Awful customer serviceThey decided not to take care of a problem in my house about rats in the yard because I had a tarp on top of my roof, while dealing with insurance companyLast year I had their service with the tarp on top of my house and was not an issue! Never heard from them and they never gave me a good reason for that!!!

We have a regular service scheduled for prevention. At one time we a had consistent issue with ants coming from another condo. Each request call to Apex was responded to immediately by the office staff. A return call and visit from our regular guy, Lee, was always made in a timely manner. Lee is persistent and consistent in his efforts, answering questions and explaining procedures. I appreciate that he puts on shoe covers when he enters our home. We were referred to Apex and have referred others to Apex.

Worst company ever! I received a call from collections dept after they said they called me once for payment, I payed by money order I guess the driver kept it so I paid over the phone my debt over a month ago and Im still received a letter from collections! Ridiculous!

Their customer service is outstanding and reliable. I never have to talk to a recording, an actual person is always there to pick up the phone and accommodate my needs or changes. Also, most of the people I spoke with were very friendly and have never given me an attitude even if I keep changing my appointment day.

Apex have been providing Termite protection for my house since 2002. We live in the UK and normally just leave them to get on with it, though for the past 2 years we have managed to arrange the inspection while we were there. Spoke to Bill today about my home in Haines City, we have drywood termites. I called a lot of places and had a few come out to give quotes. An by far Bill seemed the most honest and knowledgeable. Called back immediately after I sent a text. Its hard, because how do you know really that a company is gonna do the job right? Use the right amount of gas and not go cheap on my home, I have EVERYTHING invested in my home for our kids and family, so you have to find someone you can trust to hopefully care for you home as you do, and termites are NOT something I wanna mess with. Being furloughed our savings is not huge but also dont wanna skimp because it is my house so Bill assured me and explained everything he an Apex would do to set me at ease. I will update more after we meet and have service done, but wether or not at this point we go with Apex (prob will, will see on Friday) you should def contact Bill and Apex as one of you quotes.

Do not recommendI hired apex for a minor bug problem and was given lots of assurance that it would be taken care of quickly. One treatment is all they scheduled to do, I asked for another treatment because we were still seeing the same small number of bugs. They delayed it until another 3 month period started and did not mention I had started another pay period.92$ for 30 minutes of chemical spraying, every 3 months, is not what I was promised. They dont care that Im unhappy and still expect to be paid in full even though I canceled early.

They keep it simple. Great service and they do what they say. As long as the bugs stay gone Im happy.

The services techs are very nice people. The office manager apparently doesnt want new business. I have been a 15 year customer but had to cancel service for about 6 months so then I go back to reinstate my service and they want to charge me some start up fees and raise my rates. I politely called asking them to wave any start up fees and I was willing to pay the higher monthly rate however the office manager refused to wave any fees. So much for being a 15 year loyal customer. I highly recommend a different company that may be more willing to work with their customers, new or existing.

Apex is a very good pest control company. The service I receive is excellent. If you have any pest appear during your service year, they will come out and respray without charge. They also spray outside twice a year. the price is very reasonable.
