We have been a customer of CRC for over 10 years and their drivers are always timely. This company has a very responsive sales and customer care staff as well. Id like to give a shout out to Jim White, our sales manager, and Pat Beaty with Customer Care; they are both very responsive to emails and are willing to work with their customers! That is priceless!

I have used CRC a few times during house renovations and yard clean ups. The office personal are always friendly and helpful and the drivers are courteous and punctual. I use them anytime I need a roll off and always recommend them. Not sure what the other guy was talking about with having issues with Pat, she’s my favorite and I’ve never had her be short or rude to me. Perhaps she just didn’t give him the answer he wanted to hear. People don’t understand that if you aren’t the one renting the container and footing the bill then you can’t just call it in and demand it to be picked up.

We have numerous rental properties and are very quick to serve on unexpected drop offs.

Just talked to a Pat on the phone very rude and unhelpful. She tried to be short with me. She also tried to argue with me about the address of the dumpster. This dumpster has been overflowing for weeks and they havent picked up.Customers are complaining so now I am!

One of the rental garbage trucks was overflowing on Semoran Blvd. and trash was falling out from the sides and flew everywhere and I almost got into an accident because of the negligence of whoever overflowed it.
