Had to stop in early this morning(31 Aug 21) for my TK apu in which the condenser under my bunk had leaked water all over the bunk floor and into the control box($1100)and causing a red triangle fault on my sleeper readout. Victor worked on my truck and found that the drain plugs were blocked causing major damage to that electrical box. Thnks victor, Miguel, Sandy and Ms Dominican Republic (😁). You guys are all awesome and so professional and polite. Even though it was an all day job you got me back on the road this evening with a working apu. Also thanks to the manager.. you have a great crew. UPDATE: 13 Sept 2021. My TK tripak has been running absolutely perfect since my repairs 12 days ago. When I would take it to our company shop for repairs it always came back out with the same fault codes or new ones. Sometimes it pays to pay extra to go to a TK dealer. Thanks to southeast Orlando TK.👌👌Final update: 4 Oct 2021 and my repaired apu has had 0 faults or issues since they installed a new computer box controller box and other minor fixes. Rip off place for sure, took them 2 days to just look on my APU to service then estimated 14h work on it for, ended up work way under 10 work hours, and still charged 2200 for a just a labour, changed batteries for no reason, because they was too lazy find real reason whats drained batteries, and it was simple positive wire was damaged and discharged batterie. definitely wont bring it back even if it last place on earth for repairs!!!

Serviced my sb210+And inspected it.I checked in fast. Work done fast and clean.Steamed cleaned my engine after for a few of course.But it looks new now. I’m happy with the service and time there. Clean waiting room. Clean lot. Just a nice place and nice people who are Willing to answer questions.I will return when in the state.

Had an issue with the APU. They were able to get us in and the problem fixed within a couple hours.

This is the most devastating shop ever seen before.the rate that is seen on the page doesnt deserve to them. I wish I could give them 0 star.they are more expensive with no muched with their labor. Please dont bring any trailer to this shop, especially the refeer unit.

My truck was here for a week plus and it was to replace a part that came in three days after being there. My truck was held for an extra 4 days and I had to call to get updates. NO ONE called me to tell me the status of my truck. Ive never been to a thermo king that has done that before. Why must I call daily to receive an update? Why when I sound frustrated all of a sudden the truck is fixed and ready for pick-up?Worse service from the reputable company.

If you live in the Orlando or have trouble with your reefer unit delivering in the area, bring it here. They know how to fix it. The only downside is that they have a lot of work and maybe you have to wait a day or 2 to get it done. But if they cant fix it, no one can.

Dropped a trailer for a sensor check up and they released our unit with possible blown head gasket without bothering to let us know ... this driver sent us a receipt after he picked up the unit just to found out that the unit has all these issues ... now I`m afraid the unit is gonna stop running on us ...this is not acceptable!

I went here somewhere around may 2018 And their friendliness was great but their service was horrible they failed to let us know that all 5 motor mounts needed to be replaced and the belt that runs the water pump also needed to be replaced And when we left the reefer was still leaking freon so I dont even know if they fixed the leak or not but they filled it up so it was holding temperature for a little while But then started leaking again. These people are so unprofessional and dishonest they even left a shop rag inside the motor compartment next to the water pump belt. I told the manager about it and he acted like it was no big deal.. And a had the trailer for the whole weekend plus all day Monday,,, People like this need to be sued or held responsible and accountable somehow...

Called in to see if they had time to ck my APUAdvised that they would get me in as soon as I could get there.Arrived and shortly after a tech. started to work on it.Excellent service and directions to get there from staff.Recommended highly

The nicest, most professional people I have ever met Florida. Needed work done on a Rigmaster APU, which its hard as heck to find people still working on them. Told me the day before, they would try and work me in the next day. Went in the next morning, was in the shop beginning repair right after checking in. Diagnosed problem in under 20 minutes. Checked entire APU for additional issues and provided part numbers for parts needing replacement in the near future. Just good people providing EXCELLENT service. Thank you much.

I have been here numerous times for different needs on my TK unit, and they get it right every time, I have to say that I had run a thousand miles so they can work on my TK unit, and won’t hesitate to drive a thousand more to bring it here, I have been treated with respect and courtesy every time regardless my appearance, thank you Troy, girls on the front desk and specially the technicians,Keep up the good work!

My condenssor fan was busted told me they did have the parts to fix it but they told me it was gonna be tommrrow when the part comes in.. I asked the guy what you mean you have the parts to fix it but cant fix it till tommmrrow (but they already had my truck gutted and ready to be fixed) remind you its only 1:21 in the afternoon takes at least 2 hours to take the fan off and put a new one on... Told them nevermind dont worry about it ill go down the road.. I called haines city location they said come on in we get you squared away got me done in little over hour and half... Need to speak to upper management to make sure they dont try to call my company and tell them they owe them money when they didnt do anything but give me a run around a headache and waiste of my valuable time when i couldve been on the road... I mean how do you have the parts to fix something but cant fix the part till the following day when you have all parts ive been there since 10:30 in the morning and didnt tell me anything till almost 2pm im not paying for labor charges when no labor was done just got a ring around the rosey story for 4 hours straight... Completely unprofessional and no customer service all my questions i asked wouldnt get answered and just got a run around i call pure lazyness card here...

I needed a technician 1 a.m. in the morning Thermo King was there the service was excellent technician fixed the problem in 30 minutes I was on my way!!!

They charged too much $750 for changing 1 hose and Freon $750In Springfield, MO I fixed the water pump for the same APU for $350
