They guy was very nice. He could have made me get a while new tire but instead he showed me it was a nail n was very honest.

They changed the bad tires I got for some better ones but I should have gotten a better deal for my set considering the tread was very low on the replacement set.

Called this place to get some basic information. First two attempts no one picks up. When I finally get someone everything was going okay but when I asked about how long it may take/was an appointment necessary, I was hoping to get an estimated time but the guy just hangs up on me. Unprofessional. If they can’t answer simple questions I sure as hell won’t trust them with my vehicle.

LADIES are welcomed and not cheated like other big name tire locations. LITO and the staff at Empire Tirrs here in 9203 E Colonial Dr did a great job. This is my 2nd time here and although the office doesnt look very pretty, their customer service and prices are the best.The wait was short and they explain everything in advances, no surprises or trying to get an extra buck because you are a women.Thank you guys and I highly recommend them. Their location is next door to LKQ pick up parts.

Ive been to several Empire tires around Orlando and this has got to be the worst. As i approached the building i walked past a group of guys smoking weed out front. Once i walked in i realized those were the employees. The first tire they tried to sell me had a gaping hole on the side. I eventually settled for another tire that also didnt look so great. Less than 2 months later it went flat. I went back to ask if they could do anything, i didnt expect a refund since it was past the 30 day return window but i thought maybe theyd patch it since i was a frequent customer. No such luck. They basically told me to pound dirt and seemed offended that i would even ask. If you must go to empire, avoid this location at all costs!

Good selection of used tires whether you need to replace one just to keep you going I needed two because I had failed to rotate my tires so now I have about equal tread on all four. Up front pricing with excellent while you wait service. These guys are good.

The staff here was very fast and professional. I did not know that I could put a different size tire on my car which ended up saving me a lot of money and headache as the tires that belong on my car seem almost impossible to find! (255/55r20). So now I have bigger tires, which looks kinda cool and my dad said it will save me a little on gas as well. Great staff, I went in for 1 tire (emergency) and ended up getting all 4 from them (others were bald too). I left them a tip as well, please tip these guys!

Presently here getting my tire changed. Waited for about 5 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me. When they finally said something to me the guy was extremely rude would’ve just left but my tire is completely blown so I’m pretty much stranded. Will NEVER do business here again!!

They patched my tire that the Chevy dealer down the road wanted me to buy a new tire because the nail was not in the center treads.

The customer service was awesome. After working all night I just wanted to get in and out. That’s exactly what happened. I called Tire Kingdo and the least expensive tires would have costed about $190 or so. Well I’m ended up pay $80 for a set of good tires. It was well worth it. If they don’t should my you fill lie they’re in a rush. They are. A rush to get you in and out satisfied. I don’t think anyone want to see all day waiting. Give them a try, you’ll be happy you did

This is the worst spot that I have ever been to. I waited 15 minutes for somebody to come to the front to greet me and then after they greeted me they told me to go to the back and wait for another representative. I had a warrantee for a tire that was all of no nails in it or anything. The guy told me to go to another location because he didnt recognize the receipt which that empire on it. Then I told him dont worry I will pay full price for a new tire. He wouldnt even tell me his name. Another guy was standing right next to me and he told me that he couldnt get my tire nor the other guys tire because it was under a bunch of tires that he didnt feel like retrieving.I will never waste my time with someone who wants to make money but not put in the work to do it even after I agreed to pay full price for a new tire. Dont come here ever.

I came here looking for used tires and was approached by a guy named sweet and he tried giving me the worst tires then tried to scam me out of $20 dollars saying he could help me get a better deal if i paid him?! I left angry and disappointed. What kind of business is being run here?!!!

I called this morning to see if they had a 235/70R15 tire. They put me on hold and one minute later they said, yes, we have one...$40 mounted and balanced. I said great Ill be there sometime today. Two hours later, and after driving nine miles, I got there and they said they didnt have one. This screams UNRELIABLE!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Scammers. Price ranges on what they think they can get form you. I few times Ive been here after stating opening times. no one is there. I went there about 4:45PM on a Friday, before I even rolled up the guy came up and said he didnt have my tire. Didnt even look at it. I could tell they were busy and just wanted to weed people out so they could get out quick. Dont wste your time. There are better places along SR 50 and beyond.

Customer service is horrible and please show your staff to be more respectful specially at work personal life you dont mix with work . One of the employees i guess wife or girlfriend comes in the store beeping horn of car basically i guess letting him know she was there he stops working to go to talk to her leaving customers behind while customers are fustrated because no one has the decency to ask if they been helped the girlfriend which looks like she is not an employee goes behind counter to get a phone charger tells her son to stay sitting because grandma is going to get him there then she goes out in front of the store into her car and starts smoking marijuana which u could smell and see her doing with no shame and customers still fustrated and not taken care ofREALLY???? Only reason we stayed was because it was sunday and only place open around and we really need it the tire other than that beleive me would not be coming back to this place

As most have said a quick tire change would be less than 15 minutes. I arrived at 5:37p wheb they would close at 6p and they said they were closed and refused to help. Wouldnt even check to see if they had the tire I needed if I could come back. Just Come back at 8am.

Got suv tires installed and balanced for 150 bucks. Great guys quick and easy. Waited for maybe 20 minutes and they were done. Tires were in great shape for used tires.

I would be very careful working with them, plus they dont have $10 tires but they have over priced tires for $60. Why pay the money and you dont give me the size tire I needed? My safety should be more important then a $60 tire.

