Its been a while since I have been to a dealership with such great customer service. I had the pleasure to work with Keith. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to work with me and advise the best plan as far as products/services and at great price (FAR better than Firestone BTW) I have a Dodge Charger and it can get pricey to maintain it so he was very helpful with his recommendations. He was in contact with me throughout the repair, assisted with a uber ride home and my car was ready when promised! I recommend you bring your car here and have Keith help you! Receive a coupon from there Sales office with a dollar value for service or parts for $50 or $100 and $500 off purchase of vehicle. Upon checkout my $50 or $100 check is only worth 20 percent off the bill FERNANDO advises very misleading. Just say 20% off dont mislead the consumer.
Fantastic experience at CFL Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Commodity in Orlando. The staff are genuinely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.Inside the location, theres movies playing on a large screen, theres a small Cafe with a medium sized selection of Sandwiches and hot/cold food. Priced very low as well. Theres free coffee and water.A small shop where you can purchase auto-related clothing, Small Knives, T-Shirts, Umbrellas (Of great quality) and the female sales associates are very attractive so, that doesnt hurt! I would definitely bring my Vehicle back here were there anymore problems in the future.

Took my vehicle for 10K maintenance. Upon my arrival, was met by service team member who advised me of approximate wait time. Service rep (Eli), provided me transportation back to my home and came back to get me to pick up my car. Wait estimate was just what the I was advised that it would be.Very pleasant experience and I will use them again.
Made appointment to have front end alignment on my 2008 Dodge Ram @ 7:00 am. on a Monday. My advisor Mr. Parr did the work order @ exactly 7:00 a.m., which included total inspection of the truck. Mechanic confirmed a rear end differential leaking. I authorized the alignment and fix the leak. The work was accomplished, while I waited in the time that Mr. Parr said it would be. While I waited, Sales Advisor Mr. Freire showed me the new Dodge Echo diesel 4 door 4x4 Laramie. Which is on my wish list. The experience was a pleasure, compared to couple years ago. Return the truck at least 25 times for box issues. Vehicle still isnt fixed properly and Craig Smith said dont bring my truck back and dont text him anymore. My truck has had shock issues, paint bubbling, overheating, Ram boxes on each side covers are falling off as theyre only two-sided taped. Had my truck for 3 months and theyre still falling off. Of course Im upset just get it right the first time
Worst customer service ever, you can tell ever since they changed owners and the staff how poor the customer service is from the service, to sales as well as every employee that is there to assist.I can’t wait to get rid of my jeep or find a better shop for all the repairs. They are concern about the wrong things at all times.Very sad

I took my car in for oil change on 8/4 my advisor was Shawn. while writing up the work order he heard a sound coming from engine. i was not able to leave car that day so i brought car back in on the 10th. they filled out my paper work then got me to hertz to get a rental Shawn contacted me later that day and let me know that it was my water pump and they had one in stock and it could be installed by noon the next day. he called me when it was completed around 10am the next day. i came in and Shawn went over what was done and he also contacted hertz to make sure that the dealership was billed for the rental. I was very happy with professional way he handled my car repair needs

Eli and Shawn were a tremendous help. They laid out multiple options to solve my Radio/Uconnect issues. Options that were not even for the profit of Central Florida CDJR. This is dealership you can trust. They care more about you as a customer than the product they sell. That all you can ask for in business.
Took my truck in to get computer fix and to check alternator. Was told alternator was good and that they fixed my computer issue. Over all cost was over $200 and radio board is still messed up.
Staff here is very pleasant and helpful from management down to service.Very customer oriented just as it should be.
When I arrived I wasnt there 5 minutes before Chris addressed my reason for being there after he finished taking my information, he advised me how long I would be there did I need to be dropped off somewhere I told I will wait he advised me approximately how long i would be there. I told him Ill wait. He was professional and I was very satisfied with the service. I would come again in the future when needed.
Angel was the absolute best service coordinator I have ever dealt with. I recently had to take my truck to the dealership close to my house and the service team was extremely unprofessional. It was such a joy to work with Angel as he kept me updated through the entire process.

