Ive had this company for years here at my shop, and I have to say that the customer support in Orlando is terrible. I will discontinue service, and will warn anyone against looking at this company for residential or commercial accounts.

They CONSTANTLY miss pick ups. This is a business and our dumpster is constantly spilling over full and clients have to see it. When I call customer service, I understand they have a call center, but the operators from customer service I get all have attitude and are rude no matter if they are local or in another State. Not good.

Ran over a recycle bin with several hundred pounds of expensive manufacturing materials. Left it strewn all over my parking lot. Filed a claim and they never called me back about it. Called and they ducked me like if someone trying to avoid paying their bills. It was terrible and unprofessional

I’ve had them as a home service provider with no complaints, but their business service side is absolutely terrible. They miss pick ups constantly and then charge you to come back and pick up after they’ve missed you. I sent a certified letter to close the account. They apologized for the confusion and promised to come pick up their container. Weeks later I receive a bill for over $2600 just to close the account. Run don’t walk from this provider if you are a business. If you are a homeowner, you make be ok, but I’m not sure it’s worth the risk. I think this experience has turned me off from ever using them again for anything.

I have heard complaints about other waste disposal companies in our area, but I have never had a problem with Republic. This company is amazing. The never miss picking up my trash. Even when my inconsiderate neighbors park in front of my home and block the truck from getting close enough for the hydraulic arm to grab the trash can. The driver will get out of the truck and move my trash can to where the arm can grab it.I hope we retain this company in my neighborhood.

They have a monopoly where I live. Every week I have to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone about trash pickup. Today after waiting an hour the system hung up on me. They have all the calls going to a call center where hold times are extreme and annoying hold music is blaring. This is a terrible company and I wish I did not have to work with them.

Sure I will be the first to review Republic Services. I have to say this, first off these guys are out here picking up our trash and recycling like clock work. I put two huge cans of shingles out to the road with every intention of loading them on my truck and taking them myself. Each of these cans weighed about 150lbs each. These guys went ahead and dumped them when they did not have to. These guys have every right to refuse a pick-up if it is not bundled correctly or if it weighs over 60lbs.These guys are always going above and beyond for us and we rarely give them credit where it is due. Thank you Guys and Gals of Republic Services.

Driver 1235 is amazing!

Very messy and unreliable it sucks does not have other options, customer service, have attitude, never action on your request, I have a lot issues as they listen to the customer
