This particular AutoZone is always a good experience for me. The leadership team here knows how to treat its customers. Juan and Alfredo are great people. Alfredo and I made a connection years ago, and Ive been coming here since for all my auto needs. I met Juan today. He is a great business manager and values his customers. Both great hires.
We Needed some freon for our Nissan Rouge. We Came in lost on how to do any of it and here came Dennis to the rescue ! Dennis was so knowledgeable and explained step by step on how the process works and how to do it. He was awesome !! We came out feeling like we are professionals now lol.
Came in with a flat tire and although Denis didn’t have tools handy to put on my spare tire. He was able to find a gentleman close by to get my spare tire put on!! This man is an angel!! Saved me during a time of need. Might I add I stopped at 3 other places that denied me any help

I was extremely pleased with my experience here. Dennis was amazing. One of my brake lights wasnt working as well as I wanted it to. So I stopped by here to see if they could possibly replace it. I am so glad that I did. Dennis was able to not only find the bulb that I needed but he was gracious enough to replace it for me. I was very appreciative.

Dennis is awesome. He helped me change my brake light bulb and knew exactly why my brake lights stood on when my car was off. He didnt have to fix it but did. Hes great.

Went in to ask a question about fuses. Employee asked for a diagram, when I provided it on my phone, they quickly told me they dont have the part with out even looking and told me to go look for a manual. If he had just said I dont know that would be fine instead of lying and getting me out the door.

This 4th of July morning, Nick was very helpful checking our alternator, battery and getting parts that we needed. The manager also priced matched one of our parts, saving us some money. Overall, a great experience and we were able to repair the car just in time to go to work.

Just sharing my thoughts this store 6021 E Colonial Dr Orlando 32807 Has some really Nice associates but one mean very rude Manager. Is a female she never smiles shes always walking around without ambition I ask her for help several times and she is very very dull when it comes to customers assistance. I ask myself why in the world is she working to help customers when you notice she really doesnt want to be here. I went to this AutoZone store a few weeks ago and was highly disappointed with the customer service. I waited in line for about 20 mins with zero acknowledgment from the staff. The 2 cashiers were helping others, but a quick acknowledgment to let me know they would be with me shortly wouldve been great! I mentioned it to the cashier helping me that their customer service was horrible. Reluctantly I went back today to purchase another Chevy shirt and was pleasantly surprised with the greeting and staff offering to help me right when I walked in. They redeemed themselves so Ill be back again! 👍
Walked in and waited patiently for several minutes while being deliberately ignored, (only 2 customers in store ). I left went to ORileys with great success.Btw I spent over 300. 00 Employees at AutoZone need training on customer relations and aquisition. Sad
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went there to change my car battery, the lady who took care of me was very rude, seems like she was doing me a favor, she did not want to sell for sure. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, don’t go there!

First let me start with this has been my go to autozone for years. Ive always found the service good and convenient due to location. Now with that said I went in today cause my battery kept going off since I lost the rod that helps keep the battery in place. Plus the negative connection piece kept lifting and making it turn off. Richard B or my apologies Ricardo B helped me and went beyond measure to fix my issue. He replaced what was missing and tightened the negative part after. I can drive now with no issues. I was super grateful and I even offered to buy him lunch. Him being humble, he declined my offer but at least I can do this. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for your service!
The cold killed my battery which was under warranty from 2 years ago. The staff here was great and helped me with swapping out to a new duralast gold battery. Grateful for the help in keeping me going! Thank you Richard and team.
Came in on 07March21 @ 1836 cash register # 02, receipt # 351873 Cashier #25 for a purchase. Came in the next day 08March21 @1230 and spoke with the day shift manager about a missing wallet that I might have left on the counter. Manager gave me a rude answer saying “he already checked the Loss and Found and found nothing. When I asked if he could possibly check the Cameras he told me that he couldn’t checked due to the fact that the Cameras are “offsite”.Didn’t bother trying helping me with the situation about who and what number I can contact to see if we can get access to cameras. But instead was told that he couldn’t do anything to help.Called the regional office and explained the situation.Day shift manager extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.Definitely not coming back to this local AutoZone.Store #0419

A very attentive first season service.
Ive had issues with this AutoZone in the past but lately they have been spot-on! I have noticed a drastic change since the last time Ive been there, and I have more recently started coming in the morning because there is less business and Im more likely to be helped. I needed help with a specific fan for my 2007 350z and they did not have it, but she offered to let me try the one they had and see if it worked. Unfortunately, it did not work but I had no issues returning it the next day! The gentleman at the counter was quick with the return and knew exactly what to do, and even told me which AutoZone had my fan in stock. My advice it to come in the morning, its nice to chat with them and service is great.

