I have used Falcon Lawn and Pest for many years and they have always delivered on their promise to exceed my expectations. With the lack of rain and hot weather my lawn was suffering and didnt look as green and healthy as I thought it should. One call to the office and within a couple of days they sent Glenn Davis to immediately address my concern. He developed a solution to address the issues and told me he would follow up in two weeks to make sure the lawn was looking better. I saw changes within days and at his followup my lawn was the greenest and healthiest on the street. Thank you Glenn for your expertise, delivering on your promise and providing unmatched customer service. I highly recommend Falcon and you will not be disappointed!

Supervisor Josh who oversees the technicians was notified that his lawn technician driving a commercial vehicle with hazardous materials struck an object on the 417 and sent it flying into my Audi Q5. Supervisor, Josh and Falcon Lawn and Pest was notified of my damages that will exceed $4,000+ after the bodywork repair and car rental. They admitted they struck the object and the driver of vehicle with license plate GWG I64 Fled the scene of a property damage accident without stopping. Their insurance company via email denied the claim and the company management was notified and has yet to make good or contact me to pay for the damages to my vehicle. No integrity or ethics at this company in my opinion. The owner and management team should have reached out to make good on damages cause by their driver of their vehicle especially when he fled the scene.

Their services and treatment of our lawn has increased the spread of weeds and killed our Zoysia sod. I will not be using their services again.

My Tech guys Name is Glen and He is Always Professional and Courteous going beyond the Scope of a Great Employee. He always Calls ahead of the day he is actually coming out and does Exactly what he says he is going to do. If I have any concerns Glen Always takes the time to explain And Address them. I cannot say enough about Glen at Falcon Lawn and Pest Control! If I could give him and this company 10 Stars I would never hesitate! It’s nice to come home after a hard days work and see the sign Glen places in my yard after Treatment. I never have to worry if my yard is being done right that says a hell of a lot in these days! I want to recognize Mr. Glenn Davis for his professionalism and responsiveness with taking care of my lawn. Ive been a Falcon Lawn and Pest customer for 6 years and Glenn has been working with my lawn since Spring 2020. The lawn was not in good condition when he decided to take over as primary technician. Three months later, hes almost taken care of all weeds and bare spots. Glenn delivers what he promises. Since the time he started with me, not only has he followed up with regular lawn service but he also shows up to check on the condition of my lawn even when not scheduled to do so. When I first contacted him in the Spring I informed him that I could not continue paying for service I was not receiving. He asked me to give him an opportunity to work on making required corrections. He has DELIVERED! Today, Im still with Falcon Lawn and Pest only because of the outstanding work Glenn has done.

Whenever I have concerns about lawn issues the reply from Falcon Lawn & Pest has always been courteous, professional and fast response. I rate them A+ especially the lawn manager Glenn Davis who will come and take care of my lawn issues himself and will follow up until issue has resolved. Every company should have someone like him who truly cares for his customers.

Good service

I had a small ant problem that they were not able to fix. I have had them for a couple years why did I have a any problem to begin with? I also had the termite protection. I cancelled all services and they showed up 2 weeks later and started taking up the small bait stations in the yard. I was told by the office they don’t belong to me or Falcon? I paid over $200 from them to get them installed but I guess they are not mine..... I called a solo local guy and with one visit my ant problem is GONE!!! Bottom line is don’t use them!!!! Use a small independent guy who knows the business.**Update** They left the holes in my yard from the removal of the bait stations. I called and asked when they will be filled in and they stated they will naturally be filled in. I asked them to point to the part in the contract that they do not leave my property the way they found it and of course they were not able to. I tried to co tact the General Manager Mr. Cox and he never returned my call. I will be getting ahold of the owner one way or another.

Highly recommend this company! After several years trying other lawn care companies with no positive results, I gave Falcon a chance and “Bam”, after a couple of treatments, my lawn looked the best it had in 5 years. 5 years forward and I have still no regrets at all using Falcon Lawn and Pest Control. Their Service is top notch and staff is very friendly and helpful.

All of the crew, office personnel, onsite supervision and sales people have been very friendly and helpful. Although we’ve only had their services since moving in March of 2018, we are very pleased with the appearance of our lawn, and landscaping plants and palms. We have confidence in Falcon and would recommend them to our neighbors.

I called to schedule a lawn care service due to ants only to find out that my quarterly service does not include lawn care. Apparently my service only included inside and around my home. I have been a customer for over a year and thought every time they come to my home, they take care of my lawn. It is disappointing to cancel my service because I was referred by family as they use Falcon Lawn & Pest, but I cannot pay for a service that focuses on the inside of my home when I am not even there because I need to be at work.While they do free estimates and they say my presence is not needed, it is needed because if I was there during their visits, it may have been brought to my attention that they do not take care of our lawn.I would have loved to stay with Falcon Lawn & Pest for lawn care only and cancel the current service I had, but the customer service team said the latest time slot is 3-5pm to complete the free estimate while I am not there. Therefore, the hours of operation on Google should not say Open 24 hours. A 5-7pm slot would be perfect for working individuals.More flexible hours for the customer to be available during visits and better communication on the services would be much appreciated by future customers.

Cant say enough positive. Falcon has provided me service for almost 22 years! In all that time, I had to call twice for them to come inside. Responded within 24hrs and no need for a return visit. They are professional, courteous and nothing is a problem for them. I am moving out of the area and will miss them terribly! Cant believe I can find the same great service which has been provided to me.