I just called not even secs ago just trying to find out on prices for my tires and to see if there avalible. So I called they picked up didn’t tell me their name and ALL Companies SHOULD KNOW. That introduceing yourself is a respectful and courteous thing to do.. People don’t do business with people they don’t know, that’s just common sense but once they picked up they weren’t mean at all then again I’m not easily bothered. Anywhoot I asked to see for prices and options. Once he told me they didn’t have it he hung up on me. Which is straight up rude! Tire price depends on tire sizes i got three tires at $35 each and $8 of tax..not bad at all for fairly new tires... They guy changing the tires seemed very rushed...there is no bathroom, you have to sit on chairs outside cause inside is so so dirty but overall good.

I mentioned it to the employee, he barely acknowledged my concern and said 30 day warranty - okay, thats fair Ill give it the benefit of the doubt.Took home the tire, put it on my car. Next morning I drive 2 miles to put gas in the car and guess what... THE TIRE DEFLATES COMPLETELY.Annoyed because I have to be at work in 2 hours and I have a long drive, I put on the spare and head over to Empire tire. The same employee sees me and I think oh great he must remember me.Well turns out having the receipt signed/filled out by him means absolutely nothing. He refused to change the bad tire that they sold me.When I inquired about the warranty he said it didnt apply for that tire AND started raising his voice and being insulting when I asked for my money back or a different tire that would actually do the job.I asked for his manager as I had dealt with one of the managers a couple of years ago and I remembered him to be a coherent and customer service driven individual.The employees answer was that he was the manager (YEAH RIGHT). I went inside and asked the man in the lobby if he could get the manager for me. The man in the lobby claimed to be the manager as well.Basically, the horrible employees that this place has claim to be the manager whenever a customer asks for one so they dont have to call the real manager. I ended up going home and getting a new tire at Wal-Mart. I had to pay more, but at least the employees at my local walmart have a little bit of human decency and respect for a customer that is PAYING for a SERVICE. Thus, the service should at the bare MINIMUM be acceptable and the tires should last (for the love of God) longer than a freaking night.How is it possible for me to PAY money for a tire that didnt even last a 2 mile ride?You would think a business that wants to keep its loyal customers would have at least a bit of common sense to accept their mistake of selling a bad tire and just replace it.Anyway, I hope that 1. I went to these guys yesterday and bought two tires for the front of my car I took the car home immediately and left it in the garage overnight because I drive for Uber and I dont like driving on Sunday nights I wake up this morning Monday morning and I find that both of the front tires that I bought yesterday are flat so I take the vehicle back to the guys same guys that worked on the vehicle the day before and they tell me one tire has a pinhole and theyll just replace it which I believe is fair cuz theres a 30-day warranty from buying the tires and I bought the tires less than 24 hours ago the second Tire he tells me Im going to have to pay for a fix which I paid $10 and then he tries to say I have two Nails in my tire but hes only going to charge me to fix one I dont understand why I should be charged to fix anything if theres a 30 day warranty and theyre used tires but he tries to say oh you probably picked up a nail in our parking lot?????? then why dont you check the parking lot for nails why are you letting your customers get nails in their tires so they can come back and you can charge them money I dont think thats right and I would like to speak to the owner of this establishment. Im a very active Uber driver Ive only been working for Uber seven months and have over a thousand rides already. I will make sure I let all of my customers know to avoid this place because I just feel like its a giant rip-off when I had to pay for money out of the two tires I bought I was charged $107 and then I was charged another $10 this morning to fix the one tire this is unbelievable. Ill be waiting for an email. And hopefully it is what i want to hear or i will be making a report to the better business bureau.

Opened 20 mins late, price on tires depends how thick tread is. Claims $10 and up on tires but what u see is a riding lawnmower tire is actually 10, not for regular car. Shaddy start. Came in just for 1 flat tire, turns out my valve stem has a crack and leaking air, but still sold me the used tire instead of putting on the old one which was still good. One tire with valve stem...53.25 way too much for a tire and cant open on time.

I went here on Super bowl Sunday trying to have then put 4 new tires. The guy quoted me $60 and $80 if he rotated them. I was there around 1100am but I had a lot of people coming over for a Super Bowl Brunch at 11:30am. So I decided to get the tires done the next day. My husband took the car in and after letting the guy know that all the tires are brand new he didnt need them rotated.. the guy went up on the price. Now it would cost $71 to put the tires on. Scammers.... No need to lie.. And guess what? I had just sent my grandson there a couple of weeks ago... I will never go back and I will definitely not send anyone else there either. Bad business practices!!

Got a used tire from this rat hole and it was leaking bad. Brought it back on my day off and they blamed me saying I ran over a nail and it must have popped out the warranty they give is useless and the customer service is just as bad as the tires they sell. If you read this then go somewhere else and get a quality used tire for 45$ and them constantly mentioning they want a tip is annoying. Buyer beware

Came inside to get a used tire no one was at the desk for 10min.. so I went around to the back to find someone. But they were all assisting customers I stood there for 15min no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. They finished with there customers and went inside leaving me there. They couldve at least told me or had a sign that said to wait in the lobby instead of me waiting for no reason so I left. Ridiculous

Sign is misleading on purpose. No tires for $10, not even lawn mower tires. sign is made 10 and up to lure people in.

Went for a plug in my tire but was turned away with 15minutes to go in their work day!!..online they advertise open until 6pm. I got there at at 5:45pm and was refused for a 5 minute plug job. Dont bring your business here, go somewhere that will work the hours they advertise!!!!
