Bobby and his crew are professional, kind, and spend the time on service calls with their customers explaining their process and how best to maintain a septic system. I decided to go with Septic Dominators after talking to the sales person, Bobby. He was very clear in explaining all of my options, and he gave me a good deal. I appreciated his wisdom and thoroughness.I did have two issues with the office not calling me back in a timely fashion, but that isnt enough to knock them down to a four. Their service was great. The supervisor in charge of the drain field and septic tank replacement was very good and was helpful in answering all of my questions. They did break a lot of pipes and didnt mark them all. Im guessing that happens with all companies. Bobby went above and beyond to help me out, though. I think their work was above average. They smoothed everything out, as they said they would, although the size of the dirt patch was more than I thought it would be, so be aware of that. Again, this would be the case with any company.If you go with them or not, I would advise being home for the install. Any time you spend thousands of dollars, it is your absolute right to keep an eye on things. You never know what can go wrong.

There are not many companies around that give the excellent customer service like Septic Dominators. I have lived in Orlando 30 years and have previously only used one company but when I had a true emergency situation they could not get to me for days. Septic Dominators was highly recommended to me by my plumber. I knew as soon as I spoke with the most reassuring female voice telling me everything was going to be alright that it would (Not only was I having a backup in the house but I had family coming for a long weekend visit!). By the afternoon they were here to do the pump out and to discuss a new drain field which I knew was time. The price was very reasonable as I had compared with other companies and the current reviews were excellent. Once the permits were pulled and approved they arrived and began to work. The employees were professional and the owners are on site to ensure quality work is performed. The day they arrived I also happened to have a horrific kitchen clogged drain. I was incredibly beyond impressed with the work to unclog my drain! Certainly above and beyond as they were here to work outside on the drain field. In addition to having a new drain field installed I had them install a pump out drain which my house had never had and they also did a high pressure cleaning of all the lines. I love this company. I love what they stand for. Old fashioned good ethics, excellent customer service, and a family owned organization. I highly recommend.

Great company to work with. Bobby is extremely knowledgeable and will treat you very fair. Had a complete install of new drain field and tank. There was a minor scheduling issue upon completion but other than that the service was terrific. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic service or work performed.

Came home today and my wife greeted me with the news that our shower had backed up. After checking the outside clean out, I realized either my tank just needed pumping and/or the drainfield had failed.I called several companies to check pricing, schedule and Google ranking. Septic Dominators was clear the best choice.I got the best price out of three companies and they were able to get a truck out by 4:00 PM.The service techs, Larry and Vince, were clean, professional and had great attitudes. My tank was way past due to be pumped. As in years past due.They worked for two hours and my tank looks great, the grade and sod looked great and I am so appreciative for the service and attitudes.Highly recommend.

I called several companies and got higher quotes then Septic Dominators ($250) and they were all booked up for up to a week but this company sent someone over the very next day. Their employee VINCENT was very professional, quick, friendly, and took the time to explain to me how the septic system works and advised me to use RID-X on a MONTHLY basis something I wasnt aware of due to the fact that I never had to deal with septic systems before because I recently moved to Florida from up North. I called Septic Domaintors today because the plummer that was scheduled to come had truck problems. I found this company just by googling. I am so glad I found septic dominators. They used a camera to look into the pipes to diagnose the problem. They located a large clog and pipe problems.The guys were very professional, friendly, cleaned up everything. They had to repipe a section, cleared a massive clog and replaced an access cover that fell in the septic ( they didnt csuse that, we did).Anyone who needs a plumber or septic work please call Septic Dominators first because that will also be your last call.Thank you Septic Dominators for a job well done.