My experience buying and getting a battery installed was great. I came in super defeated as advanced auto parts had just told me they couldn’t install a battery in my Subaru and would have to take it to a shop. I decided to take it to Autozone and luckily they were able to put the battery in no problem! I was super thankful with how friendly and great the staff were, especially Cindy B! She was great! I would definitely recommend over Advanced Auto Parts!

The employees here are always super nice and helpful. I have an 02 Mazda Miata NB, manual transmission and each time i need to fix or replace something Im not 100% sure how to do, someone here has given me helpful advice.
Emanuel (or Manny) helped me. The team secured a battery for me and placed it on hold until I was able to find a ride (my car died). They gave great recommendations, answered my many questions as I called before and after two of my visits and came back a second time so Manny could help me with the battery since I didn’t have the right tools to make sure it was secured. He tested it and sent me on my way, good to go! Thank you for the quick and friendly assistance! Lifesavers!

My brake pad literally fell off my driver side front tire!!! I had someone change the pads 2 months ago and obviously they did a terrible job! I took the old brakes here and got new ones and had a credible mechanic put them on! Also changed the caliber, I think thats what its called, as it was seized. Anyways, this particular location of AutoZone was very helpful and curtious 👍

Terrible service. The district manager was very disrespectful when I tried to do a price match she gave me a bunch of trouble when trying to match the price down. She refused to do it even though its AutoZone policy and then when I finally gave her the smallest price match I could find (which was only a couple of dollars lesser) she finally agreed to do it after I said Ill just go to another store. Implied I could not read when I was trying to check out and rushed me to get out of the store. JUST GO TO OREILLYS.

My brake light burned out so I went inside to buy a new bulb. Kevin quickly looked up the one I needed and offered to switch it out. My vehicle is pretty old so he carefully removed the light, replaced the bulb and I was back on the road. Great customer service.Thanks, Kevin! Will definitely be back to this location.

Google said they were open till 10. They were actually closed at 8. Car battery died and I had to call someone for a jump for the second time today. Disappointed.
Man who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly. My battery was dead and under warranty, so he quickly got a replacement and installed it. When i tried to tip him, he refused. Store was clean and well stocked. Ill definitely be back.

I had to replace a new battery today, which was a pain in the you know what for my car. Since I didn’t have the tools to do it myself, I first went to the autozone location on Colonial and Rouse where I bought the battery. I highly don’t recommend that location. There were two guys looked at it for about 5 minutes each (and touched the positive connection while both connections were attached that sparked onto their hands) and the manager actually told me “this is too much, I can’t do it”.So I left there and came to this location, where Jaritza L. was a godsend. She went far above and beyond any other autozone employee has to help me out, and got the replacement into my car even though it was a huge pain that took a while to do, and was 42 degrees out she was still happy to help. She seriously deserves a raise.
Good customer service and usually has on hand auto parts that I need or they can get it fast!! Totally happy with the way Im treated when I go there. Ive been to auto zones all over the United States and they track every car that Ive EVER owned

Im glad they were opened late and had what I was looking for, but the rep saw me struggling and didnt offer help because he didnt want to mess up. He just watched me struggle for about 7minutes. Although I was entertaining, and I understand why he didnt want to help, he should have at least offered.
I needed to buy a new car battery on Saturday, March 10, 2017 at about 7:30 pm. When I arrived, there were at least a half dozen staff up front. One was speaking to two customers.Everyone else consistently ignored me for ten minutes until I asked four times for help and all anyone did is point for me to go up front where no staff person was. Finally, a very nice man with white hair and a beard helped me get the battery and brought it to the car for me. I think it is reprehensible that no one acknowledged my presence and then when I asked for help kept ignoring me. Your customer service is very poor. My son told me he usually had good luck with Autozone but the one at 6021 E Colonial is lacking. They dont seem to care whether they get a sale or not. Im very disappointed. I expect at least a medium level of customer service. Now we will see if the battery performs better than the staff.