Well it was ok, just gave 5 just becauas of Rodney Inesta came and it make my first experience great with you guys. And ill explain you why, prior to get my service i called to make a appointment which it was supposed to be at 8am. As soon as i arrived they were like 10 cars in front of me. A guy came and ask me for my name and he told me i did not have an appointment for that saturday i was very upset, because i live about 45min away from your dealership. Im guessing that guy went inside and talk to Rodney and he came and help me out with everything. I will only come back the days Rodney Inesta is there otherwise i would definitly look for another places to go. Whoever is setting up the appointment does not know what shes doing or dont understand that we dont have time to waste.
Engine light on was reset by another repair shop and didnt go back on. Service kept vehicle for 2 days and light didnt come on. Car is hard to start which takes a couple times to start. Will see hopefully in next several days the light will activate again.

Would not recommend the service department. Extremely overpriced. Poor communication. Multiple broken promises of vehicle to be ready, then pushed back multiple days. Service department does not answer phones, does not return messages or calls. 2 days spent trying to contact the service department, with no ability to contact any one. Had to make a complaint to the GM, then finally got some results. Vehicle was fixed then when I picked it up it has an obvious loud ticking noise. Any non mechanic person could hear it and know that something was off, but they were willing to just let me drive off like that. I will never return to this dealership at all, for any reason.In fact, this experience of unprofessional service has solidified the fact that I will never buy a Dodge again. When it is time for a new vehicle, it will be any other manufacturer.

The service they performed was great & Keith the service advisor was amazing, however what I didnt appreciate was getting hounded not only in person as soon as I rolled up, but also through text & phone calls asking me to sell my vehicle! I get that were getting over a pandemic & that theyre trying to get their revenue up, but harassing someone who absolutely has no need to sell his practically new vehicle is absolutely absurd! Unless youre gonna transfer over everything I already paid for my current vehicle onto the new 1, owing the same amount of balance or less, then I dont need a new car, PERIOD!!!

I made an appointment to come in and replace the oil and filter for my suv, the service took over an hour and at the end i normally get a free car wash, but this time it was not washed. They did a terrific job replacing security locks on my wheels. Theres a question of whether this was under warranty or not. They accepted the responsibility for the work done at another dealer in texas. I would highly recommend this company.
Took them about 2 hours, I informed my rep that I head leather issues in the car that is still under warranty, I went in the beginning of January and can not get an answer from my rep. He tells me hes looking into it and a week passes and still no answers. I now have the CarPlay screen frozen and not working. I had better luck at the dealer near my house in Sanford then here already with the service department.
Oil was changed, rotate tires and took care of a recall issue. Only priblem was that we had to wait about 4 hours, because everyone was at a meeting.

Was promised at beginning of process that ALL recalls would be taken care. Was promised at the same time that the deployed headrest would be replaced under the extended warranty. Upon completion of the work, one recall not completed, something about part availability. Headrest not addressed. Explaination being could only order one a week amd to check back continously to see when this could be completed. Unable to give satisfactory review for these reasons.

While out of town I had an engine light pop up. My car has 150K on it so I didnt want to take any chances. I went to this dealership not long before closing and service advisor Shawn Mock ran a diagnostic for me. 2 issues came up that required attention. I set up a time to drop the car the next morning for repairs. Shawn made arrangements for a complimentary Uber back home. They got my parts in and had them installed in under 24hrs. I got a call the very next morning from Shawn letting me know the car was completely repaired. We had a fuel pump related issue and oil pressure issue and both were resolved in under a day at this place. Shawn then had another comped Uber pick me up and give me a ride to the dealership.. Shawn looked up my extended warranty and applied it against the job leaving me with only a $100.00 deductible to pay for over $2,000 in repairs. This was one of the best dealership shop experiences i have ever had. Thank for the honesty and professionalism Shawn. We will be back.

We purchased our vehicle from here, I guess that is all this dealership cares about. I was contacted by email to call for a service appointment, but when I arrived (I live an hour away) I was asked what I was there for, which was for an oil change. However I had not put the 10k miles on the truck, I only approached the 6 month period. The service man was only interested in checking the recalls. I pushed for the oil change which he reluctantly wanted to do. My appointment was for 8am and I was 3rd in line. They didnt even start taking vehicles until 8:30. I watched as employee after employee casualty walked in.. IMO, they should have honored those appointments and arrived on time. I also needed to speak to the sales force, only to find the sales person and the finance manager were no longer there. I was told the have a high turn over. This was very disappointing. I know in the future if I have any warranty work done it surely wont be here. Because I was given 3 oil changes I will come back for those seeing an oil change on a diesel truck is costly.

