My small family owned aluminum business spent 4 years with another dumpster service & trimming trees as they requested, they dumped us. So glad I switched from WM for my business dumpster services! JJs stays consistent with their billing and their staff is very professional! The dumpsters are much more attractive and their locking device keeps unauthorized users from dumping their junk in our dumpsters! So far it has been 5 star service!

This company does not hold up their end of their agreement through their contract. After a year and a half with them, they are supposed to come every other week to empty the dumpster. Now all of a sudden, its every 2 weeks. They are always late and have the audacity to try to charge me an extra fee for THEIR tardiness. Regardless of any evidence of their wrong-doing, they refuse to acknowledge the large amount of miscommunication within their office. Completely unprofessional. Dont waste your time with this company.

Provides trash pickup for Proctor Mobile Home Park. Contracted with JJ after having some difficulties with my previous provider. They are very responsive and do a great job. Always on schedule with twice a week dumpster pickup. Contracted for two 6 yard dumpsters cheaper then one 8 yard one form the other company. Great company with amazing employees.

We rent a dumpster through JJ for our warehouse. Pricing is right, and they are always on time with the removal. Recommend!

BE AWARE!!!!VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with their Service, Communication, and unprofessional attitude.So many promises upon signing contract,and when it comes to it,so many things that they cant Do!We have been using this company for less than six month,and started having issues after putting chains on the property entrance due to overnight stealing issues on property .Once we put those chains they said they could not get in to take trash out, since as we found out they start working from 2 AM till 6 Am,and our business hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.So a few days later when nobody showed up,i called to see what happened and they told me that they were not able to get in,and i asked if they can come back other day,but they told me that they will try,but cant promise anything,since they cant make any adjustments for us and we have to wait till next week,other wise they have to charge us extra and on top that, the drivers have their own schedule,they cant control them, and they cant come after 9 AM,as their PICK UP schedule is only 2 Am till 6 AM,and they offered to give them property entrance key,but same time they will not be responsible for anything.And we understand that fact,but same time we need to keep our place secureand trash needs to be taken out, we pay for that and have expectation that trash will be taken out.So finally after one week the truck came this morning to pick up trash around 10 AM,and since we did not have trash pick up last week,and as we are Car Shop,we get lots of all kind boxes, so we placed it in front of the trash bin.When the driver saw those boxes, he justmade a U-turn and took off without taking any trash or saying anything.So i called the company and they told me that the driver already left and is not coming back, and that we have to remove all the trash from the area of pick.What shocked me is that the driver did not even bother himself just to open a window and speak or ask like any other normal people do, so we could move around the trash boxes for his MAJESTY!Possibly they will come back tomorrow, who knows but as they said previously they cant make any adjustments in the schedule,so i believe they will come back next week.,last time their management said they will come back next day and nobody showed up ...Not sure who are those drivers and how this company is hiring people like that have no common sense at all or customer service, that you expect for the money you are paying!And when you call company one says one thing, other say something else,i guest they cant figure out what kind of Lie to say...

Dont drive behind them, improperly secured items will fly off, shatter your windshield and if you dont have a dashcam, they deny all responsibility!

Our business, Rob Witt Automotive, has been a customer of JJs Waste for over a year now. Their service is prompt and courteous! Once we had to change our pickup time and day and they did so without hesitation. We also had to have the bar replaced on the front of our dumpster. They picked the dumpster up, repaired it, and returned the same day. Jason is our rep and he has been very helpful and nice! We were customers of another service for over 25 yrs and their prices kept going up. JJs prices are lower than what we were paying and they are consistent! I highly recommend JJs!

JJs Waste is providing the school I work for an amazing service. At the school, we discard a large amount of cardboard/plastic that we had previously threw away in our All Trash dumpster. Now, we are so proud to be able to show the children the positive impact we make on the environment everyday by recycling these materials! Its also affordable and convenient!

Dont be fooled by the persistence salesman they send out. What they promise they wont deliver. Started out nicely, small bin four days a week pick up. Couple months later they changed their agreement to two bins twice a week. Then they stopped sending me bills, which resulted in no service. Once that we cleared by my payment of 3 months in advance, the service resumed. Three months later they start coming at 6am when we are closed and our gates locked. When we complain they give us less 24 hours notice that they are ending the contract and will Pick up the bin the next day. I have never seen a company with less ethics or customer service. Steer clear of this company and Jason Russo their pushy salesman.

Unfortunately disappointed with their service and more importantly their communication. If you are going to refuse to pick up stuff, noproblem, leave a note why so the correction can be made. Dont make the customer call to track down the reason, especially if the people on the other end of the phone are only interested in defensively justifying their position. If you want customers to respect your time, process and requirements to make pickups successful, show the customers the same respect.

Management was very responsive to an issue with residential pickup. Nice to see a company willing to correct mistakes and better their services.

We got a recommendation from a commercial contractor to check into JJ Waste after putting up with the rates we paid to a large corporation. From ordering up a new container, customer service and their incredibly reasonable rates, we are exceptionally satisfied and would recommend them as a fair and responsive service company. In fact, I’m texting a friend to let him know.

JJs Waste is everything I want in a service provider. I never hear from them or see them, never hear any complaints from my staff about them and the pricing is fantastic. The waste vanishes on the day it is supposed to. Sign up was easy. Highly recommended.

BAd service. Drivers doesnt call before delivering/ picking up dumpster. They caused damage to our driveway and they said that they arent responsible. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. GŔRRRRRRR.

JJ’s waste service and customer service personnel are really great. They have always been very quick to respond to our requests and needs.

We have used jj’s waste and recycling for past 8 months and I am very happy with the service. We have gone through 3 to 4 recycling companies before and everywhere same issue no customer service and horrible pickup service. My next door neighbor had been using this company and they came and solicited our business. We came to an agreement and I paid to be let out of my contract with the company I was with for the past 7 years. Big mistake!! I have been experiencing nothing but issues from day one with this company. My pick ups started out being inconsistant. After a couple months and several complaints, that was rectified. The driver was then changed and he started complaining about how unsafe our entrance/exist was. We have not changed the location of the entrance/exist of our business so Im not sure why this became an issue all of a sudden. They asked if we would have an employee assist the driver when he comes to pick up the trash. Our agreement was to pickup the trash before we open. We told them we can do that. We then came an agreement to that the trash will be picked up once a month instead of weekly. After dealing with a rude and unprofessional dispatcher, the trash was finally picked up but they didnt replace the bin or leave the one that was already there. After several more messages, I was told that we were uncooperative ( because we agreed to have the trash picked up before we opened and we didnt want to stop our business to have one of our employees assist the driver with traffic every time he came to pick up the trash) and that we were no longer being serviced by them because the driver complained it was a safety hazard for him to pick up trash at our location. So without any notice I am left with no dumpster to efficiently and effectively continue running my business. I would not recommend this company anyone. They are unprofessional!!!!

Switched over a few months ago after repeated issues with Republic, so far so good, lower pricing too, customer service is quite excellent! Highly recommended!

Amazing company! Their terms are the fairest of any other company I worked with in the past. I never have an issue calling them since they always pick up the phone! Try them out! You won’t be wronged.
