We presumed that because their pool store had such great customer service that their pool cleaning service must be just as exceptional. How wrong we were!!!! We hired their pool cleaning service for over a year and while it started off great a few months in the pool cleaner stopped scrubbing the walls, stopped vacuuming and lied about cleaning our pool filter!!! They ruined our walls after months of neglect and our pool had to be completely drained after they were let go to remove phosphorus stains from the absolute months of neglect due to this company!!!! Beware of their cleaning services unless want to be completely disrespected and taken advantage of. Our pool now looks great again after hiring COMPETANT pool technicians. Terrible experience

They’ve been great at servicing our pool since we moved into this home a year ago. The pool heater didn’t work when we moved in and they were the only company able to fix it. Three other companies said they couldn’t because it was a heater that’s no longer sold. All American pool and patio hunted down the part we needed from a shop in Texas and got it working. Today they came out to fix the pump and Mike always does a great job! Had to wait a week and a half for the appointment but it is the only company I’ll use and definitely worth the wait. I’m happy they’re so busy and their business is doing well!

Pool service is the WORST!!Its unfortunate the retail part of the story is connected but separate from the service side. Retail is helpful and knowledgeable. Service side is TERRIBLE.The pool was crystal clear when when hired this service. After having them for 2 weeks the pool did not look as clean as it was when we cleaned the pool ourselves once a week. Week 3 I inspected the work right after the pool was cleaned.Below you will find a check list of what was done. First the job was incomplete. Cleaning a pool properly requires weekly filter cleaning and vacuuming but this was not done. The filter was checked as pictured below it is filthy, if he actually checked he would have seen it should have been cleaned. According to the check list the pool was skimmed, but there was a lot of debris left floating around. Cleaning the pump basket is checked off. As pictured, clearly that wasnt done.I went straight the physical location. The retail side and service side are separate. There wasnt anyone from the service side available to talk to. I wrote down my name, address and phone asking to have someone call me. Even after calling them and leaving messages 2 more times no one ever called back to address my complaint. Not even a week after the pool was cleaned it turned green. Pool service is a complete waste of money. After only 1 month we cancelled their service.

Very happy with rep Mike who reviewed issue over phone regarding pool lights and resolved simply by suggesting reset a GFCI switch near pump. Other companies I called were ready to send someone to replace bulbs for over $800 when my bulbs were good.

The guys are always super nice and helpful. It’s ALWAYS a quick in and out with exactly what I need. Thanks fellas!

All American has been servicing our swimming pool weekly for several years. As a result, the pool water is consistently in top shape. Ken has been our serviceman all these years and knows more about pool care than anyone else I know.

We had them come out to give us a quote and were astonished at how expensive the quote was for our pool, at least $40 higher per month than other companies that we used in the past. We threw out the quote and just didnt give it another thought. I let my puppy out in the back yard this evening and when I went to let her inside she was gone. All American Pool N Patio decided to leave our fence open when they left and our pup was gone. Luckily we were able to find her, but that all could have been avoided if they could close a fence. We were also robbed last year and the fact that this pool company cant even close a fence when they leave irritates me so much. I am furious just thinking what could have happened to my pup this evening when she ran out. If they cant leave the home as secure as they found it, then they certainly dont need my business or my money especially when its well above quotes from other local businesses.

Based on reviews here, I contacted them for pool service. Could not be more disappointed. Unbelievably sloppy job. Didn’t even get close to getting it clean, then backwashed all sand onto my driveway. Also left a chlorine stain from their bucket on my new pavers. Beware!

They do an excellent job cleaning and maintaining our pool chemistry. It is always sparkling and beautiful!
