I had a reservation with HGV Tuscany Village Orlando that had been confirmed for weeks, and out of the blue they cancelled it and told me I lived too close (within 50 miles) so I couldnt use the facility. That is all fine but why didnt HGV tell me that when I made the reservation or the several times before when I confirmed it. Why did they wait to the last minute to cancel my reservation when there would be no other options? These people are poorly trained and dont even understand their own process or know their own procedures and reservation systems. I dont think they were lying to me because in order to do that you have to be self-aware and have a clue about what is going on. I definitely cant say that they did. Avoid at all costs, unless you want to waste your time and money.

I am so sorry I ever started anything with Hilton Grand Vacations Orlando company LLC. They are the worst company to ever do business with. I would not trust them with my snails. Oh well do there timeshare conference in Myrtle Beach, SCAfter that when they deliver the refund were done I am burnt overdone by this company!!!!

We are Hilton Honor members. Hilton Grand Vacations CONSTANTLY calls my husband to buy in. He’s been nice, he’s been mean and he’s asked what it takes to stop calling him. The response has been, more than once, “buy and we will stop calling” then they hang up on him. He called their office, spoke to a manager about not being contacted and she hung up on him.I literally cannot comprehend how miserable it must be to sit in that office and cold call people. Personally, I’d rather flip burgers...at least the burgers don’t scream at you.

I know it is a great Resort, but this year has been a little different because of the covid-19. My last experience on the phone with them wasnt that good. I have waited for more than 30mns before having an agent talking to me, then they kept transferring me to other agents and finally didnt get nothing solved.

I received an offer for a vacation in Hawaii and a cruise. It sounded good so I agreed to it, but while talking to the agent, I looked at the available dates for the resort, and it was booked up for the dates I needed. I immediately told the agent that I changed my mind and cancelled. My credit card was charged, and three days later, a refund has not been processed. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I have also noticed that there are more fees that the agent didnt disclose. These folks are unethical and need to be avoided.

As a newer Hilton Honors member I agreed to participate in the Hilton Grand Vacations deal (3night/4days for $100) and locked in a date in March to take my trip in November. At that time (March) they sent me an email with the tour specifics which I didn’t pay close attention to because it was so far out, and honestly didn’t notice. They also sent me an email over the next few months (3 total) with this information until I confirmed the reservation in October. As is likely the case with most people, I am very busy and rarely afford myself the time to spare thought for things that are months away. In my mind the trip was planned and paid for and I focused on matters at hand. Following my confirmation in October I didn’t receive anymore emails regarding the trip except survey requests. When I checked into the hotel (Hilton Lake Buena Vista Orlando) I asked about the tour and they had no information or knowledge of it. I searched through my emails over the previous few months, only going back to the date I confirmed the reservation, to try and find the information after checking in, but there was nothing in those emails regarding the tour. The Hilton LBV was not a great location. Among other things, the room was very small, the air conditioning didn’t work correctly, and we ordered room service one evening that was terrible and incorrectly prepared. We arrived in Orlando one day before we were due to check in and got a room at the Holiday Inn LBV, 1 mile away, and it was exceptional compared to the Hilton, for over half the price less. As a result of not finding a more recent email with specifics on the tour and with the Hotel having no knowledge of the tour, we missed the appointment. I was definitely contacted after the fact though. I received two emails and phone call with an outstanding balance. I don’t mind taking responsibility for not paying enough attention to an email I received 8 months ago, nor do I ultimately mind paying for that mistake (literally). My problem is that I am paying SO MUCH for a horrible experience. The hotel was hands down the worst part of my vacation. Had I simply not agreed to this “amazing opportunity” I could have remained at the Holliday Inn, had a much better time and saved $500. I have stayed at some great Hilton managed properties and overall have enjoyed my stays, but following this experience I will never willingly choose to stay at another Hilton nor give them my money again.

As a Hilton HHonors member I was invited to the resort and listen to their offer. For this I was to receive a stay on us one night free rebate. After completing and forwarding the paperwork, the rebate never came. After several calls I still have not received. If they can not handle a $137 Visa Gift Card they definitely do not deserve a sale in the amount of tens of thousands. So much for Customer Care!!

Park Soleil hes very nice. Very family oriented and safe place to stay. I think some of the best amenities here is good pool area which includes water park. Its a very cozy and romantic place. The vicinity is getting busier also with shopping and restaurant within a mile and a half. Together with the factory outlets they have just opened a new mall nearby . The customer service at Parc Soleil are all nice

Scam! I was offered a 4 day/3 night package deal to stay at any Hilton property ($66 per night) choosing from three select locations in the US. The first question I asked the agent was can I break the stays up as I had no interest in staying 3-nights consecutively at any of the locations offered. The agent stated clearly the nights did not have to be booked consecutively and in fact if I wanted to stay one night in each location that was fine too. So I proceed to buy this package under false pretenses and fabricated information. The next day I began reading over the information that was sent via email confirming the details of my purchase and became doubtful to the information the representative provided. I called to get further clarification as to if I was able to book the nights separately or not. The agent stated no and the information given to me was inaccurate as a matter of fact. I am extremely disappointed and at this point I dont want no further dealings with Hilton at all. I thought Hilton was a reputable name and I would have never believed they would be affiliated with any sort of scams.

We went through and paid for our vacation package as a Hilton Grand Honors member, when we went to booking they tried to up charge us for the infant they knew we had when booking and were extremely rude. Disappointed and our company will no longer be using Hilton as our hotel of choice after years of business. Thanks Hilton!

Do not buy at this location the sales manager Donald Wall and his staff were the worst people I have had the displeasure of dealing with at Hilton so far. I used to own at Waikaloa and had nothing but praises for this club. I will not send any further business to this club. Stay away!!!!!

Hi,I booked a vacation to orlando under a promotion . Initial while buying the package I was told that there are no contraints on hotel or dates to choose and infact I discussed specifically about the Hilton Seaworld resort ..When it came to actual booking of dates and resorts I was told initially that Seaworld is not parr of package and will attract additional premium pricing .. However I had to struggle a lot and after a lot of arguments the representative agreed to book Seaworld at not extra cost .. next came the dates and any date that I would request I was told that I had to pay extra for booking those specific dates . This was nerver mentioned explicitly in the sales pitch .. when i bought and payed for the promotional package.. Ultimately I had to pay additional for the same . It was a horrible experience with HGV sales people not explicitly mentioning the footnotes behind promotion and booking reps trying to make extra money for everything categorizing it as premium including hotels and dates ... Really not helping Hilton brand ..

I own with Hilton and worked there. I currently cant get a hold of anyone on the phone to pay my dues. The customer service is horrible and the job is extremely high stress. Would not recommend either.

We stayed for 6 days at this resort with my husband and our two daughters. It was a very nice experience, beautiful facilities, very clean, convenient location (between 15 to 20 minutes from the Disney and Universal parks) very friendly staff and affordable price. If I could give it more stars, I wouldnt hesitate to do it
