Paid for a 4 night stay at Hilton Grand Vacation Elara in Las Vegas, booked 12 months prior to travel. 2 months prior they sent a confirmation for a NON-Hilton Grand Vacation property. Several attempts by phone and email later, they claim they have no availability at any HGV property in Las Vegas. In the midst of a pandemic, when travel is down over 50%, they have no availability? Cant wait to get to the timeshare tour / sales pitch! They really think that bait and switch on accommodations during the tour is going to be overlooked and I am going to be willing to buy from them???
I never want to deal with this company again.
I was quoted $99 total price by the sales rep Michelle on the phone for a 4 day /3 night stay in a 2 bedroom villa. The only catch was that I had to attend a meeting where they would do their dog and pony show. After checking availability, I was then quoted $99 total AND $100 per night charge!!!No thank you ... as a consumer I do not appreciate Bait and Switch tactics
The most horrific experience at any hotel ever!!!! Too noisy at one property and a match box size room with staff rudeness at the second property (except for bellsman)...we spent two days of a four day trip moving only to end up very unhappy!Very Disappointed Guest!
Love working here. The people are awesome, the parking not so much
Great company! Not a team in the industry quite like HGV!
