Nestor, was our service tech and from the moment he was greeted at the door to the moment he left and had to return on the same day, he was very professional and took time to explain and answer our questions. After he completed the work, he gave a tour of what was treated, what was found, and recommendations to help in the elimination of the pests. It was far worst than previously thought. However, Nestors explanation of how it works gave us confidence that we are, at the moment, in good hands with ABC Home & Commercial Services. This is the service that is missing from many in the service industries. One NOTE: the name, ABC H&CS, did not appear to me as a pest control service company. Is it possible that others are missing out on this great service because the name does not match what is being looked for? Pest Control. Much continued success ABC!

We discovered that our attic was home to RATS. I called ABC for an inspection and quote. The response was very quick. David was very personable when he came to do the inspection. September 4th traps were set. Nestor has been the technician that has been working on getting rid of the rats. The rats are relentless. It is October 2nd and the rats continue to be living in the attic. Nestor has stuck with it, trying to help eliminate this problem. Nestor has been great to work with. I am hopeful that ABC will be able to rid us completely of the rats. I will update my post in the future for results.

Nestor and Jose did an awesome job to seal up the open areas surrounding our A/C unit where rodent were getting into our attic. They did it in the rain and made sure everything was secure. Nestor also closed all the other areas in roof as well. Professional and reliable. We no longer hear rodents scratching in the attic.

I use ABC for Termite and Rodent treatment/prevention. I called after catching two rats in my attic. They quickly came and installed more traps. They identified all the entry points and did a great job sealing up my house. They are great at communication and take the time to walk me through the entire procedure. They are also taking over my termite control. I had one of the big companies for termites and they were terrible at communication and I felt like they were never giving me the entire story. My home has been under contract for rat and mice/ rodent service with ABC since late December of 2020. Nothing that we were told in late December about how this problem was going to be resolved has been followed through on. We have more rats and mice present in the house then when we signed the contract. Many entry points for rodents have been overlooked. It is with our constant proding and our own observations that service gets rendered. It is challenging to get a consistent timely response from ABC. The staff does not exhibit the expertise to deal with these issues. I would definitely NOT recommend this company and unfortunately we are having to seek another services after spending nearly $800.

We have had an issue with rodents in our home for the past seven months. It seemed like ABC offered a good service initially, since they come back to the home until the pests are gone. However, our pest control problem still continues, and many of the rodents caught were caught by the residents of the home with traps we set up ourselves when the pests reappeared. Also, we have discovered many openings where the rodents were able to get into the house, and the sealed entryways were not sealed properly by the company allowing the rodents to continue to get into our house. Unfortunately, we do not recommend ABCs services.

Nestor is the guy you want to work with. He’s definitely earned my trust with leaving my home in his hands and he knew what he was talking about. I came back to a new home. I didn’t feel itchy and my pup is itching way less.

Terrible, unreliable service from Jimmy and his team. Weve been with this company for almost a year and they are far from experts. Our problem hasnt been resolved and we constantly hear noises in our attic and home. Even worse, weve had 6+ rats INSIDE OF OUR HOME after their service. 20+ dead rats/mice in our attic and still counting. Ive had to show the technicians holes to patch up since they cant figure out where most of the entry points are. Have a large rat living under your dishwasher and need help? Expect to wait 2-3 days. According to ABC, this isnt an emergency. Ive been forced to bait, trap and kill rats ON MY OWN or wait days for help. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, timeliness and follow-through. Ive added images below to reference what our experience has been like. These are all traps I had to set, not ABC.

I’ve had the same issue since the beginning when they said it would be resolved. It’s taken 1 year for every single employee to tell me the same thing but nothing changes. Only one week is good then I have the same problem. I wouldn’t recommend if you need help with any pest issues. They can only seem to get it temporarily and the headache becomes worst with these people. I just wish they kept their word about helping get rid of rodents. I’m very disappointed with their services only because I don’t see results that they state. I’ve done a better job at attempting to do it myself more than anything, so I should just save my time and money if you’re considering this company. Do NOT consider them.

We have been getting services for a while now and have never had a negative experience. Melvin is our guy and comes out every other month. I’ve been having a pest problem and have used a few companies but no one can seem to find the issue. Jimmy came by for an inspection and to ease my mind was very thorough with checking my room! The owner, Dylan, came out the day after we called for a termite inspection. He is very knowledgeable and addressed all our pest issues on the first visit, in addition to the termites. He spent more than an hour thoroughly reviewing our entire home, explained the pests present and a comprehensive plan to remove them. The cost for all this work was zero! He sent the written estimate and contract for the work the same day and the pricing and agreement were very reasonable. Their technician, Alex, started the next day and he was extremely professional, polite and kind. It was a pleasure to have Alex in our home! He spent three hours applying the various treatments and even brushed all the eves around our home before treating them. He left our house looking better than it did when he arrived! We have used other pest companies in Orlando, but Dylan and his team are far and away superior. I highly recommend you call them first for your pest needs. You will be glad you did!

Technician notified me in advance that he was on his way to my houseUpon arrival he was very professionally dressed and explained what he was going to do. He was wearing a mask without being prompted. Friendly and proficient but truly I will not be able to report that until the job is complete and the racooni s gone. The Team came every day as promised, always notifying me of approx time. Although the racoon was never captured, all entry locations were clearly blocked and repaired accordingly. I interacted with Melvin. He went above and beyond in assuring me that if I had any issues or questions, I could call him right away. Alex was good also. As of 7/28/2020 Problem RESOLVED! Im updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. It would have been a 5 star review without the billing issue........ 7/2019 VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I agreed to a one time service of pest control for a hundred plus dollars (Groupon). I never signed any contract nor did I agree verbally for ABC Home & Commercial Services to continue to provide ongoing service. However, they continued to spray the outside of my home without my consent and charge me for the services. I never agreed. I was very clear that I did not wish to sign a contract. Today, a whole year later and this has yet to be resolved. I call and call...to no avail. No one can answer my questions and they never call me back. I have spoken to Janet, Angel...I was told Jasen, Mariah and Camille were going to call me back. I havent heard from anyone. Im seeking a resolution.
