Great customer service, Leslie Pool has been a savior over the years

My experiences here with this particular store has been god awful. The employee was helping me refill the chlorine tanks and he didnt tighten the caps all the way. So of course, as i was driving home, the cap came off and the chlorine spilled everywhere in my trunk and melted my gym clothes and burned my eyes while i was driving. Just to make sure, this is 100% safe, right? I dont know where you find these people that youve hired because they cant follow simple caution procedures. There was a huge puddle of chlorine at the bottom of my trunk and i had to clean it up with cloths that pretty much did the same as my gym clothes. Thanks. 10/10 service.

I live in Oviedo and will drive to this store to service my pool only because of the reliable service Edwin provides.
