Weve used Total Enviro 2 times ultimately for septic and other plumbing issues. Both times Matt Barrows was involved. The second time we specifically requested him because he does exceptional work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explains things thoroughly and is diligent in the work he does. Well definitely be requesting him again for any future issues.

Our septic system backed up over the weekend. I left messages with three other companies and Total is the only one that responded quickly, and they came out within 6 hours. The serviceman Matt was very professional, answered all my questions, took extra care to our lawn, and recommended a few things but wasnt pushy. Very knowledgeable and friendly too. Great experience overall. Our new septic company from now on, and we had a few others.

Will never recommend this company to anyone. They’ve lost a great client over $150 they overcharged my account. Total scam!!! I called Total Enviro to pump out one of our rental properties in Orlando and I spoke with their receptionist over the phone. She told me they needed my credit card info at first. We agreed over the phone that the first 1200 gallons will be for $275 and I said ok. Our tenant gave james access to see the drain field in the back yard. Once the job was supposedly done this company did not want to tell me how much the job came out to. Then the next morning my debit card was charged for $450! I called and asked why and they couldn’t give me a detailed invoice. The invoice came in an hour later saying they had to dig around the drain field plus pumped out the septic. I told them I never authorized them to charge over what we have agreed on which was $275 and that if the bill was going to come out more than $275 that they would tell me. I asked for a refund and they refused. The next day our property have the same back up again. According to our tenants James wasn’t there for more than 15 mins supposedly digging and pumping out the septic. This company did not pump out the septic tank like they promised they would plus hit us with a $150 over charge. This is not how you treat your clients. This company uses predatory practice to operate and consumers are being taken advantage of. DO NOT ISE TOTAL ENVIRO FOR ANY SEPTIC SERVICE I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS OR ANYBODY I KNOW.

We use Total Enviro Services to pump our inside grease trap for many years and they have always provided us with excellent service. This last service was provided by Van, and like usual he was courteous and respectful. We would definitely recommend them!

Septic Tank Service gone wrong!!! We have lived in the Druid Hills area since 1987 and know that a lot of our neighbors have septic tanks that will need pumping out every 2 - 3 years. Lately, weve had several of our friends who have had to have new drain fields put in which can be very expensive especially during this pandemic were going through. Recently we had our septic tank pumped out by Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a, Total Septic Services). Once completed, the technician dropped the lid and broke it leaving half of the lid down in our tank and the other on the edge of the opening. He assured me the company would take care of it no problem. We had to cover the hole with a tarp, not the company. Plus, with all the rain weve had, our tank is filling back up with water even being covered with a tarp. Over the last 2 weeks no one and I repeat NO ONE from Total Enviro has contacted us about our situation. We have had to call them every day to see what they are going to do about this. They will not even come and take out the broken lid out of our tank. They say they are not responsible for the broken lid. We have everything documented and finally spoke to the C.E.O. and she said they would only fix it for an additional $475. This is outrageously unprofessional and their customer service has failed us and we, the customer, are on the losing end. We have no other choice but to contact our lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, social media and the local news to expose this company. We are sharing this in hopes no one else has to go through what we have. Please DO NOT USE Total Enviro Septic Services (d/b/a Total Septic Services). Thank you for your time. Blessings!Part 2 after Owners response:Lets be clear, the lid DID NOT cave in. It was dropped or plopped down by your technician. The technician who came out the day before didnt break it so I dont feel I should pay for a lid that you clearly broke. Also other companies prices for a new lid was cheaper than your so called discounted price. Plus you were going to charge me again full price to pump out all the rain water that filled the hole in my yard which again, I had to cover with tarp. You also charged me $100 over the initial invoice and until I brought it to your attention, I was refunded. Yes, we all make mistakes but you guys clearly dont wont to take any responsibility. And again have a blessed day.

My neighbor recommended this company to clean out my septic tank. James came out and completed the service. He was very informative and professional. The lid for the tank was in my plant beds. James was able to complete the job without issues even though part of my sprinkler system was over the tank lid. He replaced all the dirt and decorative rocks, leaving the plant bed in the same condition he found it in. Very impressed! I will be using this company again in 3 to 5 years! Mr Van is the man! I am one of the owners of Sugar Rush Marshmallows and he takes incredible care of our grease interceptor and all the pipes related to it.He is always there early (which is great for us!) and goes the extra mile to make sure that our grease trap is cleaned out, put back together perfectly (we have a bit of a tricky system) he cleans out the pipes to make sure theyre all working right and cleans everything up behind him. Also, he is a super friendly and energetic guy, and extremely professional! I know this isnt an awesome job, cleaning out a grease trap, but we are so grateful to have him taking care of ours for us and keeping us running smoothly. It means a lot, thank you Mr Van!

Will update review after installation!August 31, 2018: UPDATEInstallation went as discussed. Worked quickly and as expected schedule. Recommendation: improve the project finish. I would have liked a better cleaning & finish of the backyard. Overall, good service.

I want to humbly think TOTAL SEPTIC plumbing services for running such a legitimate, outstanding, and honest company. Marvin is extremely knowledgeable in this field; he literally carries the Bible when it comes to septic systems in head, and this representative is quite capable of answering a plethora questions when it comes to drain fields and Septic Tank operations and the upkeep of them. This representative was meticulous in explaining how to properly maintain my septic system. He also took the time to explain the importance of using the proper chemicals so that my system would function to its fullest capacity. My knowledge of how a septic system works has now been enhance thanks to Mr. Marvin; furthermore, This enlightenment will ensure that my repair cost down the road will remain low. Total came out a week ago and did a neighbors drainfield. They left our street looking like a construction site, piles of dirt everywhere along with old septic rock scattered everywhere. I called them twice and asked them to clean up their mess as it’s an eyesore on our street. Both times I was told they would do something about it but nobody ever shows up. This is on Carriage Oak Ct in ocoeeI had a different company do mine last year and when finished they swept up and left the area clean so I know how it should be. This company (total) doesn’t care about standards or the image they leave behind. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!UPDATE**** This morning Total had someone out cleaning the street. We as a neighborhood appreciate this but next time try to ensure it’s done before your crews leave. I will update to 3 stars from 1. Thank you
