. would not recommend if your a seriously active wheelchair user who has specific needs they are just worried about profit and a easy sale then meeting the needs of the user.

We are visiting from Rochester NY area. Power chair stopped dead, battery took charge chair still dead.Called numotion and they got us right in near 4 pm.By 5 pm problem diagnostics done, problem was joystick or controller. Loaner controller on and new controller ordered.We are extremely pleased with this outcome.

I can totally understand why you are rated a 2.3 now! Horrible customer service with Leeann. Shouting matches, name calling, have been hung up on multiple times, ridiculous and unnecessary wait times, refues to have management contact me etc....Worst customer service around!!!Beware!

My sons wheelchair has literally been held together with zip ties and a ratchet strap for 9 months we have call numerous times and if we actually talk to someone like leann they never call back never do their job its sad specially what they charge for their chairs makes me completely sick!!!

The person driving vehicle 1578 does not use turn signals, damn near drove me off the road because they got over without signal. So much for safety huh?? Now that Ive made it home and calmed down, I still feel that this person needs to be coached/punished for their reckless driving, especially since it was raining. They couldve caused an accident. This happend on Colonial drive turning left onto Clark road.

Terrible service. I am now stuck in bed with no working chair.I called numotion orlando march 112019.They said i needed an rx from my primary care provider. My dr sent all info still have not heard back from numotion.Now my chair wont even turn on.I waited 8 months for the proper seat cusion my chair came with wrong cushion causing sores and much pain.This company is not helpful at all.

The best customer service ever today!!! We are on vaction in Orlando Fl from Virginia Beach Va. The airline broke my daughters wheelchair. When they gave me her chair at the gate her front wheel was gone. The metal frame was broke. The wheelchair tipped over with My daughter in it. I called nu motin in Orlando and told them want had happen. They told me to bring her wheelchair in so soon as I could no appointment need. They greeded me at the door took her chair to the back to see if it could be fixed. They said No! They took her chair seat, pads, anti tippers, arm rest off and put it on a loaner frame. So that she would still be comfortable on her vaction. We could not be more grateful!! A happy family on vaction! Thank you Nu Motion.
