Rod Smith/Lapin unstopped my kitchen sink previously. He was the third plumber to check it out, but the first one to fix it. (in less than 1/2 hr.) A couple of years ago, I was having my bathroom remodeled and whenever the carpenter pulled out my vanity, he discovered pin hole leaks in my water pipes. I called Rod and he recommended due to the age of my home, replacing the piping. He had that done and I was extremely satisfied. However, in June of this year I had another problem which turned out to be due to defect in the replaced pipe. I called Rod and he immediately responded, covering the incident entirely. I recently schedule a same day weekend appointment (09/04/21) with Lapin Services due to what I thought was a septic issue. Jose Martinez came by and followed the order given to him. After digging up so much dirt and assessing the situation he immediately knew that was not the problem I actually had blockage in a pipe. He answer all my questions and gave very informative information about the situation. Before I knew it my plumbing problem was resolved.

Called Lapin after working with a different septic company that didn’t provide me with clear answers about the condition of my septic system. This was my first time owning a home on septic so I needed a little more handholding/explanation than I normally would. On two different occasions, we used Lapin Services to unclog a drain line and (because of the great service on the first occasion) to pump the septic tank. Jose and Vincent did the drain work and Ernesto did the septic tank. All three were very professional and courteous. They performed their tasks quickly and with a minimum disruption to the household. I always use Lapin to pump out my septic system. They arrive on time, are professional, and provide excellent value for money. I had TWO different companies claim they didnt know how to fix my system, and replace a perfectly good part on it, before Lapin came by and did it right. This year Ernesto did a splendid job, fast and thorough, showing me what he was doing and why. I dont look forward to plumbing mishaps, but its good to know that I have someone to call when they happen.

Lapin just finished installing a replaced drain field. Did a great job. Took care of the permit. Carlos was very informative and explained everything that would take place. Wilmer arrived the day the drain field was replaced. Wilmer along with the rest of the crew did a great job. In and out in 1 day. Inspection was cleared same day. Now I need to grow some grass. LOL. My first experience with Lapin, I only wish it had been sooner. Ernesto and Mark showed up in a rainstorm and waited it out to help this damsel in distress. I had a back up into the house and Ernesto said he wouldn’t be able to sleep if he abandoned me. These guys were sooo professional and the price was reasonable. I’ll never use anyone else again.

We had annual septic maintenance done and Ernesto was fantastic. He was on time, courteous and informative about the process. Since Lapin has done previous extensive work on our septic i would have thought they would have provided him with the location of the tank and potential hazards however that wasn’t provided to him. Our pump alarm went off at 3am, why do these things go off at the worst times? We called Lapin in the morning, Juan answered my call and I told him we had our whole septic system/drainfield installed by them in December of 2019 and they sent a tech to come check it out. Jose Martinez showed up earlier than expected due to a prior cancellation, awesome! He tested a few things and then inspected the dosing tank. Turns out the float was the source of the alarm. He rewired the float and positioned it to hang at the appropriate height and all is now good. Hopefully no more 3am wake up calls! Jose Martinez was very pleasant, answered all of our questions, and even noticed another issue with our main water line that he gave us some advice on. So glad we used Lapin to begin with and they stood by their service. Hoping we will not have to reach out any time soon!

The folks at Lapin Services were a joy to work with on our whole home drain pipe replacement. This ended up being a three month process during which Daniel oversaw organizing the crew that cut the concrete out, the re-piping, the pouring of the new concrete, and all the finishing work required till each sink, tub, and toilet was ready for my family. A huge thank you to Kim, my unsung hero, who helped move the permitting along and scheduled all the inspections so that we never lost a day on the job. I checked my toilet and he made sure that everything was working properly before he left. The best part was that I did not have to pay more than $295, which is what the price originally was when I called.
