Good but really crowded. Danger as people had to stand throughout the bus and all the way to Universal as well as making other stops.

This place is between universal studios entrance and universal parking. Free shuttle buses run to universal hotels. There is also a to and fro free shuttle for Volcano Bay park.

The place is long(big) enough to pick up/dropBut, NEVER use the local taxi, even the one that you need to do assignment first with the coordinator (there is one person stand in there, and you should tell to him first where you want to go and how many people)Always use Uber or other taxi applicationThe local taxi will not use their meter, and they will just told you the price they want when arriveAnd yes we ask why the meter doesnt running (we realize it when we already on the middle of the way), and ask how much is the price to the place we want to go, the driver just say about 10~15$, but when we arrive, he say the total price is 30$We ask why the price is different when first time we asked, and he say because the location is more far than he expected, and he very sure that he cannot find another guest in here, so he want us to pay more

Horrible was dropping a passenger and the security officer pushed the door closed with the passengers foot out of the vehicle. The security replies this is not a drop off if there were signs that would have helped but instead he closes the car door on the who was an employee the passenger had to mention. After he let the passenger go he gives me warning of trespassing and slams my door with force. I rolled my windows down and told him to take one up the keister. Horrible, I hope they have cameras at that spot because what he did was wrong.

Excellent service, regular times got busy in holiday period, but even if a bus broke down it would be hardly any wait before they would sort. Very well organised and effient

We took a uber going and leaving the park. Nice that our uber driver was out there already when we got there.

The public transportation service in Orlando is good and comfortable. You can enjoy the city without having to rent a car.

Bus stop and taxis, lacks public toilets.

Disappointment the taxi service. Old car, driver took unnecessary turns, to the point he had to correct the route and stop at a nearby point. To pay by card, tipping became mandatory. Consequences. With uber 7 $ and with taci 15.20 $ the same stretch.