I am very unhappy. I recieved my house from family that started with this company. My family previous paid for 3 months service, they never came out. Finally i called in the last month to take care of ants. Then I requested that he cancel our contract as I was self pest controlling and doing a much better job. He not only did not cancel but charged me after the 3 months. Thinking it was canceled 3 months later I get a debt fee costing me $95. They refused to wave the cost even though I canceled with them and still had to pay the $95 for 0 service. Very unhappy. They only care to take your money not do their work.

While I cant speak to their actual lawn/pest control service, I owe a debt of sincere gratitude to the cust svc & genuine act of kindness I received from one of the employees at Falcon (and honorable mention to her co-worker, Tammy or Tammi?) both of whom assisted me over emails and esp w/ JOANNE on the phone several times in one day. Even though I am not a customer, she went above & beyond to simply help me out of a jam w/ an unidentified critter Id mistakenly thought was a rodent on my front porch and which she and her colleage, thru pics I emailed them (something I also made mistakes with but she didnt give up on me :) ultimately determined was actually a BAT! I never saw a bat before; had no idea they were the size of mice and in my irrational state and panic-stricken fear of mice had this poor thing trapped. I didnt want to leave it there and she couldnt provide a service for me but she gave me MORAL SUPPORT and stayed on the phone w/ me while I freed this poor trapped bat. In my defense, at first I just thought I was covering a dead mouse :( Then it came back to life but I still thought it was a mouse so I kept a box on it :( Once I knew it wasnt a mouse tnx to the time devoted by Joanne & Falcon I felt awful & immed wanted to let it out...Anyway, the point is THANK YOU JOANNE!! FALCON services the condos grounds where Im currently staying, not by choice, just stuck here, w/ a jungle of FLA creatures all around me incl snakes and an ant infestation inside & out I cant afford to treat w/ more than bug spray, but if I can save up enough, theyll be my first call. They were professional, quick, efficient, friendly, even before Joanne was on the case to let me know there was nothing they could do about my unusual situation. Turns out they were WRONG :) Joanne, you (and ur colleague) are my heros and esp your kindness & patience on the phone w/ me won you a future customer. And for the record I have another review on here about a pest control svc in ORL and it aint pretty so I mean that :) BTW theres an even bigger bat crawling around out on my front porch right now. Falcon saved our home from ants. After three years of ant problems and a national pest companys failures we hired Falcon Termite and Pest Control and we are finally ant free. We called talked to a very nice person named Joanne and made an appointment. A very professional technician arrived on time found the ant problem and a rat issue and we have been free of ants and rats ever since. The price and service was better than what we had with the national company and the entire staff great. We have recommended Falcon to our friends and they are as happy with the service as we are. My lawn was in excellent condition lush green grass till i had them. Only changed companies because my previous company S & O greenworks, excellent company pulled out their business from Orlando and are mainly tampa based now. The technician, Richey, destroyed my lawn burnt it in over 1/3 of an area and had to pay over a $1000 plus to re-sod. Gave me excuses to dethatch my lawn and other stupid excuses. District and regional sales manager tried to convince me it was the irrigation/ and or lawn mowers fault. Luckily i had taken pictures before and after their technicians treatment of my lawn so they could not wiggle out & i made them run through a perfectly operational sprinkler system. Demanded my money back, got some, but not all. My lawn looks much better without dethatching etc. after getting rid of them. So consumer beware, these reviews are skewed and misleading. Make sure these reviews are genuine and not placed by employees, administration and/or friends and family of this company. Not a single house in our entire neighborhood did well with these folks so they have been mostly been thrown out of our subdivision.

I switched to Falcon after trying TrueGreen and Massey and then immediately firing both companies. Although Falcon had been around for a long time, I had never heard of them before.So when I did finally contact them, I knew things were going to work out well based on my very first contact, which was the extremely professional and friendly person who answered the phone in their main office when I first called.Shortly thereafter Rishi (the Service Manager) came by the house to discuss my needs and answer my questions. Just like the person who answered the phone in their main office, Rishi was extremely professional and friendly and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. So after my meeting with Rishi, I was convinced that Falcon was the right company for me. I signed up for pest control and lawn service.This was in September of 2016, and from that point on, I have been receiving the best customer service anyone could hope for. This includes the technicians who come by the apply the lawn treatment on a regular basis as well as Adriane, the pest control technician. One thing I really like is the continuous follow ups from Rishi to make sure everything is going okay. He is also very easy to reach and always answers the phone when I call.Dont waste your time with companies like Massey or Truegreen who could care less about customer service. Falcon is more reasonably priced and they know how to get the job done in a quality and professional manner.

Before your service is due you see roaches ants pile all over the yard then you call them they wait for your service is due to come out tjen charge you for the service because you were due . get someone else .im looking around now. Very bad........they also changed my tech 4 times and chemical..

Im cancelling my service with Falcon. I continually see a roach at least once a week and I got their lawn service to prevent weeds and help my grass. My grass isnt showing a benefit and I have lots of weeds so its time for a change.

Not happy with service: they said to call if any activity appeared before the next service and they would come back and treat it, every time we attempted to do so they told us to wait till next service which would be a moth+ away, customer care is very rude.

Had falcon fumigate one of my house when i came to check in the afternoon the front door was broken.i call, they came back and see the damage never fix it.promise me a free treatment for my personal resident,they never answer the phone when i call them back.then had the nerve to call a year after and ask to renew the contract.terrible company

Called and discussed an issue we are having with Moles, helpful young lady took all my details and set up an appointment for 9am Friday. 9:30 and no-show, so called the office to find out they have no appointment scheduled but do have my info and address, and now they tell me they cannot help with Moles!!!!! Had to take time off work and lose $$$$
