Always late. 20 to 50 minutes late. Our departure was 3:55 didnt show up till 4:45.. We had to cancel dinner reservations.. Also they pick up other people who where told 4:15. At the same spot as us for 3:55 show up at 4:45. And then drop them off first..... Leaving us late for our dinner reservations. In the morning supposed to be here at 9:35am dont show till 10:15. On top of cancelling our dinner reservations. We also lost 2hrs at epcot just sitting around waiting on them.. Not to mention in the rain. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone or any hotels.
