The staff is always friendly and there are always people willing to help when you are in need. Ive gone here for 15 years with 3 generations of family, definitely a great place to dump.

Yet another left behind yard pickup. They picked up 2 bags and left the rest. I tried to contact Solid Waste by phone. But there is no-one to speak to about this. And there is nothing on the website about missed pickups.

I called the for a week because the Trash Collector did not pick up my trash because my car was next to the trash can I called and called and called they kept telling me someone will come by as a courtesy to pick up the trash. It’s been a week and no one has come to get my trash. My trash is still out and I have to wait til the next pick up day. This is my first time in 6 years that I’ve been living here that I live in this county, their service is horrible. Osceola county will never do this, when they say thy will come by they do what they say. Definitely recommend put your trash can where it it easy for them to get because they will not pick it up and are too lazy to get out of the truck

Dumped material many times over the home renovation. Our experience was always good. I appreciate the afford and service.

I like the collection service people. They have been good to me through the hurricane. No they don’t always pick up every week but it is always picked up within a decent time frame. They are pleasant and always say hi if I’m in the yard milling around. We also had debris to bring to the landfill due to hurricane damage. The landfill people are just as nice and helpful. It’s a clean facility and organized for drop off.

East Orlando area. Did not pick up trash bin, picked up neighbors bin and drove right past our bin just 6 feet away. This has happened in the past and appropriate placement of bins has always been the same. Calling for trash bin pick-up at a later time is not a Green solution. Its easier to pick up the bin than just leave it (Ridiculous and uncalled for).Work ethic = Salty and questionable, perhaps, even racist—certain I was seen placing bin by roadside which is why it was not collected.

It says they close at 5 on the sight. I got there at 4:30 for free compost and the lady said they closed at 4:30. What a joke.To the person that replied. Thank you for letting me know its gone rather early. However, that is no excuse to tell me after wasting a trip there that you close earlier than what is posted on the sight. There was no were all out, it was only No, we close at 4:30. It needs to be corrected.

I had the gall to call and complain about trash pick up and Tammy hung up on me and blocked my number so I can never call back. Literal garbage government run BS

I think they do a great job. You have to follow the rules or they wont pick up, but its not like the rules are difficult. Most states do not have large item pickup for customers. You have to take big items to the landfill, or pay someone to do it and then are charged for those items. Wisconsin even cut funding for appliance recycling. So its great that we can call or go online to request that service. There are also regular days for yard waste. Most places dont have that either. New customers if you go to the website and read the rules and you shouldnt have any problems, at least that has been my experience.

I gave one star as I could not give -10! The amount of times they do not pick up the yard waste is unbelievable, we can not make it any easier for them than trash cans at the roadside.They will not do anything that requires a tiny amount of work, any business that was not a monopoly like this would fold.

What a great experience I had with Orange county solid waste. Our trash rolling cart lid was severely damaged from pick up. I sent an email Sunday, got a response by Monday and the problem was fixed by Tuesday. I had an issue and they fixed it with one email. Very good customer service!

Well I knew this was going to happen. You changed the recycle pick up schedule and now? No pick up. They had till 8 PM yesterday so they just blew us off in Forest Ridge. They used to come through at 6 or 7 a.m.. now its in the late afternoon. Yesterday nothing. Time for a change!

They allow for major item pick up if you call and schedule. They will not pick up overfilled plastic containers which are huge. I had TVs that were left... No pick up. I called and were picked up on bulk recycling day. After hurricane they picked up complete tree that I cut up and put at curb.No pick up of trash bags all over and outside containers unless u call and explain. Driver I think not allowed outside truck unless container itself falls out or too heavy to lift... They he tries again... Seen it done.Driver and trash have cameras...

Update:Hurricane Erma is coming this week. They forgot to pick up my trash. After calling multiple times way ahead of the storm, I was told it would be picked up. They never came and now services are suspended. Our family has to now sit through this hurricane with rotting trash in the house.Previous complaint:Most the time its fine. The past two weeks the bags have fallen out when they came to pick up and they just left them in the road and now theres trash and other rotting food in the road. The trash is never more than half full so not sure what theyre issue is. This is just lazy.

I am disabled and have had rear pick up for over a year . All of sudden the driver does want want to get out of the druck to pick up my garbage on Fridays . He has missed the following pick ups : 6/29, 7/6, 7/16/18. I have had to call on Monday to have them come out to pick it . Today 7/16/18 I ask to talk to a supervisor the c/s rep told me no was available and would have to call me back. Left my number and of course still waiting for a call. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I pay my taxes and should be entitled to have my garbage pick up . I feel i am being discriminatied because Im disabled. I asl sending this to Mayor Jacobs and news stations. I need help in resolving this issue. Thank you .Yes you have the correct address. I would also like to know why Supervisor did not call me back .

Im beyond irritated that the people who pick up my trash leave my garbage can in the dead-center of my driveway. I have to park my car in the small back alley in order to move my garbage can so I can get in my driveway.I have called and complained numerous times, but this is still an ongoing issue. At this point I think theyre doing this intentionally.

This place is a real dump. Its super dirty and our server was a filthy mess. Food wasnt very fresh but it was edible. Happy anniversary honey!

Smells and trash all down young pine Rd from landfill Needs improvements. Connection road to Lee Vista Blvd would lower trash on young pine Rd.

Got home from work and Noticed my trash was still out front as my son normally brings it back in. so i got out the truck and Looked and the trash was not picked up. i think its time to change companies orange County?!!

I lived in several states (towns) this is the worse system regarding trash collection, these guys are incompetent, every week you do not know what to expect from these guys, they do not pick it up and when they pick it up they leave it on the floor, terrible service, they just do not want to work.

My experience with waste process was an awful disrespect for a tax paying citizen the driver for my neighborhood was so disrespectful not did he not take time to talk to me but almost ran me over with truck and wouldnt dump my garbage now I have to wait another week for garbage to be dump will be filing a complaint this morning
