Andrea Rivera at Rentaland did a fabulous job with our tent rental for my daughters wedding. She was very pleasant, very accommodating and responsive to our requests. All in all, a very pleasant experience, I would recommend Rentaland very highly!

Working with Rentaland for my engagement celebration was an amazing experience! They were quite patient with me as I figured out my best options for chairs and let me tell you, they are the ONLY establishment in the Orlando area with inexpensive tufted chiavari chairs. They looked so beautiful with my decor and I also rented two larger chairs for the head table at the event. Really a group of true professionals and I wouldnt hesitate booking them again!

I am a Rentaland bride married on 2/20/21. I will admit, I have impeccably high standards. I am also a wedding photographer, and have seen many beautiful weddings. Rentaland installed a beautiful enclosed clear tent for our Business After Hours networking event. The staff was a pleasure to work with and everything was delivered on schedule. They even suggested and worked with a great ac company for the enclosed tent. The tent became the talk of the event. It was clear, in great condition with french doors and kept the AC in and the rain out the entire evening. It was perfect for a rainy July evening.

I rented some equipment for a family event last month. The extra chairs and tables worked out great for us as we had some unexpected guests come last minute and we were rushing to find a company to help us. They unfortunately couldnt deliver to us but thats was o.k. because they offer pick up and the price is for the weekend. I had hard time choosing the color for the table clothes so the office staff all jumped in to help me pick and put color ideas together. Everyone in the office was super helpful! Their team also loaded everything in my car and over all it was a breeze. I have another event coming up in the summer and i will definitelly be contacting them! Highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience. I didn’t not like the chairs that I rented and I asked to take them back and pay the difference for the others I wanted and they did not want to do that. They wanted me to order a whole separate order. The tables are extremely scratched up and horrible quality. The chairs are just as bad.

Rentaland came recommended to us by our wedding venue as the preferred vendor for tent rentals. They provided a direct contact with the company and we sent an email to them requesting information on a rain plan tent rental incase of bad weather for our upcoming wedding. After weeks without a response we decided to follow up with an inquiry directly from their website. We then finally received a response, provided additional information to 2 different people and then were told that they dont have any rain plan tents available and we would have to pay the full price regardless if we end up needing the tent or not. Great customer service from a preferred vendor for our venue!

My family and I rented a tent, lights, tables, chairs, and tablecloths for our thanksgiving dinner. The staff at Rentaland was great and easy to work with. They were very attentative and anytime I had a question they would always give me an answer right away. We received the tent and other rentals a couple days early for no extra cost which was so great because it gave us plenty of time to setup everything and decorate. The production team was on time for delivery and always kept me informed when the were in route to my house and throughout the setup process. Overall, we had a great experience working with Rentaland they had amazing customer service, and we will continue to rent with them for all of our parties we have. Thank you Rentaland!

I hosted a large party and tented a 20x30 tent, tables, chairs, tableclothes, and even 2 super large garbage cans. The install team was great and extremely courteous, ensuring that everything was set up to my specifications. I was even able to hang my own lights, making my event that much more special. Rented some tables and chairs for my sons birthday party. The staff was very helpful and understanding to my needs. Jasmin went above and beyond to help me. I rented some round tables and she saw that there were to big to fit on my truck. She changed my order on the spot so the tables and chairs could fit. I only have to make one trip instead of two. She is an real jewel and employees like her are rare. She really helped when I was pressed for time. Very grateful for her help.

I reached out to Rentaland after many attempts to contact other companies in the area that do decor backdrops. I was looking for some pricing on a few backdrop options for my wedding and they were so helpful! They responded so quickly, within hours of my message, which made planning so much easier and stress free. The first option was way over my budget so they created a second backdrop option that fit perfectly within my budget (it actually came out to even less than my budget, woo hoo!) and was absolutely gorgeous! Our wedding plans changed and my fiancé and I decided to get married out of state in his hometown. I wanted to still right a review because the communication and customer service was outstanding! We will be having a second celebration here in Orlando after the wedding and I will definitely be reaching out to Rentaland again for that event. Thank you so much!

The staff were great to work with. Delivery and set up were on-time and the team were great to work with and providing recommendations on side wall placement. Our daughters wedding reception looked fabulous thanks to the recommendations made by the staff and onsite team. Pricing was competitive and fair.

They did an impeccable job from the booking process all the way through to installation/pickup. All of their team members were pleasant, responsive, professional, and took extra time to problem-solve inclement weather conditions so our event went without a hitch. I highly recommend them! We rented the clear-top tent with market lights, which was so stunning at night, and we got a lot of compliments from guests!

