We have been partnered with Medigreen for a little over a year now at our private dental practice. They have always provided us with exceptional customer service. Joseph, the pickup diver, is awesome and he always has a smile on his face! He doesnt just pick up the one big box and leaves, he always ask if there are any additional boxes that he needs to take. I didn’t have to call you back to fix anything, or to ask if it was going to get done. I received a call from your team to advise me when they would arrive last Friday and they were flexible with us, which we appreciate because we have to send our guys to open up the locations!They even took extra plastic bins for the medications! I mean really! Great customer service! The sales rep Elizabeth was amazing! She was patient, calm, and answered all of my questions being that this was all new to me. The scheduling department was accommodating and the transport team was friendly. I recommend this company. They explain the process and available when needed.