The really provided excellent service and I would highly reccomend this service department. Minor issue was I noticed a couple days later that my car had two serious scratches on the passenger side . Like someone side swiped something.. That was very disappointing but no reflection on the job the service department did. I would still go back there for service.
My Pacifica batteries died while we were on vacation in Orlando. Angel helped me to get my Pacifica serviced and back on the road the same day. He was extremely professional, helpful, and overall kind in a very stressful and unexpected situation. Brought the truck in for a large list of items to be checked out which included program updates for recalls, EGR cooler recall concern, vibrations at 55 miles an hour, oil seepage on the engine, limited slip differential not performing properly, and engine coolant smell plus previous wet areas. I have the ram care extended warranty with zero deductible so I wanted items checked out. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning so I dropped my truck off the evening before. The advisor seem to be fairly annoyed with the amount of concerns I had informed me that I would probably have to pay diagnostic fees. I informed him I had the ram care and he said that didnt matter. Yet my contract was ramcare shows a zero deductible and no cost for Diagnostic. He told me he would check it out and call me back. The next day my truck wasnt even looked at and I was told that the diesel mechanic was behind period I informed him I didnt need a truck back right away but I needed by the next few days because I was leaving on a trip. When I first dropped the truck off I received a text and said this is the best form of communication back and forth. When I sent text asking for updates they would not be replied to so I had to send repetitive text. I made phone calls asking to speak to my advisor and I always got voicemails. I had to speak to a different advisor late in the week and he couldnt make heads or tails about what was going on with my truck but he told me he would try. Then I was told it was not done later in the week. I had to go back and forth over and over about one of the problems and I was told that I need to pay for an update on the computer for my GPS which was several hundred dollars. I refused and later I was called the update was covered under Ram care. Then I was told again that I had to pay $50 to get that update. I asked if the update would update the maps and what it would do for me and I was told that no it would just hopefully make the GPS work properly and my clock would register the proper time. The EGR cooler system was never looked at and I spoke to Ram care who told me that the dealership needed to get the part number to verify the updated part was on it. I had them call the dealership about it and they couldnt get through to my advisor either. I had to get the advisor to call Ram care and then the advisor told me those people just sit behind a desk and didnt know what they were talking about. He told me they needed to approve disassembly to get the part number. I had to take it upon myself to Google where the part number would be found and then I had to send it to the advisor which replied, oh thats where I said no wonder we couldnt see it. I didnt understand why they couldnt do research to find out where the part number was. I was in told the manager would have to get involved and he wasnt in the office. I had to leave the truck for additional week while I was on my vacation and whats that time I attempted to call twice and message several times through their texting program yet I never received any answers. Once I arrived back in town I immediately got a ride to the dealership to pick up my truck no matter what the status was. Once again my advisor was nowhere to be found and it was assumed he was at lunch. A different advisor help me out by finding the key and having my truck pulled around. I spoke to the manager on duty who came up with an oddball story about the EGR cooler being okay to have the old part number even though Ram care said it needed to be the new part number. I would not recommend this dealership service department for any type of work to be done on your vehicle and definitely do not use Andy the service advisor. I had my truck for two weeks and the only thing they were able to accomplish was adding the program for the recalls.

When I arrived to the dealership I already had both the stock# & VIN# of the vehicle I knew would soon be mine. Since I didnt have an appointment the receptionist paired me with Mr. Aven Harrell. Not much surprises me but Aven did throughout the entire process. He is an informative relatable honest professional who is patient, never pushy. Hes positively awesome and Im very appreciative for his professionalism paired with his ability to not only fully describe, but actually show me all the features inside my new vehicle.
Robert has great customer service along with the lady who was answering the calls in the service department. Always a pleasure going there. Oh, also I belive his name was Trevon(or something like that, I left his card in my car so I couldnt check for his name) he was great at trying to get me to sell my car back to you guys and putting me in to a new one. I asked for a front end alignment and that the truck was pulling to the left.I took it back and still pulling to the left just not as much. I then took it to my private mechanic that just came off vacation.He could tell that a wrench was only taken to the TOE and was aligned perfectly. But the CASTER and CAMBER bolts were not touched and the tires were leaning in at the top.
