I rarely write reviews but I have to say that tis was a great company to do business with.

Terrible Experience! Hired them to repair a refrigerator, paid almost $300. Two weeks later it died again. Made appointment for them to come out again, they never showed up to appointment. Said a manager would call me back same day. Never happened. 4 days later manager called back. Called another appliance company in meantime, got if fixed immediately. Was told that pronto did the worst job ever and basically stole my money

I have used them in the past several times and I was always satisfied with their work and professionalism. The Technician was very honest and forthcoming about the cost of repair versus purchasing a new washer. Theyre the only appliance repair company that I would use or recommend to others.

Worst Company Ever!!! Here late, out early. I understand the service fee, but not when you never even lifted a finger. Nothing was done and it was over before it began. Pay $80 for 2 min or $500 for “recharge”. Rude and unprofessionalAware of the service fee?!?! Yes, I was. But in the name it hints there might be some service. They show up in a creepy van like they just woke up. Again, UNPROFESSIONAL!

Called Monday morning. they came out by 1pm on time if not early. quick diagnostic. ordered part and all fixed in a few days! they were quick.

Pronto is aptly named-I called today and they came out today. Rick the technician was helpful, knowledgeable and was a wealth of information. He identified and fixed the problem pronto!

My Frigidaire ice maker wasnt working, Pronto sent out tech Rick who was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! He made recommendation to fix a recurring problem with my icemaker. Thank you Rick and thank you Pronto for sending someone well qualified to my home!

Referred out by my home warranty for an issue with the stove. First time homebuyers here and learning! My service order was sent out on Thursday and I had to call on Monday to schedule something (they were supposed to call me). Once scheduled they came same day and gave me a window. Said to expect a call a half hour out....they didnt. Came, took one look at my stove and said it was the breaker. It was. He flipped the breaker. Made sure all the burners and oven worked and then charged me 79$. A discount from the 100$ trade fee my warranty makes me pay (at least theres that). He was in and out in 10 minutes max. Nice guy. Small talk was pleasant as he waited for management to call me to receive payment. I asked for grace since it was just a breaker.... but time is money and for those 10 minutes I lost 79$ . Hard not to be mad but I suppose the only I should be mad at is myself for 1. Not learning my breaker box fully and 2. Forgetting that time is money. Just make sure something is really broken before calling.

Pronto Appliance Services did an excellent job repairing my dryer! They were thorough, honest, and very reliable.

There isn’t anything good that came from my appointment. The 2 men that arrived late to my house did not look happy to be there and did nothing to hide that fact. Overpriced and under qualified. Better off with a real company

I am a widow with a teenager. My refrigerator broke and I lost all my food. I called to request service. They came out the next day. I was told by the tech that I would be receiving a quote by the end of the day. Two days later I still have not received a quote. Not sure who runs a business this way. Will never recommend them to friends and family.

Great company! We had use this company 3 times just incredible how knowledgeable quintin is fixing a washer dryer and a refrigerator it looks like he build the appliances he fixed, he repair them in a matter of time, very satisfied!

Jamie’s was early within the time frame, very pleasant and cordial. He looked everything over, called his off, and gave me what I felt was a very fair estimate. Jamie’s explained the problems, fixed them promptly, and left everything in good order. I enjoyed meeting and dealing with this young, capable man. He was a real pleasure. Update December 2019I had to use their service after my oven caught fire. I thought I was going to need a new stove but I called Pronto Appliance. They came out on my day off and assured me that I was not in need of a brand new stove. They ordered a new heating element instead and my oven was back in working order just in time for us to be able to cook for the congregations hospitality dinner. Thank you Pronto!!!2 yrs. ago I recommended this company to an elderly friend who needed her refrigerator repaired. Pronto Appliance went to her house, the tech was professional and courteous. They found the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area

Just a few weeks ago or so we had pronto appliance out for a repair on our dryer and it was a great experience, and today we called them back again for an issue with our washer this time, and the tech was able to fix the problem on the spot. Very efficient and friendly service guy. Will continue to use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

They showed up, diagnosed the problem then said they had to order the part. . when they came to put the part in, they said there was another problem and because of the cist, not worth fixing. Qoute me two different cost. The tech gave me one then the office gave me a higher one.

We have been waiting over 3 plus weeks for this company to replace a basic part on our dryer. Was told the part would be in a few days from technician coming to our house. Received the a call last week that they going to show up today between 2 and 5 (to which my husband took time off from his job to be present for the repair). No one ever showed up or not even a phone call. Pretty lousy service if you ask me!

Not a 5 due to price but excellent to work with!

Have used Pronto several times throughout the years and there is a reason for that. They always come to save my appliances from most certain doom and have therefore saved me lots of money. Thank you for your dedication and service. So go on call them! Go green and fix your stove or fridge instead of tossing it.

Used these guys to repair a above the gas oven. They provided excellent service. We will use them again should the need arise.

My father had a good initail service to diagnose the issues with my appliances but when they called back and quoted approximately $300 per appliance . i was amazed..i asked them for a written estimate on the breakdown of the work.. and they refused to sendme one . stating we only send grand totals. i researched online and found out the part was only $20-60 and the work will only take an experienced tech 30 minutes max. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF... i highly recommend that no one uses them unless they give a detailed estimate.

Pronto Appliance Service provided us with an amazing experiance, they came in a few hours of our call and gived us an honest prossesional repair service that excided all expectations with an affordable cost...something very rear this days. I will call them again for sure.

Called and got an appointment was happy they had a $59+ service fee for the service just to check what was wrong. that was not bad because they said they will apply it to the actual work. when the time came to fix the appliance they quoted me a ridiculous rate, approximately $310... I asked for more details on why it was so much and they refuse to go in to details on how they apportion parts and labor. they seem to be dishonest and hiding stuff... i refused to do the service with them and got another company to give me an estimate (it 50% less). Now im out the initial service call fee but still did better because it worked out cheaper.
