The location is great, and you cant beat the view from my office, but that is where it ends. They only have 1 free meeting room on the floor of 80+ tenants, invoicing is a nightmare, they have zero focus on customer service, and the suites havent been updated since the 80s. Regus markets itself as a co-working space, however I have been notified that I am not allowed to conduct business in common areas, and I need to keep my business to my rented office.Everything about this place is stuck in the 80s. Technology, approach to customer service, and asthetics. Take your business elsewhere

They charged me 2 months, plus one week and 1 motnh at the inicial contract. How ever, after first month i sent a e-mail telling i dont want to continuos the montly contract because i moved. My emails are not REPLY, i sent to the frontdesk and to the manager. They told me the contract was on and still need to stay one more month. I sent the email at the date and after that nobody reply my emails and at the phone is terrible, nobody answer!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK because i made my notifications at the dates!

I travel allot for business, its not the first time im with regus, but after the experience in this place... never again...everything went wrong, upon confirming a office space in middle of signing the document, they gave it away to someone else... after taking a different space there was no AC working, the place had bugs all over... and they charged me twice as the agreed price... i booked the space for a month and i left after a week, they charged me for 2 months and when the lease ended i wasnt in Florida anymore, i left a few empty shopping bags in the room and they threaten me that if i dont come take it out they will charge me $150 per day... all i can say, whichever thing you look at its a BIG RIPOFF

This Regus facility is very nice. Its on the 5th floor of the Pepsi building on Sand Lake Rd just off Interstate-4 (on the other side of the McDonalds). The parking is easy and free. The staff at the Regus office are responsive. The common areas of the Regus office space are nice and they have a nice selection of meeting rooms to choose from. If youre looking for some shared space, this is a pretty good option.
