These guys are good. They do their best and the rental department has helped me multiple times. Much better than Lowes.

Terrible customer service. Her name was Iris and was working on the rental tool section on 8/7. I went in with my husband to rent one of there pickup trucks and i wanted to know information and price on extra hours. My husband had some questions and asked her if she spoke Spanish because English is our second language and sometimes words that you know in Spanish you cant translate to English and vice versa. She was very rude and disrespectful and said what would be the difference Im speaking with her in English. That made my husband and I very uncomfortable and upset. I leave this post because she did seem to know spanish anf many times people put that they are bilingual just to get the job and they unhelpful when there assistance is needed.

Chaotic. Rented a drill and returned it, but I got charged for not returning the drill. Eventually got it figured out BUT after a lot of needless headaches.
