I am in the process of paying for my daughter’s Disney trip. Why am I not able to remove passengers from the trip? Why do these people have no contact info? I am literally trying to make a payment for her trip and I can’t log into my account anymore for some reason. I have requested a reset password link no less than 12 times at this point and have not received it. Why?! I’m very distrustful of companies that have no customer service line or customer service email. Why do the school use this trash company?!

When our groups trip was cancelled due to a global pandemic the refund was half of what was spent for the trip!!! We were even told to be grateful as our trip was cancelled after the deadline and they were waiving late cancellation fees... how gracious of them. It didn’t seem to matter to them at all that there was a state of emergency in place for the whole country! If my organization continues to use this company my student will miss out because I will never give them another dime!
Do not book with this company! My childs band were scheduled to go for Disney, but due to COVID-19, it was cancelled. This company is refusing to refund the money fully. They are telling me and other families that we should be lucky that we got something back because they lost a lot of money. But I bet that they took the bail out money from Trump!
Dont book with this company. I paid $1700 for my children to go on a band trip that they canceled because of COVID 19 and they only refunded me $925. They stole almost $800 from me and everyone who booked the trip! They have made a lot of money from hard-working people and provided no services. They could have offered a voucher for a later trip. Do not become a victim because if a crisis or situation happens they will steal your money too.

My daughters school choir was scheduled to go to New York to sing at Carnegie Hall. The trip was scheduled for March 14-17. On March 12 we were notified that the trip was cancelled because Carnegie Hall along with most of New York City was being closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The was extremely difficult on my daughter as this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for her. I then eagerly awaited a response from Super Holiday Tours regarding the $3,266 paid to them for this trip by me alone( this doesnt include the other 20 students plus about 10 parents that they received payment from). Then, I get a check in the mail and it is only in the amount of $904.08 with a basic explanation that they didnt have to give us anything back because of their cancellation policy. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this company. Keeping all that money during a time like this where people need every cent they can get. How can you justify keeping $2,361.92 of just my money? Again, there were 20 other students and 10 other adults on the trip.... thats a lot of money kept.
My nieces school booked a trip through this company to Disney. Due to Covid 19 and Disneyland closing they had to cancel their trip after the cancellation date of March 1st. This company is not giving them a full refund!! I can understand if the school canceled for no reason but Disneyland shut their doors due to a pandemic! Give the school and their parents a full refund. Isnt it enough that all these kids are missing out on the one thing they were looking forward to all year long? I can tell you that my sister saved up for my niece to go on this trip and that money you are withholding from her is a big deal to her. So Super Holiday Tours you are not hurting the school you are hurting the parents by withholding the money. It isnt their fault the trip was cancelled. REFUND THEIR MONEY!!
My sons trip was canceled due to Covid-19. They were unable to take our group on the tour they promised and only refunded about 50% of our money even though EVERY private company on our itinerary (amusement park, boat tour, museum, sporting game, etc) said they refunded the money to Super Holiday Tours - OR - were giving them a credit (which they will use for a future school group and pocket). Once you start questioning them about this they refuse to respond. I could understand if they offered part in refund or part in credit to underclassmen, but to only give a partial refund and use our credit for a future group is dishonesty. Some families with multiple children lost thousands of dollars.
The handling of our school trip during the Covid-19 shutdown is disgraceful. More than 50% of the funds were not returned to us parents. It was not our choice to cancel this trip and State we emerge traveling to was shut down. I would advise anyone using this company to give it a second thought. We know of two other schools that received 100% of their funds back for trips the same week. Greedy to say the least!!

