Sammie was the perfect guide for our vacations. Our 6 year old girls loved her and we loved her because as we entered the park Sammie did all the work! She checked in with us on how the experience was going and made adjustments as she got feedback from us on what they liked and what experiences weren’t their favorites. We enjoyed her care, professionalism and knowledge of the parks. We highly recommend Sammie and the work she out in as a representative of Magical VIP Tours.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our guide Ashley was amazing. She guided us through every park and was so helpful making each day run as smooth as possible with two very active and young children. Honestly this made Disney and actual vacation for parents.

Magic VIP really helped in the hot Florida sun, Our kids were constantly thirsty and it was awesome how whenever they needed the VIP assistant would go get them water while we enjoyed attractions and such. My little cousins even got picked to be in one of the Disney shows because we had such good viewing of each show we wanted to attend. Really good Disney trip, thanks magic.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Magic VIP tours because they were able to make the experience like no other. We experienced hardly any waits in line, got to see some of the greatest spots in the park, and when it came time to see the fireworks our guide Ashley definitely hinted us towards the best spot imaginable! 10/10 would recommend using Magic VIP and will use them again!

Incredible Disney trip, our VIP Specialist Ruth was pretty outstanding she navigated through the park with ease, we never waited more than 10 minutes in line! She was awesome at knowing where leas crowds would be and at what time and Mentioned about the secret hidden Mickey spots and viewing areas for shows. Very satisfied with the Tour.

This was by far the best decision we have ever made!!! We booked a VIP tour for Magic Kingdom for our family of 9! It was our first family trip to Disney. They accommodated my 5 year old daughter and my 73 year old grandmother. The day was perfect!!! We waited no more than 5 minutes for a ride and when I tell you we did everything we wanted, we did everything!!!! We saw the parade, we had a snack, we met princesses, EVERYTHING! We had PJ and Sam and they were awesome! They made our trip magical! It was worth every single penny. THANK YOU!!!!

Our tour guide was the best! Not only was she friendly and fun, but she was great with cranky toddlers. Our little ones got tuckered out quickly but she kept them on their toes with several fun activities. Im so glad we chose Magic for our trip!

As a dad I can say, Magic VIP May just be the best thing since sliced bread. My son Wyatt had such an awesome time at Disney with our tour guide Jessica! He was really hyper and in anticipation and I’m so thankful we were able to get right on the rides he wanted to do, he really loved animal kingdom and all the animals and Jessica knew the best spots to see the animals which really made his day. Disney was amazing as always and Caroline our tour guide was really great. She knew where to go at what time and was really nice to our kids, our kids are 5 and 7, a little hyper but it didn’t seem to bother Caroline which was really nice. She took us to all the kids favorites and even danced with them when the parade came around, had a very smooth Disney trip and would totally recommend magic vip!

Best tour company, easy going tour guides and customer service. Really great from the start, we skipped long lines like Avatar and didn’t wait more than 5 minutes in line for attractions. Would definitely get a group of friends together and use this again!

Gotta say, this is was definitely a breath of fresh air compared to regular Disney trips, usually fussing around over the map with family to pick where to go next and this time there was no need! Took my nephew here - we loved it! The customer service was excellent and especially friendly, the rides were great and my nephew wont stop talking about the Lion King show. Hopefully well be back very soon

The best part of our VIP tour was that we didn’t spend much time waiting in lines! Magic Kingdom is always so busy, if we didn’t have our tour guide 90% of our day would have been wasted waiting in long lines.

I am very upset with this company. I talked to Magic VIP Tours over the phone and spoke with Nic Gadient and was told I could set up a Disney tour with them when we landed in Orlando. But when I went to there office at 4700 Millenia blvd suite 175, I was told by the front desk that they dont have an actual physical office there, and that it was a Virtual Office instead. I tried calling them after that and couldnt get anyone on the phone. This was a big trip for my family, and this really put a lot of stress on me to figure out what to do. Anybody looking at using Magic VIP Tours should be very wary.

Magic Tours is the only way to do Disney. We got to see and ride everything we wanted all while having some extra left over because we didnt have to wait as long in the super long lines.

My daughter had such a great time at Disney!! She was able to be upfront for her favorite shows and was able to spot hidden Mickeys thanks to Brittany, our tour guide’s knowledge of the park. I’m always in Awh when arriving at Disney! This time I was in even more excitement knowing that with the service magic vip provided I wouldn’t have to wait in the usual long lines or race to a viewing spot before the crowds get there because our tour guide had our itinerary all set up and ready to go, it was like being on a school field trip again!
