Very conscientious as to their work. Hard workers honest and they did the best job that I have ever seen any company do cleaning out my septic tank. I highly recommend them, their customer service is excellent!

So frustrated at the poor quality and non-functioning work done. They show up one day, disappear the next leaving the area a mess, tireless wait.. I thought paying a lot more than other competitors estimates would bring me a solution. Huge mistake!EDIT: Pretend you are not the company we hired Drainage Solutions/Frank is another big mistake deserving of another bad review from my husband.

They installed french drains along both sides of my house. They worked quickly and did nice work. They followed up promptly to ensure it was complete to my satisfaction. Great work.

I 100% recommend Drainage Solutions. We had a full septic tank and had an issue over the weekend where the water was coming up one of the showers. We called to get pricing and thankfully, in that same call, were able to schedule service for that same day. We had the pleasure of having Angel come by to work with our issue. Frank and his employees did a great job. I had a company come out before them and told me they had to tear down my wall and dig up my driveway. I highly recommend Drainage Solutions Inc. after contacting them about my toilets overflowing. I described my problem to Frank and he knew right away my septic tank was full. I was fortunate enough to schedule an appointment for 7:30 the next day. The service techs arrived at 7:15 and got to work right away. Within an hour I was able to flush the toilets and use the sink without any issues. I will be contacting Drainage Solutions Inc. in the future and recommend their services to family and friends. Frank is responsive and empathetic when Ive called him. Ive used his services back when I used to own rental properties and in my own home. Twice Ive called him at night/holiday with emergency situations with my septic system. He answered, helped me troubleshoot, explained what the problem is and what to do while he can send his crew to my home the next day. This was last night. All this without exchanging money for his invaluable help. I am so grateful. Today his crew just diagnosed another problem I didnt know I had (leaky pipe inside the septic). Another person will come in later today to pump the sewer. Frank cares for his customers. He believes in the golden rule. He and his crew are very honest, explain things well, show you what is working and what is not, give you options to resolve issues. His crew shows up within the time range communicated to us. Frank has an old-fashioned sense of customer service (this is a good thing), one that you dont find in many businesses. We are and will continue to be loyal customers.

A job of 8K for outside drains. They were not professional. I preferred paid them totally and ask them to leave before asking them to fix what they had broken. I prefer not talking how they had ruin the landscape without any effort to fix their mess. It was exhausting to see this masquerade. I dont recommend this company.

The guys from Drainage Solutions did a fantastic job for us. We had a 37 year old drain field that was waaaay past its prime and we began to have issues in the house. We contacted them in Feb about the problem. Toilets wouldnt flush etc... Kenny explained everything that was going on with the system, what the process was and what we needed to do to make it past the time until they could start the project. The drain field area was landscaped by the previous owners and a couple small trees had grown in the area that had to be removed. The guys were very careful to minimized the damage to the surrounding vegetation. They were efficient, professional and would tell us each day what had been competed and what was next.I would use them again in a minute but hope not to! :)> I highly recommend them.Jimm & Julie

Company was great to work with reliable and efficient work

Unprofessional. We set an appointment for Saturday 9am to pump out my septic tank. at 9am driver called me to tell me he would be there at 10:30. At 11:30 I call him asking where he is and he said he’ll be there in 4 minutes. At 12 noon he shows up but it’s pouring rain so he can’t do the job of pumping out my septic tank. He says I will get a call first thing Monday morning and be the first on the list. No phone call so at 9:45am I call the office to see what is going on. They say because of rain in the forecast they will not be able to schedule me. I understand when the weather is bad but what stops you from picking up the phone and communicate in a timely matter? I took my business elsewhere.

We had a very difficult job. Our opening to the septic tank was under a tree and a concrete sidewalk. It took 4 people and two days to take care of it. I never heard even one complaint. They worked really hard. Great price too! Ty for all you did for us.

Im new to Orlando and am completely clueless on septic systems. I was lucky to have drainage solutions educate my family on how to take care of our system. Received excellent service from Kimberly at the office as well as Frank the owner!! Definitely going to call for future service.

PLUMBING we all hate dealing with it! After many many years of owning a rental property (17 years) the tenant called and said things (plumbing) was backing up. This is a duplex and I had no idea of where the tanks were located or what the heck needed to be done. DRAINAGE SOLUTIONS came to my rescue. Kim and Christine in the office were awesome. Rodney and Mike located the tanks, marked them for me and gave me the location of them in writing for future use. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Both tanks were drained and work was complete QUICK. Problem solved at a great price. Too many times you call someone for service and you get the run around. NOT with Drainage Solutions. Terrible with scheduling every time we have scheduled them they’re more than 20 minutes late. Todat 01.16.2019 they were more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled service time and when I called to complain they told me to give a hard time to the person who was going to service us. Then when I called to reschedule they told me to just call someone else. Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service I have experienced with a business to business company.

They did a nice job installing the drainage system I needed in my yard but their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. They were sloppy, leaving screws all over my yard and driveway and also left an exposed cable that they severed in my yard. So I got my drainage fixed but lost my internet for a few days and now have to have AT&T come bury the cable. When I called DS office they didnt even apologize for the mistake and bascially gave me an oh well attitude. Good work but lousy professionalism.

I gave one star because I had to, there should be a negative star that way I can rate it -10.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.They showed up to my house without an appointment, went thru a locked gate and decided to rip out my garden that was near the area. When they removed the old cement tank they broked it into chunks and left it there with feces still on it. Destroyed the whole grass area with the machine. As they drove the machine into the yard, they went thru the stepping stones I had and broke them all. This was why when I spoke to them I told them I told them I will make an appointment.2 days later and I still have the chunks in yard. They are very unprofessional and when I spoke to the person in charged of the project and told him what they did with the garden, he said oh well I guess you have to start it again. No way to speak to a client.Not only did they entered without permission but when they left, they left the gate wide open and now I have things missing from the yard.No way to conduct business.............