I got married at the Cypress Grove Estate House and I about broke down when there was a 78% chance of rain for my wedding day since the venue is all outdoors.They do recommend you get a tent for back up and the vendor available is Rentaland. Although they are the only option for that vendor, they seem to be a good one.Ileana and Hailee from Rentaland were always very professional and helpful. They never pushed me to buy anything or upsell me on things I did not need. They were very understanding of my budget and needs and worked with me to try and wait to the last minute before making the decision to get them.They were also very quick to answer my calls and emails and overall very pleasant.I was lucky it did not rain on our day, but the tent did serve to cover people from the sun during cocktail hour so it had a purpose after all.the only thing that is negative for me is cost. It is very expensive for a tent that honestly did not seem to be very fancy or anything. It was a plain white top tent and it cost over 3x more than the cost of the venue itself - not counting the food obviously.

Rentaland Tents and Events made my moms 50th birthday flawless! We had an awesome dance floor for everyone to have some fun, they did such an amazing job with the lights. It was magical! My mom and dad danced for the first time in I dont even know how long under those lights and it made the pictures that much better. The chairs were comfortable, prices were great, overall I am so pleased! They really out did themselves and I will never go anywhere else!

I have used this location to rent budget moving trucks on several occasions. The staff here is friendly and very professional. Its always a pleasure when I need to rent.

Our company rented equipment from Rentaland on May 2nd in St. Cloud, Florida, for an outdoor ribbon cutting event with 125 people. Jasmin and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. The entire process, from arranging the rental contract to the site setup, was very organized. The team that setup the equipment on site were punctual and very efficient. We will definitely use Rentaland again, if in the Orlando area for a business event.

Great company that saved my event. Last minute we had to secure a tent due to the weather changing on us. It was 90 percent chance of rain and we had no choice but to prepare. we called in for the tent and not only we was going over budget but had no chance to get the permit approved on time for the tent. Hailee was able to secure a tent for us ( during the holiday week when everyone has tents out for firework sales), also worked with us in pricing ( down sizing the tent we thought we needed) and help us with our permit. We had 613 attend our event and even with the rain we was able to sustain the numbers even after the rain. Havoc Media Group will never use anyone else but them for all our events.

::Warning::We contracted Rent A Land for tent and flooring for our outside wedding this month due to some unexpected rain.Services started great until payment time, which was handled rather unprofessionally.Because of some mistakes on their end, The company had already charged us three separate times. Nearly two weeks after the wedding they called back to request a fourth charge because they had forgotten to charge us an additional $500 charge the first three times, that was not included on our final updated invoice. We felt this was very unprofessional and that the company should assume responsibility for their own mistake, also considering that what they were charging us for was for leaving the floors out overnight from a wedding from the day before. It would have cost them LESS to leave their floors out overnight vs. having to pick them up but they wanted profit.I called the event specialist and she agreed they would assume responsibility and take it as loss.Two days later she informs us that they changed their minds and that they still want the funds.Were very dissatisfied customers.

These guys are great. I checked around a little bit before calling them and they gave me the best quote. For party equipment I think these guys are the best deal in town.

Very poor communication. Reached out to get a quote on my baby shower event and they responded fairly quickly but then I reached back out through email to confirm the details and to set up a time to call so that I could place the deposit and never received a response. Sent a follow up email and still heard nothing and then finally after 2 weeks of trying I called one last time and left a message and thats been about a week ago now and still havent heard anything so Im going with another company. So glad I didnt pay my deposit because if I would have paid and then couldnt reach anyone I would have been PISSED!

Very disappointing service. I was never told of the hours of this place. I had rented several things for my party and I was unable to get them because their offices were closed. I had no table cloths for the tables of my event neither the chair I rented. Very disappointed in the service and would NOT recommend it to anyone. The right thing to do would’ve atleast to get a call from them and tell me to pick up my items because they would be closed, instead they call me 3 days after my party telling me “you never came to pick up your items”..

I had actually left a poor review a couple weeks ago due to an accident I had with a truck rental coming out of their parkinglot. Manager spoke to me promptly explaining that they rent out trucks much like Uhaul does and that the drivers arent their drivers. It is usual novice drivers that dont really know what they are doing.As far as renting goes, this is our go to location usually to rent items. I have never had an issues except getting in or out of their lot, but they arent responsible for how they are built either. Their customer service is usually nice, they always have their pricing available and plenty of examples displayed on a TV screen when you come in as well as physical table set ups to give you a visual idea of what things look like.The only thing that maybe might make this place better is where they park their trucks (instead of the driveway on the side) and how they keep the lot in the back. A sweep wouldnt hurt. Not the most essential thing but I hope my post is helpful to the company in that they will continue to better their already great servicing.

I did not have a problem with their equipment or services. However they damaged my sprinkler pipes very badly and all I was told was they are not responsible. I did not receive an apology nor any concern about the damages to my pipes.
