Jignesh did a great job with helping pick out a robotic pool cleaner. The alpha iq+ is amazing and it has only run once and the pool is perfectly clean.The staff are ALL awesome, friendly, and welcoming even near closing hours. If your pool water check is fine, you walk out never spending a dime. I’ve never been pushed to buy anything the pool never needs. They’ve helped me through my first two years of my pool since the contractor walked out/away from the job. No need to shop anywhere else for me I’m a fan for life of this store,it’s owners, and the employees.

I walked in 10 min before they closed ( everyone hates those ppl) and owners (The Gandhis ) nicely greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for, also helped us buy a used pool filter house and explained how to install correctly ect. they were both so knowledgeable on everything dealing with POOLs and POOL equipment! I will definitely be coming back to this location :)

Store associates here are very helpful and always help me know exactly what each chemical in my pool is. The free water test is so helpful, and I always know I can trust my friends at pinch a penny with my pool care.

DO NOT GO HERE! Pool pleasers is across the street is much better! They have leaky jugs and employees don’t tighten caps, they say “it’s your problem when you leave here”. Terrible customer service from the “manager” and rude aggressive employees. Do yourself a favor before you get screwed!

TERRIBLE Customer Service. We spend around $50-$100 per month in this store and the sales associates cant be bothered to send me a handout via email? Today is the last time we will visit your location and the last time you will receive a PENNY from this household.

Rudest owner that I have ever experienced. They are not aware of the fatal result of the mixture of different chemicals...these guys are going to kill someone with mustard gas! I drive an extra 5 miles to shop at another store.

I love this store! Close to my house, easy to get to/from. Always fully stocked with essentials and more specialized products. I never leave without everything I came in for; Ive also gotten a lot of good advice over the years from these guys and my pool is easy to care for and always looks great.

Just great guys to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your pool needs. We got a house with a pool and didnt know anything. This location has helped us every step of the way.

It was 2 months after buying an empty house before I could move in. During that time I called Pinch A Penney to continue the service. I was so pleased to find a clean, sparkling pool when I arrived. I have continued the service and have been very pleased with the maintenance done by Sage. I have also been pleased when I have gone into the store to make purchases. Friendly, competent service has always been practiced.I am puzzled by the comment about parking; theyre located in a shopping center with at least a thousand spaces. Parking spaces in front of stores is done in most, if not all, shopping centers in Orlando. It is not a fire lane.

Excellent experience every time we are at this Pinch-a-Penny! We had a mail in rebate that didnt get refunded properly and the guys at Pinch-a-penny took care of it and made it happen! So nice to have a local business that really wants to make sure their customers are taken care of!

Very good place for pool chemicals and accessories. The people that work here are very knowledgeable.

After waiting in all morning for a scheduled visit to quote me for a new pool pump and motor, I eventually had to phone to see if they were coming. The representative on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, he stated that he could not confirm that the appointment would be kept. After asking to speak with his manager/owner he hung up on me.Do not do business with this shop unless you want to waste valuable time and money.Update:Owner/manager phoned to apologize for his employee. Explained that he has just bought the business and is still feeling his feet. All work outside of the shop is subcontracted. His staff is new young people that have not been trained.I will not do business with this franchise and I will leave it up to you to decide if you want to gamble in doing business with them.

Today was my first time here. And the 3 guys working were amazing so helpful and friendly. This is the store I will be going to for sure.

Called them yesterday to just come out and brush..vacuum our pool due to our pool guy not doing his job right. The tech they sent out was nice..and did a GREAT job!

If you have a pool some prices are good others not so much. I suggest you shop around.

Im new to owning a pool and the guys at this store have always given me just what Ive needed to give me a crystal clear, happy to get in,family satisfying pool, their instructions on care and maintenance have turned pool ownership from a nightmare into a dream come true.

The worst pool service on the planet. I had them do my pool service for over a month and the never once vacuumed the bottom of my pool. Though they did check off on their service list that they had vacuumed it. After five weeks of service we could not swim in the pool because the debris stilllllll (pine needles and some foilage leaves bc its not screened in). The week before I signed up for their service I purchased a brand new filter AND new filter housing from them. The fourth week of my service their tech recommended I buy a new filter. After 4 weeks!?!? Wow. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. I will find another pool company that is actually HONEST and not trying to sell me stuff I dont need.
