This company does not make their prospecting customers comfortable. I asked for a quote to be emailed to me but they insisted on asking for my home address. You should not ask people for their home address if they are not even your customers yet. It makes people feel uncomfortable when you are casually asking so much information from people when the business provides very little information. You want your customers to be comfortable with you? Send a quote and then, when it is confirmed that the customer wants to do business, then you ask for the personal home address and whatever else you need to ensure your property is safe. Don’t text my personal phone to ask for my home address before you even send me my quote. This is so unprofessional.

Wonderful experience - We rented our table charges and farm table from A Chair Affair for our January 5th winter themed wedding. They turned out BEAUTIFUL! Carly Adair was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for rentals for their wedding :)

A Chair Affair was definitely a pleasure to work with and met our needs when it came to our wedding. They were flexible with us on what we needed and if we needed any last minute changes, they would accommodate us! They provided us clear chairs along with geo glass tables that gave us a super clean modern look because we didnt want linen since our wedding on a rooftop in Downtown Orlando. Consider hiring this awesome vendor because nothing will go wrong. They are experts in what they do!

We used Chair Affair for our wedding at Leu Gardens this past month. They had great prices and good service. We are very pleased with all of their support! They provided Chiavari chairs, hedge walls, sweetheart chairs, black and white dance floor, vintage china and a white arch (chess pieces were rented elsewhere).

Had company party last minute because of covid at a nee location. Mike, the owner bent over backwards to make it happen with one day notice. Everything we asked for looked great and a cold front came through and he brought heaters just in case

A Chair Affair, Inc provided a nice, easy experience for this wonderfully hectic day! They are very responsive and reasonably priced! The delivery crew got there on time and worked with my coordinator to get the chairs set up to my vision!

I would encourage any bride to work with a Chair Affair. Unfortunately due to covid we had to cancel our wedding, which they assisted with this process immediately, rather than making it tougher. During the preparation time- I can say that they have responded to minor changes almost immediately, had an accessible payment screen, and overall amazing customer service. Even though I did not use them for the event- I would recommend them due to the obvious above reasons!

I have been trying to contact Liz from a Chair Affair for weeks now regarding my wedding. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow up from this company.

I did multiple quotes when looking for chair and table vendors and the minute I spoke to A Chair Affair representative on the phone, I knew this was the company I wanted. The women was knowledgeable of my venue, she had great suggestions, and was very kind.We needed to be able to flip our ceremony space into our dinning area space and she made me feel so much more comfortable with that turnaround.We visited the showroom and Jourdain was extremely helpful in picking out colored linens that worked best for us. They were also very accommodating and let us pick up our napkin linens a few days early to be able to roll the silverware ahead of time.Making changes to our reservation was easy and simple. The prices were reasonable and the products were higher quality than other vendors.The day of deliveries went extremely smooth. The workers even waited with the tables in the truck until after the ceremony so we could flip the space.I would highly recommend A Chair Affair. They made it as stress free as it could be.

We were referred to A Chair Affair by family friends for rentals for our wedding and we were not disappointed! Rebecca L. was super helpful when we went to the showroom and she was patient as we tried various charge/chair/table cloth combinations. Their products are reasonably priced and we always received responses to our questions in reasonable amounts of time. They also had unique offerings (like different styles of sweetheart tables) compared to other rental companies. We highly recommend this company!

Chair Affair Inc. staff was wonderful from start to finish!! Rebecca was quick to reply with a quote & adjust to multiple requests. They delivered chairs early due to the rain storm and set them up.One of the reasons we went with them was there was no after-hours pick-up fee until after midnight unlike other companies who consider noon after-hours, helping meet our venue request & budget!The white resin folding chairs were clean & the pads were comfortable. I met one of the managers at a wedding expo, and I made an appointment to view the warehouse inventory that week! Jaime was so helpful showing us different table set ups since we were early on in the designing phase of our wedding. No matter how many combinations of colored linens, chargers, chairs, etc., she was willing to help and provide suggestions. After comparing prices and products with their competition, we ended up renting the Mahogany Chiavari chairs and gold fleur rimmed chargers, and it completed the elegant look we were going for. My only criticism is it was sometimes difficult to communicate with the team, and I had to send some follow up emails to make sure they had received my original communication. Otherwise, it was a great fit, and I would recommend A Chair Affair to other brides!

A Chair Affair provided church pews and white country chairs for our wedding ceremony. The church pews and the white chairs with pink cushions were beautiful and perfectly reflected our vision for our ceremony. The delivery workers at chair affair were very professional, patient, and very nice. They delivered the chairs before our ceremony and removed the chairs after the ceremony very quickly and smoothly. They were kind and waited until the guests had completely left for cocktail hour before removing chairs. They were great! Rebecca was very kind and very understanding. The person we previously worked with changed positions without helping us develop a plan for delivery/pickup and rain, but Rebecca talked with us over the phone and help us come up with a plan for our ceremony and helped us create a backup rain plan. She was very professional and very kind through the whole process. She was great to work with and made it stress free on our wedding day. She gave us her personal phone number to contact if we had any issues. She also contacted us the day after our wedding to make sure everything went perfect. She was great to work with. I would definitely recommend A Chair Affair!

A Chair Affair was very unorganized and unprofessional. I ordered a cake stand rental ten days prior to my wedding day. I specifically stated a pick up date one day prior to my wedding day. When I arrived at the pick up location, an employee informed me that the cake stand had been rented to another customer, and the cake stand would not be available until the day of my wedding. However, the employee was willing to make an accommodation by delivering the cake stand to the venue the day of my wedding. A few minutes later, I receive a phone call from Troy at A Chair Affair. Troy was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. He stated (in an impolite tone), I cannot deliver your cake stand because I have numerous deliveries so can someone from your party pick it up for you? I replied, No. I should not be inconvenienced due to this companys error. Troy stated, Well, I can give you your money back! Have a great day! This call took place twenty-four days ago, and I have not received a refund from A Chair Affair. I will never rent an item from A Chair Affair or recommend this unorganized company to anyone.

I coordinated a corporate holiday party last month and A Chair Affair supplied the centerpieces (crystal trees). They were absolutely gorgeous, the pictures on the website dont do them any justice. The staff was amazing. Very responsive and super courteous, after they set up our trees they even helped us put together our step-and-repeat for our red carpet.They truly are the epitome of customer service and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Their sales team is wonderful - very knowledgable and do a good job helping you design the whole look. Their delivery team is amazing - they are on point, on time, and set with the overall look in mind. The Chair Affair was one of the easiest vendors to work with. We used this company for a Nautical themed first birthday we were setting up in which the client insisted on having gold chiavari chairs. I loved working with this company because Anita was very helpful and always available to answer my many questions and concerns. The day of the event there was a little mishap where the driver did not have my phone number and was not able to enter the premises (event was in a private, gated residence). I called Anita because they had not arrived and she apologized because my number was not showing in their files. She quickly got in contact with the driver and gave him my information and he came back with the rentals. She was courteous with me and apologized for any inconveniences (although the rentals arrived at a good time regardless). They are very helpful and efficient and I will definitely be working with them from now on.

A Chair Affair worked with me to give me multiple quotes when I wasnt sure what I wanted, and then they were flexible when I kept changing the time. Someone from the company called me a few days before the wedding to make sure everything was squared away and that we both had the same information.They deliver, set-up, and then tear down and pick up. It was such a huge help. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone.
