Hector the manager does an incredible job. He checks to be sure service is done correctly. My lawn technician also are great. So willing to help fix your problems, which we have a lot here in Florida with either too much rain or not enough. Give them a call.

In the first service I was present and they did a good job. The second time i was not present, they arrived, they left a door sign and left without doing anything. They didnt know that I had a camera in the house and was recording them, and then charge me for a service that i didn’t receive. I dont recommend this company at all.

Avoid this company at all cost. I started their pest control/fertilizing service around June 2013. Spoke with Tony, one of the managers who surveyed my St Augustine grass and said they should be able to restore it after a few treatments. After 3 months of treatment, the entire curbside grass died and no improvements to the backyard or front. It was actually worse!! I checked my watering schedule (twice a week for 45 min each zone), sprinkler heads and also watered after each treatment. I explained the situation to Mary @ Power Exterminators and requested to immediately cancel the service but the frustration doesnt end here. Although they said they canceled my account over the phone, I continued to receive bills from them through November 2013. After 4 phone calls, I think I have finally managed to close the account after regretfully agreeing to pay the service fees through October 2013. Go with a reputable company. There are plenty of good ones out there.
