I suggest these guys. They made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied with their work. They were so nice and attentive. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and worked their tails off to make sure my floors were spic and span.

Our laundry room flooded and made a large mess. We knew we had severe water damage and wanted to deal with it asap. I asked my dad about his plumber and he recommended these guys. I’m impressed with how effective they are! In just a few minutes they had the carpet pulled back and fans installed. This was our first experience with a major work within our building and naturally we were intimidated with the aspect of subcontractors coming and going and the worry of the quality of work, etc. I could not be more impressed with the level of expertise and the quality of job that was provided. We were well informed of what was taking place on a daily basis and our project was actually completed ahead of schedule. Our floors were restored after some water damage and they look amazing now.

In May we had a water leak on the line to an icemaker that resulted in flooding in parts of four rooms. Hanover Insurance Company, our insurer, recommended I turn the dilemma over to and we did. We left for the summer at our summer residence and returned in September to find all the first floor hardwood floors, which were significantly damaged by the flooding, refinished, damage to a wall repaired, all woodwork repainted so the fixed area matched the rest of the house, etc. This required the moving of all our first floor furniture to the second floor while the job was done, etc. and their man Joshua Washburn could not have done a better, more professional job for us.

The repairman was on time, respectful and professional. He looked at the problem, quoted me a price and stayed true to his word. More than anything he fixed the problem