Report this company to the better business bureau!! We paid about $788 per person for a Disney band trip. If there was a zero star I would post that. This company kept half everyone’s money after hotels and Disney gave full refunds. I asked for the owners name and email and was refused the information. I also asked for the vendors information to reach out to them about getting refunds and they refused to give me that as well. This company is shady and kept half of everyone’s money in the middle of a pandemic! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Very disappointed with their decision not to refund trip money in full due to coronavirus. We did not cancel this trip! It was due to a national pandemic that was completely out of our control. Thankful that my son is graduating and we will never have to deal with them again. Don’t use them!!!
Upset.!!! Group trip got canceled because of COVID and the letter we received made it sound like we made as a group canceled it. They refused full refund as it was too late and close to trip date. I’m very dissatisfied and upset! Wait until they get lawsuits coming at them. Thank you Super Holiday for poor business.
After months of stalling, the operator returned only 2/3rd of the funds for our daughters school trip. We have contacted each vendor they were to use and they stated that they have refunded to Super Holiday all funds. So why have we not been made whole? Is Super Holiday charging a hidden processing fee? It is just despicable that they would use these terrible times to steal from customers.
This company should be avoided! My daughters school band used them for a Disney trip. They were unable to fulfill the service due to COVID-19. Instead of refunding our money, they only refunded 50% of the money we paid. The worse part is, they never told the school that they would only be delivering partial refunds and led us all to believe that we would get full refunds. They even posted on their website and FB page that they are working on getting everyone a full refund. FALSE! If you read other reviews online, you will see that this is how they are handling refunds during COVID-19. They are keeping our money to help themselves stay in business without having to deliver any services to the people who paid for them. TOTAL SCAM! So many families are without work right now and were counting on this refund to help pay bills, buy food, daycare, etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Thank you for sending us back a refund for my daughter’s cancelled school trip! It’s unfortunate their middle school couldn’t travel this past summer to New York City, but hopefully one day soon we will!

Our school group director chose SHT as the travel agent for a trip the kids were to take to DC. We were scheduled to travel over our school district spring break, and the total cost of the trip was close to $900 per person.A few weeks before the scheduled trip, Covid-19 hit the US. Everything in DC was shut down, shelter in place orders were issued, and then all school affiliated trips were canceled.SHT refunded less than half of our funds for this trip, claiming that their vendors refused to issue refunds due to various cancellation policies. Some of the parents got together and called all of the places our kids were scheduled to visit, and confirmed all of the funds had been reimbursed.Additionally, two other schools in our county had groups scheduled to take trips the same week we were to travel, and the travel coordinators they used refunded the entirety of their funds. SHT is the only agent our county used that refuses to issue full refunds.One of these schools had a trip scheduled for Disney. Since they used an agent other than SHT, they received their full refund. I noticed another reviewer mention SHT only refunded half of their funds for a trip to Disney. This confirms my suspicions that SHT kept our money for their own personal use. SHT refused to provide an itemized list of what vendors refunded what amounts, claiming it is proprietary. Couple this with all the other information I have received, and it is clear this company is defunct.What this company is doing is flat out theft. I was sending two kids on a trip they coordinated, and they stole over $900 from just me. No goods or services were provided for my nearly one thousand dollar contribution.I will never send my kids on a SHT planned trip. I will be incredibly vocal in future board meetings should anyone in our area ever consider using them.I may be only one person who lost a thousand dollars, but I am loud and will stand firm on my stance about this company until my money is refunded. Its shameful a company flat out steals from their customers during a pandemic. I can understand taking a small percentage to pay for the efforts, but over half of the total funds is outrageous and theft, plain and simple.
I am another one of those parents that is highly upset. This was a trip for 8th grade choir and theyll never be able to make it up. We all worked so hard to make this trip happen. I can understand if they keep a few hundred dollars for their time. I can understand if they said theyd give us fuller refunds but cant afford it now and are waiting for refunds from the different venues we were to attend and will give us refunds once they get that money. My sons school had a trip to Orlando and it had to be canceled due to Covid-19. On their website it states that we will receive all funds paid. When the check came in the mail, it was only half of what I paid. I reached out to the school to see what is going on and they have not heard any new information. I tried to reach Super Holiday my self and the contact us page gives you the run around and when you call the number you don’t have an option to talk to anyone. You can only leave a voicemail. I will never go on another school trip or any trip with this company. They have handled this situation very poorly.

I paid for my kids field trip and then Covid happened and they are not refunding in full. This trip should be refunded in full. Unacceptable!!!!!!!
