On 6/10/2021, Pool Pleasers sent someone out to help with our pool. Traditionally, they are great in the store. Previously they replaced my filter system ($2000+) which mysteriously burned out and I had to replace within 2Mos. Now, I gave them the benefit of the doubt bc my ex wasn’t the brightest AND maybe he did something to the new system by accident. HOWEVER… on the aforementioned 6/10/221, they more than damaged my pool filter and water levels (hopefully I can post pic here) AND ironically they cannot be reached this weekend (which is when I returned)!! THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LOST AND WHAT APPEARS TO BE AN ATTEMPT TO FALSELY GATHER MORE!!

I have been using Pool Pleaser III for 5-years now after building my new pool. Mike is very knowledgeable, helpful and always in a positive mood. I never feel as if I’m being taken advantage of or steered to purchase unwarranted supplies. I have required a lot of new equipment for my pool and Mike has always guided me to the best equipment for my particular pool. I have tried the larger pool supply chains and was not comfortable in the amount of chemicals I was sold. I trust Mike, he keeps my pool looking like the oasis I envision.

Staff courteous and helpful in seeking solutions to my above ground pool challenges. No fuss about products return. Great place.

Do you always close early on fridays?

I’ve been using pool pleaser for about 3 years now. They fixed my leaking pool in the beginning, and then changed it to salt water system, fixed motor and heater another time. I just started their weekly cleaning service as well, because I liked their service and are very nice people.

The Pool Pleaser did a competent job for many years with generally consistent service. However when a technician went out with injury, the service became spotty and calls by multiple family members were repeatedly met with indifference and annoyance. We shouldnt have had to beg to get our pool cleaned and feel they were doing us a favor just to return a call. The owner did, however, promptly return funds for the work that was not completed when we parted ways.

Mike and the team have always been great. From my first Pool School years ago to my upgraded variable speed pump to my water testing the staff has always been great.

Great experience! They took care of multiple needs and many questions that I had. The products that they recommended took care of the issues I had.
