The team from Hydradry did an excellent job! They came on time, inspected the ceiling damage from an overflow ac pan, moved and covered my furniture, cut out the damaged part, treated it for mold, covered the exposed area, and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone as they completed the job in a professional way and were very friendly and worked hard to see that I was satisfied. Great Job!

I was nervous when HydraDry arrived. When I met Will he explained everything that he was going to be doing and walked me through each step. The next day Will and Jimmy both went about setting up their equipment without disturbing my children while they were both at home doing online school. After completely drying the wet areas, Will applied this primer (paint and mold repellant) to areas of the home that were never wet. He explained that it would minimize any possible mold growth. I was so impressed with Wills insight to apply this product that I wished I knew him when the house was being built so he could have applied this product to everything.I ABSOLUTELY recommend HydraDry for your home or business.

I would highly recommend Hydro Dry. Very professional and thorough. They were called out to our house on a Sunday evening and worked until after 1:00 a.m. My husband and I were very impressed at the quality of work done. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I needed they would be the company I’d call.

This team came out immediately after being called. The work they performed was done with very careful details. Only the damaged drywall and insulation was removed and not overdone. The job was done with great integrity. They were clean and respectful with my space and time. Would definitely recommend this team.

Hydra Dry Took care of our mitigation in Louisiana following 2 Hurricanes. They were unbelievable!!! I have seen other homes mitigation work and there is no comparison, seriously no comparison. They were professional and SO clean. They packed and wrapped everything like true professionals... at one point I even suggested that they did not have to wrap up some non breakable decorative balls and they could just put them in a box and they said, nope, it is what we do. They put up protective plastic so that the rest of the house was protected and we could still live there. The office and field staff were super responsive and helpful. I just cant recommend enough. Oh, and my contractor came into the house and took pictures of their work. He was amazed and said I have never seen anything like this. So impressed. They truly go above and beyond.

I cant say enough good things about Hydradry. Top of my list is their customer service. We had pretty severe water damage, and this was my first experience with this. I had no clue what to do, and Greg basically held my hand through the entire process. He was SO patient with all of my questions - super knowledgeable and I could always reach him when I needed to. They were on time 100%, always professional and every person that I came in contact with was polite and extremely helpful. People, if you ever need a water mitigation company.....USE HYDRADRY! Oh one more thing.....they communicate with you every step of the way, so you always know whats going on and what it happening next. And they are super at working with your insurance. Jack from Hydradry was dispatched mby my Insurance Carrier and came to my house to inspect for water damage due to a pipe break. He was very helpful and identiifed several water damage areas and then used thremal technology to confirm the findings. Next, Kenny and his team begam the drywall removal. They were very careful of non-damaged areas and protected these areas. They worked everyday to get my house cleaned up from the water damage and then dried it out with dehumfiers. They let me know everyday the current status and did not mind to explain the process to me and my wife. I trust that they have given me and my contractor a clean foundation to rebuild my house.

The two men who cleaned my carpets and tile were courteous, thorough and efficient. They were able to remove a heavy stain in one of the carpeted areas. The tile (over 1,000 sq. ft.) looked great after being cleaned.

My sister in law used this company when she had a flood in her house. If that wasnt bad enough she employed Hydradry who ended up being complete crooks. They did show up fast, but did not complete the job. When they brought it to their attention, not only did they not come back to check their work. They said sue me and hung up the phone. That is no way to do business. I work in the construction industry on the commercial side, I would proceed with caution if using Hydradry.

Worst of the worst! I know this industry (water and mold mitigation) is known for dishonesty and ripping off insurance companies. Now having first hand experience with HydraDry, I know why the industry has such a bad reputation. The company took my money and they told me false information like, telling me that they did things they completed work that was never actually done. I really dont know how they are still in business. Do NOT USE THEM!

I was looking for a place that could take care of water damage and do mold removal in the Orlando area. Hydra Dry was recommended to me by a friend and I have to say they did a great job. Very professional staff and explained everything that was involved along the way.

I hired Hydra Dry for mitigation and restoration in my home. They had explained multiple areas in my home were unsalvageable and multiple walls and flooring throughout the home needed to be removed. Bobby who is the frontline guy for Hydra Dry stated that I had good insurance who would pay whatever it took to get my home back to where I needed it to be. My personal items such as furniture were packed and moved by the company into their storage facility, where again Bobby stated how I had good insurance so they would keep my items in an “air conditioned unit”, (it was not air conditioned it was just one fan ). He went on to joke and show me where people who did not have good insurance had their personal items kept. They attempted to bill my insurance $650/month for storage. They wrapped up wet furniture, wet kitchen pans, and small appliances. I had asked them to place certain items in garage to be thrown out, but they did not follow instructions and wrapped up wet items. These items were damaged with rust, mold and rotted. When I asked to see the rest of the furniture they showed me a mattress and a head board... why would a mattress have damage? It wasn’t on the floor. Then they failed to wrap the mattress back up which now has stains due to their negligence. They also left up a back splash section in the kitchen. Once I discussed the issues to Greg who is supposed to take over the company, all he had were excuses. He stated during the rebuild they would take care of it . They stated my master bedroom walls had to be taken down, this was a lie and was never even completed. They stated they removed the tile in all the bathrooms, this was a lie. Thy stated they removed baseboards, this was a lie . They did not complete half the work they claimed they had done. And when I had another company come out to inspect the home, moisture was detected to multiple walls. The contractor was shocked that drills had not been made in any of the baseboards. This is considered improper technique for attempting to save the dry wall to properly dry out the walls. Hydra dry also failed to remove damaged appliances and damaged furniture which they had stated they would . Once I did not hire Hydra dry to complete my rebuild Bobby became very nasty and rude . I spoke to Greg and all he said was, ”oh Bobby is just a grumpy old man “. Not an excuse ! Hydra Dry lied to the insurance company about work they were suppose to complete, were paid but, never completed it . I called Greg and he stated, “ if you think you are getting any money back you are wrong “. Worse company ever. Will lie and steal your money . Do yourself a favor and tell your friends and family to stay away .

I dont trust alot of companies but when I had water leak at my home I didnt know what to do! I Looked online to find several water damage companies I called 4 before finally contacting hydradry. The customer service over the phone was just the start of a great experience for me. I knew at that point hydradry was the company to use, from knowledge and how fast they where able to be there and help right away!!! I give them two thumbs up and will recommend them to anyone!

In August 2012 my home flooded out from a pipe break in our bathroom. I called Hydra Dry and they arrived within the hour!! I was so overwhelmed with the whole process. They made sure that everything was not only done quickly but sufficiently. They made sure to keep me involved in the whole thing, explaining each and every detail. No this event was not something I dreamed of but Hydra Dry also made sure it wasnt a nightmare!
